Fantastic experience: An old school gym with great atmosphere and 90's techno music. I did one off training while on holidays. Chris who seems to run it didn't want any money for the first training which I find very kind. If I was living in the area I would be definitely becoming a member. Seems like a perfect place to become a buff dude. Arnold would be proud.
