Positive experience: Swimming facilities: It's not the nicest of places with regards to the changing rooms and shower facilities, but the pool itself is nice and deep it is cold though so brace yourself. This place is really In need of modernisation. .

Positive experience: It has an ok gym. The pool is nice but the changing facilities not so much. The staff are friendly. It closes at 4pm Saturday and Sunday which doesn't suit me.

Positive experience: The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The facilities aren't great and the pool is FREEZING, we could only stay in a few minutes.

Negative experience: I want to preface this review with respect for the staff, they're always lovely and respectful whenever I arrive and that's something I appreciate alot. Anyways - The gym is absolutely tiny and the price they charge for you to use it is absurd. I'm living here temporarily and I'm also unable to drive. It feels like they know, that they are the only option to Whittlesey and they charge as much as they do, because they can. The gym - If you have 10 people muscle training in there, don't bother turning up. I went today at 12pm on a Monday, to work legs and got 15 minutes on the leg press, and nothing else. I had to sit there on cardio until something free'd up and nothing did so I left. This is crazy to me as I'm paying £45 A MONTH! To access the gym, and because it's a leisure center, they only offer membership for the gym if you pay for the entire thing. (swimming included in that, which is another £20.) Swimming - While the pool is clean, the staff are great: the schedule is confusing. You can use the app to see when you can swim, but the timetable isn't consistent for free swimming. So if you're on a schedule like me, you genuinely have to miss days where you need to exercise because of the free swimming being 9am-11am, then out of nowhere it's 6am-9am. If you don't want to be on contract, they charge you an extra £8 a month so you can cancel any time. It's an absolute robbery that I guarantee many people in Whittlesey have to put up with, because there are no competitors. Again, the staff are great, respectful & kind which is great, but the facility is absolutely lacking. Especially for the price.

Fantastic experience: Good.

Positive experience: The gym is good. It has quite a bit the cardio stuff. The problem is that the weights get left on the floor and they are not organised, it takes about 2-3 minutes trying to find the same one. The clips are on the floor all the time and the preacher curl machines is broken but you can still use it. It gets busy about 3pm-4:30pm since of school kids and 5pm-6pm with most adults coming from work. The staff is very nice. The swimming is good but the lane lines in the pool are fading.

Havnt been for years, don't think I shall be returning. £30 pounds for a pair of the most ridiculous swimming shorts u will ever see, paid full for a swim and they have workers inside, showers not in use, my 5 yr old needed toilet had to use disabled toilet with pxxs all over the floor! Absolutly discusting place inside locks hanging off changing doors and all for a 45 min swim with bits and dirt on the bottom of the pool.

Negative experience: I paid for the year back in January £340 pounds I was a member a year before this when the Opening times were till 9pm and 4 on weekends none of the staff told me that Opening hours had been changed to 8 and 2 on weekend the times I'm able to get in there are now gone iv managed to get in there about 10 times because of this I feel ripped off the staff could of informed me before taking all that money I would not have joined back there swimming times are a joke for members to and stem room and sauna have been removed thanks for all your great work

Positive experience: My relative swims here but recently complaining water is freezing, at 12ish also in duckling class where u cannot see them from spectators area,seating should be provided near so that u can watch especially if they get out during lesson as furthest awzy from seating so not suitable.

Positive experience: Great facilities swimming lessons reasonably priced. Now offering sports massage so will definitely be back. The only think that would improve it would be if it had jacuzzi in addition to sauna and steam rooms.

Negative experience: Poor communication from staff, poor leadership and lack of facilities, with the limited ones they have some are closing for no real reason. Weak customer service. Complete ignorance from email requests for managements details. No initiative from the gym staff to maintain clients returning to the gym. Would give 0 stars if I could but the yoga teacher, Simon, was very good. Would recommend his classes. Will be leaving contract asap.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, men's changing area could do with an update though

Negative experience: This company makes public safety a complete joke. The centre at Whittlesey is managed by incompetent staff who do not comprehend public safety in any way and this is carried on by the senior manager and area manager. To cut a long story short, at the start of Covid it was reported to the staff here that a large 20 foot long by 18 inch deep piece of rusted metal guttering had fallen from the building during a windy spell of weather, into an area where kids play, people walk their dogs etc etc. Despite numerous occasions of being told, this metal laid on the floor for over two years. Sharp metal edges and rusting away. Subsequently, they were told again and again about other sections of this guttering rotting away and near to falling. THEY DID NOTHING. Another piece fell and again they were told...to which, the centre manager said he knew about it....again, falling into a walked area by lots of people. And to make it worse, he just left it there...sharp rusty pieces of metal all over. It has been constantly raised with them and they do nothing. The centre manager even claimed he got onto the roof to make sure the metal was secure... when asked how he got up there...SILENCE. This company are a joke and have a complete disregard for public safety. They have made many claims about being repaired and getting contractors but nothing is done. There are still several areas of this metal guttering that are loose and still, they come up with excuse after excuse. If one of these large sections comes down and hits someone, it will at best cause severe injury and at worst, decapitate them. A total disregard for public safety and they seem to have no care in the world about the possible outcome. If they have this lackadaisical attitude to Health and Safety for the public outside the building ( which they are responsible for), how bad are they inside the building.

Positive experience: Plenty of parking and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Making contact by phone can be a challenge though. Changing rooms are clean and tidy but no hairdryers in the men's.

Positive experience: My first time swimming after lockdown and first time at the Manor Leisure Centre on Thursday this week. Surprised, and very happy, to find separate changing rooms. The pool is much bigger than Wisbech and the water was a tolerable temperature. Changing rooms were spacious and warm. Showers good. Only criticism is that there was only one hair dryer - really!! All in all, a good experience and will go again.

Positive experience: Go swimming 4 times a week, it's a large pool with 3 divided lanes and only a max of 10 at a time. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and always have a chat. Makes it feel very welcoming. The pool could do with a bit if a clean but otherwise can't wait for the showers to be used again in June.

Positive experience: Good place for swimming and fitness. Good on price. Strange but member card don't give you any benefits. Even year's one is not inexpensive unless visit it every day. Car park is big enough. Two tennis courts stay unused because no one want to put two nets. Problem: swimming pool is overcrowded often.

Negative experience: Place is dirty, reception is not a pleasant place with some unfriendly staff, pool is freezing cold and not the cleanest changing rooms are terrible, went with my kids last week the floor was under 2" of water in places and stunk of stagnant water.

Fantastic experience: Great Fenland facility for sports activities. Fitness gym, swimming pool, various keep fit classes.

Negative experience: The service/reception could be friendlier. At times, the place seems poorly managed and somewhat chaotic. The pool looks clean but I have witnessed members of the public poolside with outdoor footwear and never challenged by staff.

Negative experience: Reason why I gave this a 2 star is because I been there and there has been police and ambulance there and the security around the manor is only focused on the park place instead of everywhere else. This place needs more cameras to keep everyone safe and better security
