Fantastic experience: Excellent team - always welcoming!! Thank you all!

Negative experience: In the first few weeks it was ok, but after the first month when you start paying, it was as if they weren't interested, certain members of staff were just fiddling on their phone constantly for personal reasons, not work! Got ignored multiple times by staff, and members, some of which where so up themselves they thought they owned it! It took over 4 attended sessions for someone to actually acknowledge that I had got a full card, and needed a new programme, and that wasn't even a member of staff as such, it was what they call a helper! There are only 2 people who work here who are funnily enough related, who are really nice to chat to, have any sort of enthusiasm about this place, and want to help you, unfortunately I hardly ever saw them there because they always worked later in the day. Just did not feel welcome at all, even though you're tied into a contract for 12 months it really isn't worth putting yourself out for, try somewhere else!

Fantastic experience: A really great gym for those of us who want to get fit and lose weight in a supportive and friendly environment. A nice mixture of machines and classes with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Make sure you know that they keep taking monthly payments even after the 12 month period is up without asking. God help you if you are 1 day late with payment they charge you an excessive amount. If you don't or can't go gor any reason nobody phones to see if your OK or having pfoblems

Fantastic experience: Lovely instructors, really welcoming and knowledgeable. I love the all women concept and I love the fact nobody can see in to the studio . Help is on hand whenever you want it with helpful tips to get the most out of your exercise programme.
