Fantastic experience: Went years ago , and now just recently joined up again , a massive well done for improving the gym area , staff are nice and punctual. Good music up beat. Friendly bunch of lads. Send my son to the boxing classes , comes home tired and ready for bed so 5* from me a Mrs lol

Fantastic experience: A good gym for the average person, it hasn’t got all the gym equipment but that can be excused as it is a boxing gym.

Fantastic experience: This gym has all the equipment you need for bodybuilding. It is a small gym compared to dewsbury and jd gym, but it is closer to me so more convenient. There is a boxing club next to the gym , I'm sure you can hit the bags if you ask nicely!

Fantastic experience: Equipment is very old. I doubt if their is ever any maintenance check. But the staff is friendly and there are many activies all the time. Men and women are segragated and that's the best feature.

Positive experience: Pros: Good sessions Fair price (£20pm or £3 per session) Good coaches Suitable for all ages Good amount of weekly sessions Cons: Gym quite small (but then again it’s a boxing gym so it’s aimed more at people who want to box) Overall it’s a good boxing gym, and well worth the price.

Negative experience: Absolute garbage machines are rubbish and most are useless hardly anything there they play music as and when they want been a few times and no music playing nothing worse when your training. Always young lads behind the counter and if you go late evening it's like a youth club. Unfortunately I paid for a month upfront so went for 3 weeks definitely never again.

Fantastic experience: My son goes here for some light boxing, seems a really good place, it's become his highlight on the weekend. Place caters for all groups, ages and gender and is very reasonably price. Also there is no need for any membership, pay as you go options are available too. There is a gym that is also available for use. Overall good place

Negative experience: Very poor conditions in the ladies section. Hardly any machines work. Dusty and dirty. Showers work sometimes if you're lucky. Steam saunas the same. Absolutely freezing in winter no heating what so ever and the staff are way too young. Hate to see what they would do if someone had an accident or passed out I dnt think they know first aid. Cheap £20 a mnth but tbh give an extra fiver and get yourself to a proper gym.
