Kempston Outdoor Centre

Negative experience: I would love to review the facilities however they cancelled our booking 24 hours before we were due to attend. They said we could come back in 7/8 months time to re-do it. I asked for a refund they refusing stating they don't offer refunds.

Fantastic experience: Fab experience on the kayak rolling course led by Richard with bank spotting from Callum. 3 or was it 4 :) - solid rolls achieved which rewarding. Progressive 1.5hrs watching, listening & doing. Super calm paddle instruction with energy hauling us back up - all matched with technique & confidence building. Obvious experience on coaching rolling from Richard .. Thank you I had a great time and will be booking again, without hesitation

Fantastic experience: My kids love this place. Especially paddleboarding with the Fun 4 young people team.

Fantastic experience: Came for a Planet Patrol session and was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff and the good quality equipment! Will be coming back again.

Negative experience: No parking for coaches or facilities. At least they could allow drivers to refill their water bottle

Fantastic experience: Fabulous team building experience. Well organised and our leaders, Callum and Ash were brilliant. . . Positive, encouraging and friendly. A definite recommend!

Negative experience: Called several times over a few days but no answer The calls keep going to John Bunyan Centre and they unfortunately are unable to access the outdoor centre's booking system. Seems as if the phone is never answered. There is also no contact form online.

Negative experience: Very confusing you can book online.but Google says not open. so you ask someone that works there and he says they are closed today but if you ring his boss you can maybe sort it for today or maybe tomorrow or a few days.so I'm just going to take my money else were what a waste of my time

Fantastic experience: Visited 5th August 2021, the whole team looked after us all so well, large group of 12 kids and 6 adults. Great expereince, great fun and would highly recommend a visit! Thanks for looking after us all.
