Fantastic experience: I don’t write reviews often but my treatment was so good i just had to! Courtney is so good at what she does. I got a 1 hour swedish massage from her and it was just lush. The perfect pressure, the effort she put in was consistent the whole hour and she made me feel very comfortable. Lovely woman with good energy, I do highly recommend anyone looking to book a massage to ask for her specifically!

Fantastic experience: I booked a deep tissue massage as I'd been having issues with my lower back, quite a lot of stiffness, and there was also a discount being offered for an hour's session. It was my first time here and getting a massage. The location is quite easy to get to and right opposite the canals, but parking is a bit of a pain. There are only one hour spaces or double yellow lines, and the nearest NCP is probably a 5-10 minute walk away. When I went it was during the weekday and quiet. It was empty when I walked in but someone came to greet me and they were very friendly. The whole place is quite dimly lit and there is a smell of incense in the air. Venue seemed clean and tidy. You are also able to get coffee there if you wanted. I had Jason, who was young and very nice. He seemed good at what he does and was quite conversational. You are able to request someone female when booking online. There is free cancellation and free change of booking up to 24hrs before the booking. They ask what your problem areas are and if they should focus anywhere, otherwise they do the whole body (neck, shoulders, back, and legs). I felt relaxed afterwards and would go again. They recommend you drink lots of fluid after, to combat fatigue and any stiffness. It was a calming environment, I would go again. Booking was also very easy to do.

Fantastic experience: Had a couple sessions at Vibro Suite, a Facial treatment and a full body sports massage. It was magical , I have never had a facial treatment before, but the therapist was very nice and informative. She gave me tips on what to do to maintain the “glow”, recommended cleansers and moisturiser to someone who had no idea. The full body massage by Tia was just as good, she was very informative, professional and thorough. I was all knotted up and the next day felt so relaxed, I will definitely be booking another one.

Negative experience: Looks like the bad comments about customer service are true. On their website says that they open on Saturday at 7am and I came at 9am and it was closed. At 10:10am I called to check if they are open and the lady didn’t even apologize for not updating her hours but said that “we’ll we are open now” so I said that I will be coming to check the facilities. Half an hour late I went to this place again and it was apparently closed again, I called and nobody answer and then someone came and open the door and I told her that she should update her hours and she tried to excuse herself by saying that is just something temporarily since Covid. Then I asked to see the gym and she said that is not available and I asked why they don’t update that in their website, what non sense is this? Once again she never apologized but instead repeat that I was just temporarily and after not convincing me she said that they don’t have access to their website anymore WHAT A JOKE! They got hacked or what? Not recommended at all

Fantastic experience: Arrived with a lot of pain in my shoulder. Jason gave a wonderful massage. Calm, considerate and professional. Will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: Have regular sports therapy massages here and really feel a benefit from it. Fab atmosphere, great staff. Highly recommend! They also have a gym on site, and also do many beauty treatments like manicures etc.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Happy to sell vouchers but actively avoid giving the treatments. I hope you guys like trading standards because you are about to get to know them very well! Borderline fraudulent practices ongoing here.

Fantastic experience: The spot for a quality sports/deep tissue massage in town. After seeing Alex for the first time, I finally found some relief for my long term IT band pain I've had whilst running. Already been back for a follow up and super happy with the results. The staff are friendly and professional and have plenty of advice for dealing with aches and pains long term.

Positive experience: Had waxing from here. It was comfortable and quick. Alex did a good job. My only complaint is that the room was quite dark and so some hair was missed (which Alex removed at the end when noticed)

Negative experience: Would give 0 if possible. Money hungry company that do not care about customer satisfaction. Was given a voucher as a gift to get a massage here and booked it however I had to cancel it due to having covid and rebooked it for a few months later, however the day before the rebook was schedule I was told I could not longer come as the lady doing my massage has covid. I then tried to rebook it and was told that I was no longer allowed as they had redeemed my voucher as they put it down on their system that I had covid twice and it was my fault? Yet they were the ones that cancelled on me. Tried to call up and explain but got nothing but a very very rude lady and a disgusting tone back at me. DO NOT GET ANYONE A VOUCHER FOR HERE

Fantastic experience: I got a massage here with Alex who was very professional and friendly. She had quite a few pieces of advice for me as well. I really enjoyed the whole treatment. The bed and the room were very comfortable and I will definitely book more treatments again.

Fantastic experience: We've been going here for years now. When we first came it was through virgin experience but now we just pay them directly. I go with my partner and have a deep tissue massage and they always get out those hard knots that I struggle to find anyone else who can! Definitely the best place we've found and will continue going here. Really friendly and listen to exactly what you want. You also have 2 consultations, 1 at the start so they can understand exactly what you want from the session. The second is at the end so they can give you advice. Highly highly recommend

Negative experience: Please do not book at this venue, they have a ridiculous policy that they need to check your state of health, before you have a massage and cannot offer the same rooms for you and your partner. Common sense would prevail that if you are ill, you will cancel your booking yourself! And these people are not qualified doctors to diagnose any conditions too! I have been having massages for over 20 years and never heard of such a ridiculous and unfriendly policy. They had the arrogance to say they have enough customers and therefore our business was not needed! So think hard about booking at this venue!

Negative experience: Worst customer service I have ever experienced, absolutely shocking behaviour from all staff and the owner, please never book this place for any treatments. We purchased and booked a couples treatment and massage with BuyAGift back in January 2022 to celebrate my husbands birthday and Father’s Day. Once we redeemed the code my husband called Vibro Suit directly and spoke to a member of staff who confirmed our booking was on the system and went through exactly what to expect throughout the treatment. You would think after this conversation with the spa directly that we should be confident that 5 months later our booking was good to go. Our booking was for 18th June and We travelled up from London the night before (cost us just under £100), we stayed in a hotel (cost us £110). The following day we arrive at Vibro to be told that our voucher wasn’t assigned to our booking properly so they can’t provide us the treatment. We were then told that BuyAGift are closed on weekends so we wouldn’t be able to call them to resolve it. The rudest girl working at the desk who gave us this devastating news showed absolutely zero remorse for the inconvenience that had be caused. We asked her why this wasn’t noticed when we called 5 months ago and she said simply that it’s because they didn’t check until 5 minutes before our booking. Even more shocking is that 5 minutes before our booking we called Vibro to ask for parking directions. She said that when we called she knew that their was an issue with our booking but wanted us to arrive so she can tell us. She then went on to say this has happened before and last time the customer called BuyAGift and they were able to assign the voucher and have their treatment. So clearly this is a reoccurring issue with all parties involved, yet it is us the paying customer that is affected. We then suggested paying for the treatments ourselves and when BuyAGift open on Monday and resolve the voucher issue then Vibro can refund us. The lady then went on the phone to ask the owner if this was possible and the owner said no. His reason was that they just don’t work like that. I’ve worked on the service and hospitality industry for many years and the owner knows full well that this option was viable but they chose not to, because once again customer service is obviously not a core foundation for this business. The lady then said she can’t do any treatments and isn’t willing to refund or reimburse us for over £200 of expenses we incurred because of this booking. She said there is nothing they can or will do and we have to sort it ourselves with BuyAGift. She then had the audacity to say have a lovely day when we were leaving. Never in my life have I experienced such disgusting and unhelpful service from a service provider. We will be contacting BuyAGift on Monday to discuss not just a refund on our experience but complete reimbursement of all costs incurred. We understand errors happen and mistakes are made but how it is handled is so key, and clearly where Vibro have a zero customer service culture. This place should be shut down or be under new management ASAP

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a series of treatments today (Deep tissue massage, facial and foot massage). The whole experience was fantastic. Alex and Tara did an amazing job and really looked after us. Tara released knots in my neck and shoulders that I didn’t know I had but boy do they feel better now! Alex was extremely professional and explained everything brilliantly as well as suggested some follow-up actions that we could take. Can highly recommend Vibro Suite and we will certainly be back there.

Fantastic experience: Had a deep tissue massage with Tara and let me tell you this lady has some magic hands !! For a 30 minute massage what she did was insanely good, it’s been two days since the massage and I’ve never felt so little tension in my back muscles before. She truly worked out as many knots and stiff muscles I have in my back. I’ve already booked two more sessions for the next two months because the health & well-being results I’ve received from this one massage speak for themselves. Thank you again Tara it’s really appreciated !!!

Negative experience: why is it so difficult to answer the phone? i have been trying to get confirmation of an appointment but the phone rings out! very unprofessional for a "5 star business" after multiple phone calls unanswered and emails sent, im still trying to get through to speak to a colleague for confirmation of a booking. the number rings out, i have tried at different times throughout the day with no responses.

Negative experience: Rude arrogant staff who can't even pick the phone up. I'd suggest avoiding this place and definitely don't book any online experiences unless you want to have to wait until 2023 to take them

Negative experience: Very poor. Bought a voucher for treatment but they won't accept it until next year even though they have availability at the salon. Shouldn't be selling vouchers on virgin experience days if youre not going to accept them

Negative experience: Poor management of business. They say they only communicate via Instagram yet provide a telephone number and email address as part of their booking process. I'd emailed and called them several times with no response. Craig, the manager was absolutely terrible, he was aggressive and failed to acknowledge a lack of communication options. DONT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE!

Negative experience: I had a voucher for a massage here. I booked an appointment arrived and was told the masseuse was not in that day. I received no call to cancel and after expressing my dissatisfaction to the man on reception (who I think may have been the owner). He promptly stood up and squared up to me in threatening fashion. I never received a refund, if it hadn't of happened I wouldn't have believed it. Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had in a place like this.

Fantastic experience: Alexandra Demitrious was really friendly, a wonderful conversationist an amazing masseuse. It was my first time there and I had to book another appointment as soon as I was done. Vibro Suite Health and Wellness Spa is the place you need to be if you want the best massage of your life. I feel so good now that I'm properly relaxed. Great job guys

Fantastic experience: A regular visitor to Vibro Suite I always a great experience. I’ve had several sports massages with different members of staff all of which have been very good quality and leave me feeling refreshed. The team are extremely friendly, everything is clean and they make a pretty good coffee too! I’ve also used the gym a few times which has everything you need for a good workout in a really nice environment. One of my favourites spots in Birmingham and conveniently located too!

Fantastic experience: Me and my sister in law visited Vibro for a full body massage. We were both impressed by the atmosphere of the place, it was very calming and we felt welcomed as soon as we stepped into the place! Our therapists were both extremely friendly and made us feel at ease, so much so that we have already booked in for another massage! Would definately recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: I was long overdue a sport massage, as my body was aching and super tense from all the training. My therapist Alexandra was amazing, we had a chat about what my problems are and where she should focus more, and needless to say she really did focus on all the bad areas, was painful , but worth it! She did an amazing job and I've already scheduled my next session, can't recommend her enough!

Positive experience: Had a wonderful full body deep tissue massage here. The staff were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Even helped me out with some injury advice. Prices were competitive and is set on the canal in a peaceful area for Birmingham. Very relaxing and felt great afterwards.

It has vibro machines, which are very rare and the overall experience is very good. Gym owner and trainers are very friendly and helpful. The classes are very exhausting, but effective. Negative experience: Extremely disappointing. Myself and my girlfriend attended for a Spa/pamper package. On arrival it looked nice but we changed our minds within minutes. I used the male toilets and to my disgust found that there was no running water in the taps, the taps themselves were disgusting and full of lime scale which left pled like it had been building up for years, the plug hole had sludge in it, the showers again had lime scale all over the tiles and shower head and there was empty shower gel bottles left. The massage room had two beds in it and the women had to squeeze past each other to do the treatment. After the treatment we had afternoon tea, this consisted of sandwiches that had started to go dry, scones with no jam, cream or butter or even a knife to cut them in half, there was also no plate or napkin. The area where we sat was in a small corridor between the reception and outside the treatment room with clean and dirty towels on view!!! This is the worst establishment I have ever been to and would not recommend anyone to attend or book a so called Spa treatment package!!!

Fantastic experience: A new and fresh way to approach training. Really helped me re-focus and get fitter than I ever thought I could be. There's also some great spa treatments. I went for a couples treatment for valentines which was fantastic. Best of all, a friendly and welcoming staff.

Negative experience: I wanted to try this gym out and potentially join, but I was disappointed by the service, I expected better, and I didn't want to come back after my 3rd session, even though I signed up for 5.

Fantastic experience: I do a lot of training, workouts etc so I know decent gyms. A few weeks back I had my first class with Craig at Vibro Suite and I was very impressed indeed. The class was boxing style training (don't worry, no actual boxing) where we did a lot of bag work, some body weight exercises and some kettlebell stuff; the exercises are high intensity and interval style so you'll sweat and you'll feel that body working. Craig (the owner) really knows his stuff and if you put the time into his classes I promise that you will tone right up, develop a nice shapely body and lose fat. I don't think any other workout comes close. In my opinion this should be first gym / fitness club you hit, once you start putting in the hours you will not want to go anywhere else. Finally, in case you are the type who doesn't have time for the gym...the classes are not super long (1h ish) - so you get in, train hard & get home.
