Fantastic experience: Great location and easy parking, very spacious inside, lovely and clean and super friendly.

Fantastic experience: Air conditioning, music and plenty of space! Could do with more bikes in the gym as they’re often all occupied. Friendly staff to help with anything and create a programme if you want one. Free parking.

Negative experience: It's ok , small so doesn't take much to get crowded in the gym . Too many people sat on there phones on machines and too much hogging of equipment

Positive experience: New gym equipment, good range of machines and work stuff avaliable friendly and welcoming staff, little small but good use of space, there is a AstroTurf pitch outside, a dance studio, and badminton Court. There's also a little library inside.

Negative experience: Play badminton here every week at an high level and tonight we were very disappointed. Score was 18-19 court next to us was on for another hour, rest of the hall empty and with no warning the staff member simply placed equipment on the back of our court while we were playing. Not only was this dangerous as we could have tripped over it but also very rude. When I went to move it he simply said, ‘time’ and proceeded to move more stuff onto our court.

Fantastic experience: They've just completed a refurb of the gym with all new cardio kit, flooring, weights area and a big rig. It's also meant they can now reopen the other half of the sports hall. Looks really nice.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, high on covid measures children attend gymnastics and is relatively cheap £24 per month and karate on a Sunday ran by lovely professional people.

Fantastic experience: The trampolining area is so fun and good to have a good bounce. Lee makes this an enjoyable club, credit to Lee. Once our youngest is old enough they will be attending as well

She is always so excited to tell me what’s she’s been doing and the progress she has made. Lee is very friendly and approachable and gives the children lots of positive support and encouragement.

Fantastic experience: Anika really enjoys attending Lee's trampolining classes each week. Lee is very approachable, friendly and always smiling. We are very happy with all the facilities at Springwood Leisure Centre for this club.

Fantastic experience: Since Lee has taken over the classes Jack has made phenomenal progress with his trampolining skills. Lee has given Jack the confidence to try the trickier moves and he’s enjoying the class immensely.

Positive experience: I've been a member for about 8yrs having previously been part of most of the other major gyms around Derby. I'll start with the positives:- Easy to get to on foot as I live in Oakwood. Cheap @ £30/month Also gives access to gym at Velodrome Generally good range of weights and equipment Better ifs.. :- Reception team not customer focussed and usually don't acknowledge when you walk in/leave.. They also seem to crowd around one problem and let queues get longer rather than help users get through the gate. Spin class music within gym is usually so loud i can't hear my own music Often young kids in there messing about but tbf the staff usually deal with them Car park often full at peak times Needs a reverse sit-up machine for back muscles. Not sure why this was removed during the last refurb but I miss it! Bob

Fantastic experience: Is tho the only place I know that offers quality sport? Yes it is!!! This is a beauty in all its might with a lot of sports playing here and it is surprising to the busy ness that it is so clean and sparkly. It doesn't smell like sweat either. The gym equipment is quality gold and updated including junior cards for youngster who are over 12 and they can do the cardiovascular exercises. For the adults there are a variety of classes for them too like zumba and cycling classes of different sorts. This is a great place and would recommend for all.

Fantastic experience: I took my little boy to a Soft play session here and he loved it, lots to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. I asked about parties as well while we were there and the lady on the desk was very helpful and I've come away with all the information I needed.

Fantastic experience: Booked a disco party here. The room was fantastic and the packages available made for a great disco. The rest of the building looked very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!! Would recommend for party bookings but I am sure if I lived closer, it would be a great place to go to the gym as well.
