Fantastic experience: Our first time visiting this centre. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, changing area very clean as was pool area, on the whole a good experience, will most definitely be back.

Negative experience: Too busy swimming pool need to open another swimming pool in the morning. The swimmer dont behave properly to someone who is not a strong swimmer.

Negative experience: Swimming lessons - parents reserve changing rooms by leaving there kids things inside meaning there are always children cold unable to change while parents occupy rooms for children not even showered yet. Staff do nothing about it. Combination of lousy customer service and ignorant customers.

Positive experience: Such a nice place to go however the only thing about the swimming pool is it's really cold. I know normally it's meant to feel that slight cold but it was that cold when I jumped out the pool to go to the toilet I ended up pissing on my balls.

Positive experience: Overpriced for someone who doesn’t use the classes. The gym is very small and is always uncomfortably hot. Wouldn’t recommend unless you will attend the classes and pool in order to get value for your money.

Negative experience: I am member of the gym for 18 months, but today one of the staff behaviour was unprofessional, i will leave the gym will not come any more.

Negative experience: Half the pool for 3 people and the other half for 22 people kid jumping on people cos the staff wouldn't take the lanes out no room for the kids to play

Negative experience: The facilities is lovely great little children swimming pool and a main one, BUT the Customer service is appalling disgusting, the blonde lady that is at the reception has no Customer service attitude at all she needs to be educated in that department, rude, not welcoming stared at us as if we were from another planet didn't even Greet us, doesn't even know the timings to the swimming timetable, horrendous!!!!! Absolutely disgusting.

Positive experience: Loads of parking for cars or bikes if you have cycled there. Very clean and professional look to the leisure centre also has a library inside.

Fantastic experience: Large leisure centre with friendly staff on the entrance. I was here for Serviceman resettlement show. Good facilities, good toilets. Well organised show with lots of space in large hall and lots of attendees. Was a lovely place to have this sort of show. The lunch time buffet laid on was very good. Large carpark outside and hotel accommodation very close by. Modern shopping centre and cinemas are all within a short walk away.

Positive experience: We use the pool with our children quite regular. A very well kept and clean place with friendly staff. My only moan is that the car park needs reorganising. The car park is quite large and if parked at the bottom of the hill when full can be a nuisance when you have babies especially twins. However they have an abundance of dissabled slots that are always empty when we go. Unless we go on the day that the wheelchair basketball team don't play, I think some slots should be duel hatted. This making it easier for all parents with newborns or young children and siblings who want to use the facilities.

Positive experience: Good facilities and excellent staff, however some public areas look very shabby like the so called leather sofas need replacing ASAP , there is no facilities for sauna or jacuzzi or even to have a good coffee or decent snack , this place really needs its own coffee shop, new sofas and an extension to the fitness suite putting in a mezzanine floor would turn this into an excellent gym, Saying that the staff are great very helpful and the equipment is first rate , I cannot knock the staff what so ever but facilities do need some work.

Positive experience: Only reviewimg the gym. Well equipped excellent sevice from tbe staff. Change facilities are very clean as was the gym. If anything the only fault was it xmwoukd have been better if it was a bit bigger. Also located next door to the library's man next to the cinema, tesco an costa.
