Negative experience: £290 a year for a gym + tag on 'leisure fees'. Really small and average equipment. Gets very full at peak times. Ignores emails re cancellations.

Negative experience: Squash court is now £5 per person for 40 mins. £15 for 3 people is too expensive. What happened to paying for the court hire?

Positive experience: It's a good gym but membership fee is now not particularly good value compared to elsewhere, no pool and the changing rooms are very small

Negative experience: Not worth the membership fee for the gym. Half the equipment doesn't work, showers are never hot, the place never seems clean where it should be, it's a small space inside the gym so soon gets overcrowded with grunters. No longer a gym just for Rolls Royce employees, which has ruined the place in my opinion. I never used the ball courts so can't give an opinion on them.
