Fantastic experience: Good guys closes late decent equipment good atmosphere

Negative experience: The gym is ran by the owner of the carpet shop sons next door. The carpet shop owner is a really nice guy but one of the sons, I believe his name is arif, the taller one, he has a terrible attitude. He loves to con people, he doesnt really care about the good reputation his dad has built. Even when he used to work at the carpet shop he had the most annoying terrible attitude. I did have a go at him once and told him I would never do any business with him again, then he started with brother i'll give you discount, i'll reduce the price. I had none of it and walked out the shop by saying you need to learn how to speak to people. All the good reviews are left by their good friends

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym most gym goers are novice to intermediate so not a intermediating environment. Plenty of space and excellent equipment. Large matted area at the back with 10 plus punch bags. Weekends are very quiet and so are day times but even at peak there is plenty of room. 20 years training I know a good gym when I see one. Negative experience: Too much of a bodybuilders gym.combat area too small and cramped.no boxing ring just a matted area with few punch bags nothing special. I'll rather go to fitness 4 life in kings heath or premium fitness in Montgomery street
