Fantastic experience: Been going to classes and personal 1 to 1s for about 4 years, excellent group, accommodates your fitness levels, whether a first timer or fitness fanatic. Rick is very knowledgeable with fitness, yoga and nutrition. Best trainer around in my eyes.

Fantastic experience: A variety of workouts to suit all ages and levels of fitness from fatburn, circuit, stretch and relaxation. Get great support and encouragement from Rick and the rest of the group and made some life long friends. I love all the classes. My fitness has improved tremendously since going to class. A great place to get fit, have fun with now great friends. Love it
