Fantastic experience: Very very good daughter loved it . 5 star all the way good teachers

Negative experience: Reception staff member was so rude even children snapping at them. Coaching staff are also extremely rude and make you feel so unwelcome especially those with any additional needs. Would avoid this place at all costs!

Negative experience: My son had been there for 10 weeks even tho he got to advance very quick he still didn't learn anything from this class They only seem to consider the girls and not focus on what the boys need to learn They would make the boys do what girls do but never had a moment where they would focus on what the boys need Come across very sexist everything my son learned was from home They even dismissed him saying what he has learnt and said he can not do that and shut him down They never progressed on the skills he already knew to make him better Complete waste of money and even someone I know said that their daughter didn't learn anything so he stopped her from going

Fantastic experience: My two kids, ages 4 and 6, recently did a trial at ASG's recreational gymnastics class. One of my kids got terribly shy and scared as it was a new place with new kids. All the staff were so helpful with him, trying to encourage him and make him feel comfortable whilst being mindful of his feelings and sensitivities, but also giving him space. After awhile, he gained some courage and was able to join in with the class. He ended up having so much and told me he loved it and wanted to go back the following week. I couldn't have thanked the staff enough. They knew the exact balance of helping my kid without pressing too hard but also didn't give up when he said wasn't ready. I also appreciated that this class was an actual gymnastics class, teaching form and technique on different equipment. It's not a class where they let the kids do free play for an hour. The kids had fun through structured gymnastics teaching. A great way to teach a skill while also building confidence and discipline. Will definitely come back for more classes.

Negative experience: (After school clubs) Don't care about regular customers, communication is non existence. Reply: my little girl has attended every class since she started at cardwell school, even received a certificate last term for this attendance, but this term you became fully booked without thinking to offer your Existing loyal customer 1st, then I have rang, ask the school which wasn't helpful and has took this review to get a response, but now a little 7y old girl is upset as has missed out on a class she has been attending for several years, not to worry now as i will find a decent gymnastics class for her with better qualified staff so this doesn't happen again

Negative experience: Parents are rude by parking across residents garages, other cars and speed down the road. Despite the owners REPEATEDLY being asked to tell users to park in the car park provided to them, they still inconvenience others.

Positive experience: We enjoy coming here at the weekends with my toddler. Lots of things for them to do which you don’t always find at other soft plays including the trampoline and pit. It would be great however it is pretty dirty! There’s loads of dust, rubbish sometimes and just fluff etc everywhere on the carpets and in between the equipment and it could really do with a good hoover!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has attended two weeks of the summer gymnastics camp here. Lovely coaches, lots of equipment, unbelievable value, and the location is easy to reach by public transport or car.

Fantastic experience: Amazing team. Every single teacher is lovely and encouraging. My daughter Rayyan came into gymnastics as a very shy timid girl. With all the great support and fun. She now is very much involved and comes home happy and counting down the days until her next gym class. Great way of burning off energy

Fantastic experience: I've been going here since 2017 and I've fallen in love this gymnasium. I regularly go on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thurdays and Fridays. It's always been unforgettable. This gym has taught me to never give up along the way. It has any equipment you need to practice, learn and succeed. I fully recommend to any younger and older learners. I have made so much progress at ASG gymnastics, it's unbelievable. I hope to soon be able to coach.

Fantastic experience: My little girl has been at ASG for the last 2 years and she absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing and they have been amazing through these testing times x my little one feels so at ease and has so much fun as well as learning new skills each week.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend asg highly enough. My son has been a member for almost three years and really enjoys it. He loves the fact that they have male coaches. All the coaches are brilliant. They are so encouraging and show genuine care for all the children. The gym has a real friendly/family feel and is not at all pushy, just encouraging.

Negative experience: Very rude staff and a manager who doesn't care for anything but how to get more money from parents. I wouldn't recommend for any parents to trust leaving their children there. I expect a ridiculous reply/lie from them to my genuine review.

Fantastic experience: So happy I found this place! My lo has been attending for the past year; she has made good progress, got her badges and most importantly she loves it! I can see the staff is really caring and great with kids ( despite their young age) ! They gently push them to do better in a fun way! We also had a birthday party here and I couldn't have wished for more! We had 2 coaches entertaining the kids constantly! They made a great effort and went above & beyond to make my little one feel special. All the other kids had a great time too. Last but not least made my day easy as they provided everything from plates to candles ( as I forgot them). 5 star service! Some of the reviewers complained about the prices and the place being small or dirty...it's a gym! it's not dirty but it won't look fancy! I am not sure what world you live in, but £25/ month is more than reasonable! They could improve the looks of the gym even the size but than most of us won't be able to afford it. They do their best. Continue the good work!

Negative experience: It is dirty and the changing rooms are tiny

Fantastic experience: My daughter does gymnastics here on Saturdays (been coming 2 years now) and also cheerleading for a competitive team on a Monday. The staff are helpful, the coaches are so good with her (she’s only 4) and she’s learned so much. She is enjoying the cheer class too which runs out of the same building but different people. They are utopia cheer (find them on Facebook or instagram ages 3 all the way to teens!)

Fantastic experience: I would have given it 5 actually I will give it 5 nothing to complain about!! We joined up 4 weeks ago been treated nice by staff, daughter loves it and is in fact attending here and Europa gym and to be honest this place ASG is helping her more, as in apparatus work. Here it's 4/5 kids a teacher whereas Europa is 8/9 so your kid ain't doing what they should be at times loss of concentration. Here is a good place, very good teachers, I will be booking the private classes at ASG as well they are efficient. Really like it!! I don't know if they are in competitions or not but if they were they would be solid, very good.

Fantastic experience: Have seen a masaive improvement over the last few years so have updated to 5* to reflect this especially during this time with covid and the fab zoom lessons my daughter has improved since she 1st started when the club opened and no has her sights set on hopefully joining squad tram once they reopen keep up the fab work and regular updates

Negative experience: Generally unprofessional attitude to kids especially. A bit of sensitivity will go a long way in changing my opinion on them. For now its all thumps down

Positive experience: My daughter has been attending since the gym opened. The classes are now picking up momentum and they are going through a refurb this week, so there will be more apparatus for the kids to have a go on. The classes are really affordable so its great for the local community. I think in about a years time, if the club keeps improving the way it has been of late, will definitly be worthy of a 4/5 star review
