Fantastic experience: Friendly, supportive small group classes and PT. Completely changed my feelings around gym and exercise for the better ☺️

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have been to, especially for new mums! I started here when I was 6 months postpartum after my first baby - Lauren's Pelvic floor and restore class was perfect to help me strengthen my core and help my recovery, and even better that you can bring your baby too. Now 18 months on I am still attending her other classes 3 times a week and loving it! The classes are fun and challenging and I have never felt stronger! Everyone is so friendly and encouraging too!
