Negative experience: I did like air space trampoline park but it only get two star because when I went with my friends we had such fun and I may of broken a few of the springs when I was jumping it sounded a bit squeaky and a bit like something was coming apart but I'm not sure what or where the noise was coming from I think I may of broken the trampoline I'm so sorry thank you for your kindness and understanding

Negative experience: Some people get special privilegesand its not fair.This one time he got it for free because his monthly pass had ran out which isnt fair. I also have the airspace monthly pass and I'm not allowed to stay for 2 hours but this kid is allowed to stay for 2 hours

Negative experience: THEY CONDONE DISCRIMINATION!!awful customer service and even more awful customers here! after getting advised from head office that u do not need to book online we showed up after driving 45 minutes to be told that because a member of staff hadnt shopwed up my brother couldnt jump. furious but things cant be helped after jumping in the toddler session for an hour with my one year old, a group of older ladies who were attending a party was 2 too many overcrowded and they gave her son a space to jump leaving my little brother and this ladies other son out! these ladies then began to gloat about it and my brother was left in floods of tears. the receptionist then told me he ''didnt think'' before offering another child the space even though i had been there almost 2 hours and he'd promised if a space became available it would be mine and my brothers. absolutely discgusting customer service and a place that condones discrimination, my little brother is 12 and suffers with autism and to have a group of workers and older women sniggering is really not the message you should be portraying! will never jump here ever again

Negative experience: Just rang to enquire what food is given in the birthday party and am gobsmacked to find out that for cold option which is £180.00 (10 children) they get a cheese roll nothing else just a cheese roll and unlimited squash, although I can pay a further £10.00 and have pizza instead, but is only pizza and unlimited squash, I didn't even ask how many slices they would get,going by the cheese roll I'm presuming not a lot, I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I'm so shocked at what poor value for money this would be.

Negative experience: Granddaughter enjoyed herself but I didn't when I found out they had charged me twice and now are saying it's down to me to email bank statement to them when it will also show on their statement that they received payment twice .so beware as they are being very unhelpful when even my bank has told me I was charged twice.

Positive experience: Visited for my daughter's birthday kids love it, a little bit overpriced for an hour's jumping session plus you have to buy your own socks if you don't already own them, didn't eat here so can't comment on the food.

Negative experience: Disappointing customer service, no one answering the telephone, on hold for over 15 minutes and the live chat is not available. The live update shows that it's not even busy currently so not sure what's happening

Fantastic experience: I brought a young boy that I care for here, he is autistic and had such an amazing time that unfortunately he did not want leave when our session was up. All of the staff were brilliant and so understanding of him and his needs, they offered so much support to us and in the end had to clear the floor and turn the music off to help him understand it was time to leave. Cannot praise them highly enough for how amazing they were in helping us as carers at a frustrating and highly emotional time and the young boy we look after. Thank you so much to the staff working yesterday with their understanding and compassion!

Fantastic experience: Whole family had a great time here for a birthday last week. Plenty of room, as they operate a banding system so there's always spare trampolines and no waiting. Coats and shoes etc are kept in large trunks for the party group. Everyone then has to put on special non-slip socks. There is a short safety video before you are aloud on the trampolines. We had a great time, our party age range was from 3 to 39 in ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. The party package included a hotdog, donut, ice-cream and drinks along with a party bag. Would definitely go again, great visit whatever the weather.

Positive experience: Went to the toddler session , £5 each for an adult and child for an hour. Good session make sure you go at least 15 min early we didn't get there till ten as thats when it said it opened but u have to watch a safety briefing there's one before ten the next one's not till ten past so we missed 20 mins of the session

Positive experience: This is one of the smaller trampolining parks I have been too. It did the trick for the little ones to have fun. But I personally found it didn't have as much variety as other ones I have been too. The staff were friendly and very attentive And kept bouncers safe and in check..

Fantastic experience: The toddler sessions early on Saturday and Sundays are great. Lots of space and plenty of trampolines for everyone.

Negative experience: Coming to the toddler session on Saturday is a good idea. However, the doors open at 9am and once you've got in you then have to go through a briefing session (of which I quite understand for H&S reasons) then your so called hour becomes 45 minutes. Thankfully the queue wasn't that long today. If it had been twice as long, we'd have no time at all. Something the management needs to think about.

Negative experience: Came to see the difference and compare with other jumping arenas and this place is smaller and more expensive. Things to do are limited including jumping time in comparison to other places. My son felt other arenas were far better as he didn’t have much to do. Thumbs down.

Fantastic experience: Reasonably sized, well maintained and friendly staff. Facilities have all the basic trampolines, dodge ball area, basketball hoop, air bag and an advanced area, and there’s a high level viewing area with drinks/snack area. Five stars as this is one of my 4 y.o. favourite places from blowing off excess energy (and I find it quite fun too!)

Positive experience: It's clean, there are loads of staff, young people but confident to take charge and friendly. It's a bit expensive but always busy. You can do as much or as little as you like. Had a birthday party there and they all had a great, exhausting time.

Positive experience: My son had his 8th birthday birthday here and he loved it. The kids bounced for an hour. I liked that there were sectioned off areas for more skilled kids to do flips etc. There were sport areas like sectioned off dodge ball and free bounce areas. We were all give a 15 minutes safety video plus grip socks for the kids, adults just had to take off there shoes. There is a party area with small sections with tables and chairs where you can decorate as you like. The staff bring the food to drinks for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Great addition to the leisure park, gives somewhere for the kids to go nuts. Recommend a Sunday morning at 09:00am, it is open before the Google suggested times

Fantastic experience: This was the first time we had been to Air Space and it was a great experience. The staff were helpful and friendly. The briefing session was quick and to the point with the safety aspects focused on so you could have a fun time. Once bouncing someone had landed a bit unevenly and staff were there straight away to help the visitor. This was much more prompt than other bounce parks we had been to. The cafe was a nice visit at the end and it was clean and tidy as were the toilets.

Positive experience: This is always a popular choice with my children. I just wish we didnt have to sit through a safety briefing every time, though I do understand why they feel the need. Better to be over cautious. They also do parties, which are, I believe, quite good value for money.

Negative experience: Great place but the staff is really annoying. All the time I was told I can't do this, I can't do that, can't have foam trampolining board (even thought they are allowed everywhere...) At one session I was asked three times by three different staff members to show how to stop on trampoline and if I'm wearing trampolining socks. You can't learn new things over here, it's a shame that having monthly membership I will be considering going somewhere else where they are not so strict and boring...

Negative experience: Modern, clean, well maintained trampoline centre sadly let down by unhelpful staff members: our son had fallen asleep in the car on the way there and when we arrived after the mandatory briefing time slot, receptionist tried to call the briefer to run a mini briefing for us which they flat out refused. Then, the reception kindly suggested we could get a refund on the entrance fees paid if we called their call centre. The call centre agent not only disagreed with this but was positively rude and unpleasant. It's sad because the facilities look nice, but the staff's attitude completely put us off returning.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic time with the family, great way to burn off steam. Would highly recommend. Staff were extremely helpful, will definitely be going again.
