Fantastic experience: Great place to get for well done all and after a nice canteen to enjoy xxx

Negative experience: Swimming pool and changing facilities are filthy, rusty and falling apart. I’ve not been here since a child and visited recently with my children to find it looks to have received no maintenance and is disgustingly. Black mould and grime around the pool, won’t be returning again.

Fantastic experience: Leisure Centre is great, despite the awful changing rooms. Poolside café serves fantastic meals and the best roast in Saltash!

Fantastic experience: Good honest food Sunday lunch fresh hot n delicious n £7 can’t beat it

Fantastic experience: We took our kids swimming and in half term holidays it was so good. I love that there’s a baby pool moving into a lanes swimming pool. Also, the lifeguards are on it - by that I mean they are very professional and taking good care of everybody in the pool. I was really impressed by that Team

Positive experience: I love the classes, but never a staff member on gym floor, alot of machinery is rusty, leaking ceiling and water cooler is by a machine that means you have to interrupt someone's workout to access. Disabled hand bike isn't accessible for anyone wheelchair bound that needs to transfer onto the seat. Pool is good, hard to access i.e booking for a normal 9-5 working hours, can only attend very early morning slots.

Positive experience: Has great facilities, free car parking, plus disabled parking and access to the building. Good range of activities there including a cafe, serving drinks and hot/cold food cooked to order, good seating area with views of the swimming pool.

Positive experience: I really like the saltah leisure centre, I used to visit the life centre but it was very impersonal and felt a bit like you were a number rather than a person. The staff at saltash make this place worth a try, happy and friendly, always on hand for help. I've been to a few aqua aerobics classes, I especially enjoyed the HIIT aqua class last Thursday evening, the normal classes are good, but I need something with a little higher intensity, this class had it while still keeping it low impact for my injured leg and hip. The place is clean and tidy for the most part. If you're looking for a smaller, community feel, intimate gym or leisure centre, it's absolutely worth a try. Not sure what will happen to my visits if the bridge toll is raised though, it will make it far more expensive than visiting a gym in Plymouth, so time will tell.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old went to a friends birthday party swim here with all her classmates whilst I relaxed in the cafe.

Positive experience: Pool abit cold for younger children but pool is a good depth for kids. A lot of lockers have damaged wristbands but the cafe had good variety for reasonable price

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for a workout and wind down with bar and restaurant facilities available with all the necessary leisure activities from golf to swimming all available.

Negative experience: Took my granddaughter swimming there for the first time. Needs some attention, grime tiles floor and walls, cubicles for really small people no good if you have a couple of kids. Shame it could be much better.

Fantastic experience: Lovely class instructors ie Nicky, Jack and Annalisa. Poolside changing rooms leave a lot to desired as does the music played during public swim sessions.

Positive experience: Great place, great people. Actually they are very helpful. 4 stars not 5 due to having to wait a considerable time at reception to be dealt with. This has happened on two occasions now and I realise its probably only 6 or 7 mins but when you're stood there, seems longer! I also recognise it probably due to team levels so it's not that much of a complaint, as I say 4 stars not 5

Fantastic experience: Staff are amazing, facilities are great. As well as gym and swim there are lots of classes to choose from.

Positive experience: Only went for a coffee so cannot talk about gym or pool

Negative experience: Changing facilities are tired and in need of refurbishment and not really suitable for anybody with a toddler. Good sized pool but not warm enough for a toddler/baby.

Fantastic experience: Haven’t been here in many years but good to see with the support of the community it’s still open after the risk of it being closed. First time taking my little girl swimming and she loved it. Decent little shallow area with some fountains which by the look of it a lot of local pools don’t have, especially since the pavilions swimming pool has been closed for years.

Negative experience: Nice pool but freezing cold, changing rooms are very small.

Positive experience: We go swimming the pool is great but shower and changing rooms are disgusting. Really needs to be looked at.

Positive experience: Nice pool with slide for kids and smaller shallow pool. Temperature was okay. Changing rooms on the other hand, very small cubicles. And toilets were vile, think public toilets but worse. Which is why I knocked off a star. Kids enjoyed it so that's the main thing. Large free carpark which was a bonus.

Fantastic experience: I love the pools here for the grandchildren. Staff are always lovely. Locker and changing rooms in need of an update. Very dated. Not always clean .not many family changing rooms.

Positive experience: Pool is good for families but I swim with a club (Caradon) and they let us use it. The water temperature is unbelievably hot. It feels like you can't breath because the air is hot too. The Gym and sports hall has good facilities and would definitely recommend. They provide changing rooms, showers, lockers and toilets that are in good condition. And has a nice cafe.

Positive experience: Staff are lovely and friendly however the only downside to this place are the toilets the ladies loos smell like urinals in a nightclub even my 6 year old couldnt stand the smell . The pool is lovely temp but tiles near the surface could do with a good old scrub. I didnt use the gym so I cant comment on those facilities.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovly coffee and tea and a wedge potatoes covered in cheese and bacon and side salad it was delicious. A very friendly place and clean thankyou Dawn and staff

Negative experience: Visited the pool today for the first time. Changing rooms were very tired, lots of lockers broken. Whole place seemed out of date. Disappointed, as cornwall charges 80 quid for fish and chips, buy the pools are severely under funded.

Positive experience: It's good here. Much better than the over crowded life center. Staff are always friendly and I find the life guards arnt whistle happy! I'm happy to pay the price they charge and they seem to have increased the temperature of the water compared to pre covid times. I just wish they would update the changing rooms, lockers and showers. That's my only complaint, they are tiny and not really fit for purpose anymore. 5 stars if that happens.

Positive experience: Ugly exterior is made up with the brilliant facilities inside.

Fantastic experience: Great prices for gym membership/ swimming and offers various exercise classes too. It is a bit dated inside and the pool can be on the chilly side. Apart from this, it offers a children's pool containing a small slide and fountain, plus a main pool suitable for competent swimmers. There is free parking and a cafe which is priced reasonably!

Fantastic experience: Visited with a ten and five year old whilst visiting family. Great pool as it has a small slide and fountain area. The slide is short but it's fast and my 10 year old enjoyed it too. Not very busy at all.

Fantastic experience: Went to the swimming pool today first time nice swimming pool took my 4 year old daughter and grand daughter and son got into to baby pool it was cold my daughters teeth were chatting even mine. kept moving around as iam teaching my daughter to swim but my god in the end warmed up but then it was time to get out. I will definitely will be back it was just the cold water

Fantastic experience: Love this place, we only use the swimming facilities, for lessons and free swimming, the location great, the pool and changing rooms are always clean, staff are really friendly and helpful, the centre is cashless so bear that in mind although parking is free

Fantastic experience: Good disabled access, changing room only has a folding chair but accessible shower room is better equipped. There are shallow steps into the children's pool which connects to the main pool. They have a hoist but no transit chair.

Fantastic experience: I regularly take my children here for swimming during the family sessions. The pool is warm and there's a small flume that my children love. Staff are currently trying hard to space people out in the pool to maintain covid restrictions. Lockers are still usable but again spaced out. Staff have been polite every time I have visited. I've always been able to park (for free). My only ask would be more changing rooms that are larger in size, as when it's busy and I need to use a small cubicle, it's tricky to sort out my two children as the space is limited.

Fantastic experience: Only used the pool to take my son swimming and we both enjoy it . The pool is always at a good temperature and it is never normally cold on getting out . The pool is at a good depth for him to be self Sufficient.

Negative experience: Didn't even want to give 1 star. It dont matter how many times you say anything the water is freezing. Not everyone swims lengths to keep warm some people are in with babys and after half hour and there lips are turning blue and shivering. I would rather drive to liskeard than swim there now not paying 16 quid to swim for half hour. Plus this morning there was a lot of black stuff floating around in both pools

Fantastic experience: A fantastic family friendly pool. There was plenty of disabled parking spaces and a wheelchair accessible entrance. The pool has wheelchair friendly changing areas and showers. The pool was easy to access with just a few steps into the junior pool. This pool links into the larger pool.

Negative experience: Today was the first time I attended this Leisure Centre, and I was quite disappointed. For two adults and one child the cost was £15. For that price I would expect to have at least clean toilets, locker keys that aren’t broken, and the spa pool and large fountain to work. I also didn't expect to pay 20p to dry my hair !! The only positive thing I would say is one of the lifeguards was on the ball. The place needs a good clean and revamp

Negative experience: Got talked into coming back, expensive for a 20 Min swim then getting told the session is over. Will not be making a third mistake of coming back

Positive experience: Really enjoyed splashing about with my daughter here, the pool was lovely and clean. Only down side is tiny spaces for changing.
