Positive experience: This is my 2nd week after moving gyms, reason I changed is that the off peak membership offers brilliant hours to go to the gym and the price per month is better than anywhere else in Derby. It's big, all on one floor, clean plenty of equipment and got to say so far so good..

Fantastic experience: Very good quality Gym. The people here are very friendly. The equipment is always free 99% of the time I am able to jump on the machines and get my desired weights straight away. The people here are very friendly and they’ll always be willing to help you out. The prices are also the best in Derby, based on your different plans you can get training aswell. Brilliant.

Positive experience: I have the off peak membership so it £15.99 and I can’t go 4-8pm in the weekdays. So I come before work in the morning and anytime at weekend and it has never been to busy. The equipment is good and kept neat and tidy. It is a basic gym but has all you need.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, always clean. The staff is great and always ready to help. Sometimes it gets busy so you have to wait for some of the more popular machines (the Smith, for example) but, all in all, great experience.

Positive experience: As a whole the gym has a very pleasant aura surrounding it but lacks space and it feels like there are many limitations partly because of this. Also Cain is very consistent and persistent with his boxing classes

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend this gym. Changing rooms are always dirty; there are tissues on the floor, clothes everywhere, and random accessories left. The gym itself is poor; dumbbells are scattered all over the place, and they are very rarely in the correct location. Plates for barbells are also never in the right area; it can take a while to find the correct weight you need. Gym members also need to have more respect for the way they throw equipment around and the state they leave it in. It is hands down the worst gym I have been in. A shame really. The PT's however do try and improve the gym but unfortunately it is difficult for them to be able to do so. Overall, this gym would be a lot better if its members took more care of it, this mainly lets the place down.

Negative experience: 2 pieces of gym equipment broken for weeks now. The big cable crossovers one of the most crucial machines in a gym in my opinion, and the assisted pull up/dip machine..... also the clock doesnt work i mean come on guys is it so hard to change a battery? Not even going to get into the state of the place most times weights and plates left everywhere but where they should be! I work all over the uk and have visited hundreds of gyms and its safe to say this gym is one of the worst ive been in and most definitely the worst commercial gym i have been in hands down!

Negative experience: Very rude staff,I had been a member for eight years but they blocked my pin over nothing and were abusive to me when I asked about reason.

Negative experience: I'm satisfied with the gym and the self-employed are great, but if we come around 4 o'clock or 5 in the afternoon until 8, you don't have a chance to work out, so many people and that's horrible and scary, it's a shame, I have to find another gym where there won't be so many people .I'm sorry but it's really not possible..

Lol, Ok here it goes phoned the gym group to enquire about the facilities etc they said we can't help you with anything because you've reached billing bla bla bla, I mean your a multi millionaire group that advertises every where, TV other social media platforms and there's no one to deal with enquires is this some kind of joke and you differently don't see me joking any way the gentleman that I spoke to he said there's going to some there at the facility to show you around before you could join I thought great I'll pop over and join there and then but to my disappointment I was awaiting and awaiting and awaiting, Why wasn't there anyone here is beyond me I payed 15 pound for a taxi too, Who's going to refund me for that, You guys need to get your act together. It's not very professional of yourself to conduct yourself in this matter..... Appalling thisof some kind

Negative experience: I am sorry to say that this is the worst gym in Derby ! Worst management ! worst online system lack of weight categories, washroom always dirty ! not clean as it should be !

Positive experience: Great all round equipment. Good value for money. Fitness classes throughout the week that you can sign up to for free.

Positive experience: Good gyms, website and app is what let's it down always glitchy and as someone who uses day passes as I travel for work and there's not always one local to where I'm staying it's mildly infuriating when I can't sign up for passes when required.

The classes they teach they are patient with all participants, they are both kind, professional and approachable Individuals and are open to new changes too. I have spoken to Iggy in regards to having a boxing bag in the Derby gym and he has taken on board and will pass on to the rest is the Gym Group Team to be considered. Fantastic experience: Cain and Iggy are absolutely amazing - they make you work harder than you know you can and will have a laugh with you. More equipment is ended such as: punch bags and other bits that can be used in the classes. Unfortunately if this doesn't happen people including myself will go to other gyms that do offer this service.
