Negative experience: Our 2nd time here for our works Christmas party, and what a disappointment. We were in the new part of hotel, and first thing we noticed was carpet between hall and room not secured down so I tripped over it. Light in bathroom mirror didn’t work. Walls bare, so gave room a cold feel. Only a rail with a few hangers on, nowhere to put jumpers etc and no drawers, so my clothes were put on the floor. No bathroom robes to use this year. The food was a big let down. Hard roast potatoes, cold Yorkshire pudding. Brownie so small, one bite and it’s gone. All in all not good, but staff were lovely and very hard working. We won’t be back next year

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make sure last Friday’s conference ran so smoothly. Everyone commented on how nice the room layout was. I thought your attention to detail with regards to catering for all of us was superb. There were lots of compliments on the buffet lunch and all in all just you gave us a very reassuring presence throughout the day. My consultant and his guests had a very comfortable stay the night before and said how fantastic their evening meal was. I also wanted to thank you for your patience with my endless emails and last minute changes. In the end, it all ran smoothly and the whole conference was a great success. If I ever need to run another conference, I will certainly be in touch. Many thanks again to you all, for all the hard work and effort.

Positive experience: Me and my wife got married last week. The bridal room was a bit dark and was in need a spruce up. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Location was ideal from our venue.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had our wedding at All Saints in September and it was absolutely perfect. The planning process/meetings was so easy and straightforward thanks to the amazing events team. Nothing was too much trouble and they answered all of my silly questions very quickly. Melissa was our dedicated planner, she was friendly, helpful, amazing at her job and made sure that our day went smoothly. We had a rehearsal the day before to make sure the aisle timings were perfect, ensured we had their private dining room for a rehearsal dinner and made sure we had drinks waiting for us as soon as we go back from our photoshoot on the day! It was reasonably priced in comparison to other venues that we felt were extortionate for what they were! If you’re thinking of booking, you won’t regret it!

Positive experience: Had a nice stay here, recommend it. Nice rooms nice food nice staff. The swimming pool area was nice as well. The only thing is if you're up and out by 6 am in the mornings you will miss breakfast. But overall happy customer .

Fantastic experience: Staying here for work..what can I say. Absolutely fantastic place. We had the good fortune of staying in the lodges. Absolutely faultless. Friendly engaging staff. Brilliant service all week.. All of the guys I've had interaction with have been fantastic, but a special mention to Kaci and Joe in the bar/restaurant for being absolutely superb and to Andrew the night porter. All were more than happy to engage in conversation and made being away easier! Food was delicious. View if the golf course from pretty much every lodge.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding last weekend at All Saints Hotel and it was perfect. From the night before staying with my bridesmaids, to the morning of the wedding right through to the end, everything was simply perfect. Cannot thank Melissa, Maddy and the rest of the team enough. It’s a gorgeous venue and made even more gorgeous with their hard work. The day was effortless for us thanks to them working so hard in the background, we’re so grateful. Fantastic experience: I recently stayed at All Saints hotel with my elderly grandmother. We had a fantastic stay! The new rooms are superb, the food was delicious, the beauty treatments were relaxing and all staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our visit so much, we’ve just booked the Christmas package! We look forward to returning on the 24th December.

Fantastic experience: Weekend mini break. Hotel was lovely and the food we had was very well cooked. Breakfast was cooked using quality ingredients. The rooms were will equipped, more work is being done to expand. The pool was a nice addition, we made use of this and the hot tub. The views of the golf course could be seen from the restaurant. Only little gripe was the rooms were quite warm. But a very warm and welcoming staff, pleasant servers. Very restful place to visit

Fantastic experience: We cannot thank and recommend everyone at All Saints enough. Our wedding day was everything we dreamt of. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our day so special, nothing was too much of an ask. Planning for the day was so enjoyable and stress free due to the amazing work from Melissa and Rosie. The food was outstanding and we received lots of compliments from our guests. We would recommend All Saints to anyone who may be looking for their perfect wedding venue. We just wish we could do the day all over again -We would have not changed a thing!

Fantastic experience: Lovely new rooms on top floor. Issue with aircon was promptly resolved. Breakfast lovely too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again for next work trip to Suffolk. For the suite an additional TV would make the rooms perfect.

Fantastic experience: Stayed for one night after a spa experience with afternoon tea with 4 friends. Everything was very easy and straightforward. The customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were well equipped and the spa and treatments were extremely good. Would highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly welcome and great service. The pool, sauna and steam room create a very relaxing environment. The restaurant/bar is a comfortable space with good food and drink choice. Staff are very professional and helpful. A lovely Easter break.

Fantastic experience: We had a lovely stay at All saints hotel, was lucky enough to get the executive suite which was very spacious with a huge comfortable bed, the staff were really friendly and they have a very good barman that makes excellent cocktails. Our meal was delicious, best steak my partner has tasted in years. Breakfast was plentiful and served with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Went for a much awaited spa day. Never going again . Appalling service for the price. No one at reception for 10 minutes until I went to gym reception to get hold of staff. No one explained about the facilities. Outdoor jacuzzi had scum. Indoor jacuzzi and pool were busy. The mosaic relaxation beds were cold, and the floor was wet. The shower room was closed for repair, and we had to go to one of the treatment room showers to other end from facilities. I had to wait in my wet swimsuit in cold until my friend finished her shower as they had only 1 shower room. Only afternoon treat was good. Wouldn't recommend this place for a spa day. Felt like we need another soa day elsewhere yo overcome this disappointment

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much for all your hard work in making the ‘do’ go well. It was a great success and everyone had a lovely time. The food was excellent - lots of compliments - couldn’t fault it. Also the service - the right meal to the right person was impressive! Those of us who stayed over had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our breakfasts. The staff at reception and the bar couldn’t have been more helpful. Fantastic experience: I recently came here for a relaxing weekend with my fiancé and straight away we felt very welcomed by all the staff there, we booked to have treatments and it was a 11/10 experience, Food was exquisite and the afternoon tea was amazing. Genuinely can't wait to book and come back here.

We’d like to thank everyone at The View Restaurant - we had a really lovely Christmas lunch and thought the festive food was outstanding. The staff greeted us so nicely and were very attentive throughout, especially the lady who got our drinks an assisted so kindly with my elderly father. My soup was perfect and the cheesecake divine. Fantastic experience: Fantastic organisation of the Senior Golfers Christmas Lunch for 42 people. In particular the way you had to deal with the last minute changes by us which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The room was beautifully laid out and some nice Christmas touches were added for the occasion. Lyndsey and team did an amazing job in ensuring we were happy with everything, and everybody had a great time.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding here on 18.11.23 and we couldn’t have asked for a better day or experience. Planning the whole event with Melissa was straight forward & any question or changes were sorted in a quick fashion. The venue was lovely with lots space for all our guests. Tables spaced nicely apart, large area for dance floor & bar. Food was exceptionally good Couldn’t have asked for a better day, all the staff really friendly & helpful too! Thank you everyone involved!

Positive experience: Lovely one night stay. Reception staff were very welcoming and our room was ready on our arrival. Evening meal was very good. Recommend the fish and chips which was very tasty. Golf course looked appealing and would certainly return to play a round.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding reception at all saints. It was perfect. Mel and the team were amazing at ensuring we had a smooth running day and honestly could not have done more for us. I stayed in the bridal suite the night before, it was spacious and big enough for two make up artists and my hair dresser to be able to set up and work. I, along with my girls, had manicures at the spa and it was such a chilled environment. They staff were all so friendly and helpful. We also had so many lovely compliments about the food and the venue as a whole. We couldn't recommend All Saints enough. Thank you for making our day so special and stress free! I'm sure we will be back for a coffee at the lodge or perhaps even an anniversary stay.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, room was clean, spacious and well furnished, great shower - too quick a visit to use what looks like excellent spa facilities.

Positive experience: Pretty decent stay, the hotel is undergoing some improvements but the services that were available were as expected. Staff were generally competent and friendly, the breakfast was a bit of a joke, full English rationed out by a single teenager while a whole queue of adults waited in line Oliver Twost style, an improvement would be to just let people serve themselves. Overall pretty good.

Fantastic experience: We just had our wedding with All Saints and I don't think we could have picked a better venue or team of people to give us the best couple of days possible. Melissa made sure our day ran perfectly and every member of staff at the hotel were extremely helpful towards us and our guests. Planning for the day was so much easier than we expected due to how amazing the events team were. The food was 10/10, the location and hotel is stunning and we honestly wouldn't have changed a thing. We would recommend anyone to hold an event here and we're so glad we chose All Saints - we just wish we could do the day all over again.

Fantastic experience: We just had our wedding at All Saints Hotel and we really wouldn't change a thing!! The planning was great, Melissa was always on hand to help with any questions or queries we had. She had great advice and definitely helped! The venue itself is amazingggggg - so modern and clean. Any colour would go into that room and look amazing. The hotel rooms are lovely and the bridal suite was really spacious with plenty of room to get ready with many bridesmaids. Highly highly highly, recommend this venue, the spa is lovely addition to the wedding. All staff were fab and I really wish I can start planning all over again

Fantastic experience: Can not recommend this amazing venue enough! We finally got married here in June 2023 after having to postpone from 2021 thanks to covid, and it was so worth the wait! Melissa and the events team were incredible at making our day everything we wanted it to be. Nothing was ever too much trouble, response times were fast and professional to any of our constant questions and they went above and beyond their roles. Every member of the team we had the pleasure of meeting were helpful and friendly from the events team, reception staff, reservations team, bar staff etc. We will forever be grateful to the All Saints team for giving us the perfect day that all of our guests have complimented! Negative experience: Golf course is horrible, long grass, water on most holes and tee boxes dirt in some places. If you're a mid to high handicapper go elsewhere for punishment

Fantastic experience: Excellent spa with lovely staff members. Everything you want with a great view over the golf course in the cafe and restaurant.

Negative experience: We had such high hopes when initially booking this hotel as the reviews seemed very good. We had booked 11 months prior due to being guests at a wedding close by. We received an email 5 days before our visit informing us of building works taking place however we did not realise the extent of this work until we arrived. As soon as you turn in to the hotel you are greeted with scaffolding covering the entire place and a crane looming over you. We checked in and were given the key to our room which was directly facing the building site. I immediately asked to be moved so they changed our room to a lower floor facing away from the workmen and instead facing an access point for heavy machinery. We were assured that no works take place on the weekend however at 9am on Saturday they started again. Had we been given better notice about the extent of the works taking place we would definitely have sought alternative accommodation. Paying £130 per night to stay on a building site is completely unacceptable and we would expect a discounted rate given the level of disruption. There were no positives to take from our 2 day stay at The All Saints Hotel aside from being amongst friends. I suggest if you are due to stay here in the next 3-6 months you look elsewhere otherwise you will be extremely disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here a few times now and absolutely love it. Bury itself is brilliant for exploring but the hotel is amazing if you just want to relax there for a few days. Clean, good food, spa facilities are great and the most friendliest of staff. Leah was amazing in helping with the booking as we were celebrating. Be sure to book in for a mssage as I had the best one I've ever had with Selena.

Positive experience: Lots of work being done ordered 2 rooms same price one had superior one had standard but same price nit right standard room curtains hanging from pole lights detatched from ceiling.bed not very nice seemed to be on a slope. So overall if your paying same prices ask for superior shocking was very upset by this breakfast how ever was nice but cold tea and coffee

Positive experience: I've stayed here several times. I know my overall rating is less than the individual ratings. And I have rated All Saints 5 stars in the past because it is a lovely spa hotel in a lovely location. But I feel I should share my most recent experience. Unfortunately the building works currently, and scheduled to continue into 2024, really did mar this stay, and we won't be returning now any time soon. Even though we were given a 'quiet room' the noise, which starts before 8am and continues all day, is wearing. And the lovely views are now dominated by scaffolding. Spa hotels are for relaxation and this was not relaxing. I'm afraid the breakfast is disappointing too, especially for the cost. Supermarket sliced bread and variety pack cereals. No nice muesli or plain yoghurt. I'd specifically requested vegan gluten free for my daughter but this hadn't been accommodated at all really. We just had to suggest the bits of a cooked breakfast that she could eat, a bit out of touch with the dietary requirements of people today. All fair enough if the place wasn't as expensive as it is. I honestly think that while building work is going on, they'd be wise to offer some good deals for stays. But also to up their game on the breakfast. I'll say again, I love this place, but probably won't return while there's building work, and hope I don't get priced out when it's complete. Finally I hope they'll enlarge the facilities to accommodate the additional stayers in the future - 5-7 people in that lovely pool is plenty.

Fantastic experience: Amazing hotel! Staff are welcoming and friendly, there is a warmth to this hotel! Spa, swimming pool and golf course! Amazing! Rooms are clean, bathrooms very well presented and stocked with little soaps and stuff! Plenty of clean towels and the room was made up daily. The bar area was great and the food was spot on! There is Free WiFi but it was a tad slow, that was my only issue really! I would recommend and stay again!

Fantastic experience: Very nice country spa hotel. We used some of the facilities. Swimming Jacuzzi Sauna Steam Room. The out side Jacuzzi don't think it was working but never the less was a very enjoyable stay. We had Dinna there was delicious and reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable and big had Smart TV was was very useful. Breakfast was OK.

Fantastic experience: Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Polite friendly staff. There is building work to extend the hotel. There was no noise the weekend we stayed. Very good choice at breakfast.

Negative experience: Terrible stay! The hotel is undergoing renovations - it’s like staying in a building site! Noisy banging and drilling that starts at 8am - this place shouldn’t be open to paying customers while the work is being conducted. Our room smelled bad …. like it was or is a smoking-room!

Positive experience: The rooms were spacious but not very asthetically pleasing. It felt like an assisted living facility. I'm sure the room we had was ADA compliant. It was also located a way from the town so if you don't have a car and taxis aren't available, you'll have to settle for the restaurant (which was not great either.) The gym was very well equipped, it even had a pool. However, if you have kids under 16, they will not be granted access to the pool. I must say however that the staff was very nice. If I were to do it all over again, I would choose a hotel in town. It's very charming, walkable, with lots of good restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic experience: We came to meet our friends here for dinner last week and we will definitely be back. The service was great and the food was perfect. I had the squid followed by pasta and it was so tasty, good portion sizes. We were told there is a spa there and we would definitely love to come back to stay for the night.

Fantastic experience: We held a wake at All Saints (in the view bar) after a service at West Suffolk Crematorium a short drive away. The food as well as the staff were brilliant, especially Ashley. Thanks to all involved. Couldn't think of one thing that would have made it better. You made a difficult day a lot easier, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I’m currently laying on a sun bed on honeymoon writing this review as I just want to thank the whole team at All Saints Hotel so much! We had our wedding on Sunday 21st May 2023, and it was honestly the best day of my life! The day was so special and it was run by the team so seamlessly, that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everyone in the events team/ waiters/ kitchen staff was so helpful, all of them helped in some way to make our wedding perfect. It really was everything I’d dreamed of!

Positive experience: Stayed here last week, rooms OK but lots of building work going on. Staff OK but some do need training, menu could do with some more dishes put on it. Would I stay here again for the price NO I wouldn't it certainly wasn't worth the money

Fantastic experience: Great location, amazing staff. We could not fault this hotel, we recently stayed and held our wedding party here. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, everything was carried out to perfection, can’t recommend highly enough.

Positive experience: We had afternoon tea but disappointed at the portion size considering the cost of over £27 pp. The menu stated smoked salmon but we were not served these and when we asked was told they were not part of the afternoon tea. However when we challenged this a portion was then brought to our table. The scone was served alongside everything else so wasn't warmed. View over the golf course was lovely. I did email the hotel but not had any response.

Seemed to be some confusion at reception as to whether a non-resident could have breakfast at "The View" restaurant (although it says you can on the website) and we got steered towards "The Lodge Cafe", however, breakfast rolls were on offer and the staff were excellent.

Fantastic experience: I photographed a wedding here a few months back and really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff, great facilities and really fantastic food. The golf course was also an amazing place to get some portraits, we were even provided with a golf buggy in case we wanted to explore a bit further. Great venue, hope to come back again this year.

Fantastic experience: The Best Day of our Lives! Me and My wife got married in August 2022, There are no words we can write that could even begin to describe just how perfect our day was. This was all down to the help, planning and organisation of all our wedding suppliers and everyone at the All saints Hotel in Bury St Edmunds. Rosie and Mel and their team were just flawless in everything they did. They were so professional and this made the biggest day of our lives the day we will never forget. We would highly recommend this venue and its team to anyone thinking of getting married.

Fantastic experience: We were fortunate enough to get married at All Saints in December 2022, and what a day it was! From the moment we viewed All Saints, we fell in love. Hannah showed us around, and totally sold it to us. It was clear that All Saints was the venue for us. We quickly booked our date (approx. 18 months ahead), and throughout the planning Melissa and Rosie were so helpful. Melissa was our assigned coordinator, which we were thrilled about. Melissa was great for helping us come up with ideas and guiding us on what works, her support leading up to the wedding and the day before/day of/day after was just excellent. We felt like we could ask Melissa anything, and she'd do what she could to help us. If Melissa was on a day off, Rosie was always such a good support. Rosie would be able to step in and help in Melissa's absence, so it was so smooth and we felt in safe hands at all times. On the day, nothing was too much trouble. We had all 40 rooms booked out for our guests, and the hotel staff were brilliant! From reception, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff... our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing and how polite the hotel staff were. Our guests found their rooms really comfortable, the food was incredible (our guests didn't go hungry!), and the bar staff were so friendly. I also want to give a big thanks to Charlee for her support in managing the room bookings and being on hand for our guests at check in/check out. And even responding to an email on Christmas Day! Fantastic experience: We had our wedding day at All Saints Hotel in October 2022. The events team were excellent, especially Rosie (and Melissa) who ensured our day went really smoothly. They helped us to organise everything which took a lot of the stress away from us. We had a perfect day and everyone commented on how wonderful the venue was with great service provided by all the staff. The reception staff were particularly helpful too and really friendly when greeting our guests. The food was delicious and plentiful, nothing was too much trouble and all our guests had a fabulous day. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to celebrate their wedding day at All Saints Hotel.

Fantastic experience: Reserved a table for the New Year's bottomless brunch. At first, our waiter did not know what was going on but after he talked to his superiors our drinks were flowing and made up for the time we waited. I do think they extended our time as well because of the misunderstanding . Definitely a positive outcome. They had live music and the vibe was chill. I hope they have more events to come in the Spring or summer. The outdoor scene was so lovely.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for an overnight spa experience which included afternoon tea, £30 per person towards dinner, and breakfast the next morning. The drive there was beautiful, as you’re driving alongside the lovely forested woods. We arrived and were able to spend some time in the sauna, outdoor hot tub, and steam room before our massages that evening. After some time relaxing, our room was ready and we were able to drop our belongings off and enjoy our afternoon tea in our comfy robes. The afternoon tea platter was delicious and huge! Cakes, a scone, sandwiches, and desserts were displayed on a gorgeous platter. Our massages were wonderful, as it was my first time ever having one and I would go again. So relaxing and professional, with the therapists asking how everything was along the way. We were still stuffed by dinner from the afternoon tea, but it was so good we had to finish it all. The fish was light with a flaky batter and the three-times fried chips were packed with flavour. I started with a parsnip soup and shared a side order of barbecue popcorn. The right foods had a lovey charred and smoky taste, which made it even more of a delight. Surprisingly the restaurant was quiet on a Saturday, but it was nice to see fireworks in the distance due to the festivities happening in the area. Would definitely give this place a 10/10, as it made for a wonderful birthday dinner experience and the staff were so friendly, went out of their way to be helpful, and were kind. Well done to everyone there for the work you do and the great experience you gave. Would love to stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: We had our wedding here a week ago and it was simply perfect. We could not have asked for more helpful or organised staff. The food was excellent and the room spacious and lovely.

Fantastic experience: Stayed here for a spa weekend. The spa was lovely. Couldn’t fault it. It was so relaxing. Had a lovely helpful lady called Xanthia a look after us. My friend uses a mobility scooter and Xanthia was so understanding and helpful to us as we moved between the spa, restaurant and main hotel. We had an afternoon tea which was so yummy. Didn’t get to eat in the restaurant as we were too full from our tea but the menu looked lovely. The rooms were clean and facilities were good.

Positive experience: The gym, pool, sauna and jacuzzi are fantastic. The hotel was have work during our stay which caused some disruption, and could have been managed better. No food options between 4-6pm. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Lovely lunch at the lodge cafe overlooking the golf course. Relaxed, good food, good coffee and a great view.

Fantastic experience: Well what can I say Melissa and the Events Team went above and beyond to make our wedding day run smoothly and exactly how i had planned in my head. The wedding breakfast food was amazing, we got so many compliments, as was the hog roast in the evening. The staff during the reception were fantastic. The venue itself is beautiful with lovely grounds for some amazing photos. Overall i would highly recommend All Saints Hotel as a wedding venue. We had the best day but that was all thanks to the hotel, Melissa and there amazing events team.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience from start to finish. We would like to thank the staff of the View Restaurant at All Saints Hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional at all times. My husband and I both agreed, the food was melt in the mouth, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The restaurant is well laid out, beautiful table settings and overall its a very pleasant place to dine with friends and family. I do feel the main menu would benefit form a couple more options being added, but they did have a specials board with one extra option. But as I am allergic to fish, unfortunately it was not an option i could consider. But that did not in anyway spoil the total experience. Once again , thank you

Positive experience: Lovely hotel- very clean with great facilities, polite and friendly staff, breakfast was lovely as was evening meal. I even got lucky and was upgraded to a suite! Only downside was the bed and pillows were too hard for my liking- luckily I had my tempur pillow with me which helped!

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing day for our wedding on the 12th September here. All the staff at All saints were fantastic, but a special mention to Melissa who was absolutely amazing and made the day run smoother than we ever could have imagined! Best venue we could have asked for. We would absolutely rate More than 5 stars if possible! Thank you for everything!

Negative experience: Started really well as we were greeted by a lovely female staff member, as we entered our room we could feel a smell of a room that hadn’t been cleaned or aired for days. Both mugs had coffee stains and both tea spoons weren’t washed properly ( I have slept in two star hotels in Spain and France with more infection control than this one) we left for dinner had amazing dinner at a restaurant close by called cheers restaurant, we had stake on stone and it was really good, as we returned to the hotel we opened the bed only to find hair in the pillows that wasn’t ours and stains of urine and blood in the under cover of the mattress, it was so bad we could see them through the bed sheets, being a home manager myself this is lack of leadership and oversight, if you housekeepers/cleaners aren’t working to the standards they should be trained or dismissed, the reality was that we had no choice but to complain and the staff member promptly changed our room, the new room was cleaner however far from 4 star hotel quality, several stains in the carpet, cobwebs close to the bedside table lights and shades, very dusty tv and very dusty overall however the bed was spotless. We went to make tea in the evening to be surprised with one of the mugs being dirty and having a dirty spoon inside, again lack of oversight lack of professionalism by the housekeeping team, no manager figured that this was happening, staff apologised for this inconvenience however no discount or further discussion were taken to ease our distress. Being used to hotels as we always go for a hotel once a month at least this hotel was by far my worst hotel experience here in the uk, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 4 start premium hotel experience, this hotel is in my humble opinion a 2 star hotel. I’d like to mention that the Gym, pool and sauna facilities were good and cleanliness was good. In the morning the breakfast at the view restaurant was really good and something I would recommend we ate eggs royale and the poached eggs were on point, probably the best poached egg I have ever eaten, too bad the cleanliness of the rooms and overall aspect of the rooms would let down all the other hotel services that were so good. My advice to the management would be, more spotchecks, more oversight and ensure new housekeepers to the service do not pass their probationary period if they are not delivering 4 star hotel quality of cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: We've stayed at the hotel a few times now and will again ahead of our wedding next year. All of the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious, the food is great and the afternoon tea is great value for money. We booked spa massages during our stay and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Helen was absolutely incredible! I had a drift away massage, 60 minutes was not long enough, it was pure bliss!! My fiancé had a work it out massage and again, felt incredible afterwards. Thank you to all the team for looking after us so well, see you next year !

Fantastic experience: We got married here end of July. Rosie was so patient when we couldn't remember any details (wedding postponed due to covid). Nothing was too much trouble! The venue is absolutely beautiful and everyone said how amazing the food was. I stayed the night before and used the spa. Everything is sparkling clean ( I walked into the glass door) and the spa treatments are so relaxing. The restaurant is a lovely setting and the food is delicious. The room was spacious and the bed huge. With a gorgeous view of the golf course. It is an amazing venue with fantastic staff. Would highly recommend x

Positive experience: Room was ok. Nice view for some. A bit noisy from other guests but understandable as its part of a wedding venue. Breakfast was very disappointing food and service.
