Fantastic experience: Was welcomed by a young man called Mo at reception. Was ever so helpful and cheerful and polite. He even upgraded our room for no extra cost which was extremely nice of him. All the staff are kind and they do really good chips. Bed is super comfortable and despite being next to the road you can’t even hear the noise of the cars which is great if your a light sleeper! Recommend this place so much.

Negative experience: Would rate 4 starts however. They took my money for the room twice, contacted multiple times to get a refund and constantly ignored. Stayed over a month ago! Hotel itself was ok, noise from surrounding rooms at early hours. Called reception and in fairness they were straight out to the offending room to tell them to be quiet. Would advise people staying using the car park to avoid leaving anything in the car as 2 cars were broken into and bags stolen while we were there which is pretty normal for London!

They are extremely hospitable, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Nina for consistently making an effort to say hello and connect with us on a personal level. She was always so kind and welcoming. Shout out to George as well for being an awesome host to the restaurant with his efficiency, friendliness and humour. He was awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was located right next to a subway station that takes you into the city in just 20 mins. The price is very affordable for what you’re getting considering it costs a fortune to stay in the city. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I will definitely be staying here again when coming back.

Fantastic experience: I don’t recall that I have ever received such outstanding customer service before in my life. Very warm, inviting, professional and helpful service from Nina especially, but to be honest from the entire team. You’re greeted with a smile, if you ask a question they will find the answer. Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with my choice to stay at Park Royal. The staff is exceptionally friendly, with special mention to Mohammed at reception, who was efficient and welcoming, ensuring a quick and seamless check-in after my long journey. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and feature comfortable carpeting along with excellent air conditioning. Despite the hotel's proximity to Park Royal Station, the sound insulation is impressive, and I experienced no disturbances from external noise. Additionally, the hotel offers a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection, which allowed me to enjoy streaming the Champions League match without any interruptions. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in London, situated in a peaceful area yet conveniently close to the city center. Considering the value, especially compared to other hotels at a much higher price point, I will certainly consider staying here again on my next visit.

Fantastic experience: In a recent situation whilst staying here work, I was mind blown to find out the hotel lets dogs stay. I had to bring my wife and dog for the weekend. The hotel and all its staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to manager Emmanuelle who was constantly checking on us.

Fantastic experience: Great location with easy pedestrian access to Park Royal underground station on the Piccadilly line straight into central London. Great service all round. Particular mention should be made of George who among other things manages the breakfast team. Nothing was too much trouble. He genuinely understands (along with his team) how to provide excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Had an early travel hence arrived pretty early at the hotel before we could check in which we received the warmest welcome by Deen the Manager. We immediately offered hot drinks and lovely freshly baked bakery. Had an early check-in which made a big difference. Rooms spacious clean modern and had the most comfortable bed .Location easy access to the Royal train station and Westfield mall

Negative experience: This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Where do I even start, the staff are actually awful and need to be given training in customer service. After booking this hotel for my partner’s birthday I planned to decorate the room with some balloons and petals with a friends help . Whilst arriving before me, my friend was greeted with nothing but hostility from the start. She had staff mumbling worrying if the balloons would ruin their precious walls . Before even checking in my friend was practically bullied by different staff members repeatedly telling her no balloons on the walls in an aggressive manner. When I later arrived I was also met with hostility and I was then charged a generous £50 for any damages that may be caused by balloons. I do not see this written anywhere in your terms and conditions. On inspection of the room there were already marks on the walls. We were then shouted at whilst getting in the lift about not putting balloons on walls. That was embarrassing and very belittling I’m a paying costumer it wasn’t a free stay . I stayed here for 2 nights and felt completely uncomfortable and wanted to leave but as it was my partner’s birthday and I had planned things around this location I felt forced to stay. Less than 30 minutes after being shouted at we then had housekeeping walk in to spy on us randomly asking if we want air freshener, there was no knock or anything so it was an invasion of privacy. I’m truly lost for words with how bad I was treated. Im so disappointed that such a well known establishment treated me in such a way I would not recommend this hotel to a worst enemy. Awful people truly . If you want a nice hotel that’s not hostile and shouts at you over balloons and sends housekeeping to sneak in to your room tower suites is amazing. Also with all the hostility towards us with check in we wasn’t given any standard information such as what time breakfast was , where it would take place, time off checkout , no help with our bags literally nothing. Honestly premire inn is nicer than these people.

Negative experience: Not a nice welcoming from the reception staff atall, was the most unwelcoming greeting I’ve ever had walking into a hotel!

Fantastic experience: The staff is so incredibly nice, I loved my stay!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned even though it was requested on both nights. When this was raised with the hotel manager, he was apologetic and offered me a free night stay in the future. Once again, unfortunately this had many restrictions and so until now, I still haven’t been able to avail of this offer. I stayed at the hotel prior to this incident solely due to the location and the cleanness of the room is still very questionable and they did not offer me a free night in my subsequent day. Considering I have children, this does not cover any time during school holidays or busier periods for them, which they don’t state. So the offer is an empty offer that is unusable for me and they haven’t and would not offer anything instead of.

Fantastic experience: Rooms were lovely and there is a panel next to the bed to control the lights and temperature. Parking is £18 for 24 hours and small so late at night there are no parking spaces. Lady at the front desk called Nafia was lovely

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like family-friendly extras and helpful suggestions from the concierge on activities suitable for children. The location couldn’t be better! Situated in the heart of London, it was easy to access all the major attractions, and we were able to walk to many of the places on our list. The hotel’s on-site dining options were excellent, with a variety of choices to satisfy everyone in the family – even our picky eaters. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very well taken care of. Park Plaza Royal Hotel made our family trip to London truly memorable, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling with kids or as a family.

Fantastic experience: The Park Plaza Royal was the best!!!!! I really enjoyed the fresh pastries everyday. The coffee set the tone for my day everyday. I recommend the moca !!! The flexibility to allow for early check-in and late checkout topped it for me. You just done get that anywhere else. Rooms size was just right and the mood lighting nice touch ✨️. Chromecast active TVs was great I enjoyed my wine connected to my Netflix and caught up with my series. Clean lobby and sitting area. Readers can enjoy that space too. All in all, anytime I'm in London, thats where I'm at.

Positive experience: This place is great if you're visiting London. So close to the Underground. Beds a little hard and pillows pretty poor, bring your own pillow. Otherwise it was good and fairly priced. Would stay again.

Positive experience: Location was perfect considering we were visiting for a NFL game at Wembley Stadium and wanted to stay within close proximity. Our stay started off so promising, However it went south rather quickly. We were greeted by Nina who made sure that we had everything we needed upon arrival, including accommodating an early check-in. This is a eco friendly hotel, which I can appreciate however we all know that means that your room will not be serviced daily with fresh linens and/or towels UNLESS they are visibly soiled or you request it. After our first night we realized that our sheets were soiled with makeup and hair care products, in addition we needed several toiletries upon check-in. For example, the hand soap dispenser was empty, as well as the shower gel. We also needed Kleenex, toilet tissue and facecloths all of which we requested from Nina, the manager on duty at the time before we left out for the day. Upon our return at days end (2am) we noticed our sheets had not been changed but the beds were neatly made. All of the toiletries had been replenished. But, we were confused because we thought if the sheets were visibly dirty that they would changed but they were not. Not to mention, we made a direct request at the front desk. We had not receive our facecloths until our last night, although I do not believe it is standard to provide facecloths here, again we made guest request and it was eventually honored. They did send up clean linens and we changed our own linens at 3am. Other than this hiccup, our stay was great. The bar staff was AMAZING and always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation. Overall, our stay was just OKAY. The room was just OKAY and if you are looking for a reasonably priced accommodation that includes ALL the BASICS, Park Royal Plaza is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place, very clean and friendly staff. You have the option to exchange the daily room cleaning for a £10 voucher or wine. The service on the restaurant was a bit slow, but the food was really good.

Fantastic experience: Great selection at breakfast buffet, close to tube station, and helpful and attentive receptionists, in particular Mo. The only minor issue is the noise from the street, my parents stayed on that side of the hotel and said that they heard it slightly in the mornings.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding price/quality ratio. The rooms are comfortable, modern and well-designed. The roomservice is also great and a good value for money: the costs are reasonable and the food comes straight from their restaurant. A nice little bonus is that the TV’s in the rooms support ChromeCast, making it possible to use your phone to easily play music (Spotify) or movies (Netflix) in the room.

Fantastic experience: This hotel is my go-to in London, offering comfortable rooms, a delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. It's conveniently located near Park Royal station, about 45 minutes from central London.

Positive experience: Overall, it's a nice hotel. That's super close to the Park Royal Underground Station, and quiet throughout. However, our shower leaked which we didn't raise. But we did ask for extra towels, as we only had two. And despite asking, and despite the reception desk taking a note and saying someone will bring them. They never came. Digital check in and digital check out was also a bit redundant as you still had to stand in the line at reception, which with only one person on reception was a slow moving line.

Fantastic experience: The team at Park Plaza Park Royal really looked after my family and I. The staff on check-in are very attentive and helpful - nothing was too much. We ate in the restaurant and once again the staff and service was great. Very close to the tube to get to central London and the Natural History Museum which my son loved as he's a big fan of dinosaurs. Room was large, very modern and parking on site.

Fantastic experience: great stay at the park plaza London park royal for a night at the boxing at Wembley. Great sized room with king size bed and a double sofa and a very good sized bathroom aswell. Very minor point was Air con is a bit slow but once it got going and we left on while we went out it was fine but other than that a very enjoyable stay. Room was very modern with expresso machine, safe, kettle, cooler/mini fridge, iron & ironing board and hair dryer. The only thing possibly which could of made it better is breakfast in with price if you are a member but not a big problem as we brought a few things for morning. Top hotel, great service and was able to check in early thanks to help from manue ,who was very helpful & friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Fantastic experience: Stayed in the hotel and used one of the hotel meeting rooms to deliver a week long training course. The meeting room facilities were great and the service was even better. We were very well looked after by George who was the model of attentiveness. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant and bar were very good but there are also some excellent dining options only a few hundred metres away if you fancy something else. Really enjoyed our stay.

Positive experience: I’m used to stay in this hotel when I travel to London for work. If it were not for Kashenka’s too class service I would book this place anymore. Service got significantly done in the last month. Long waiting time in the restaurant, instructions to reception not followed up properly. Definitely a staffing issue here. The premises remain pretty nice and functional, the hotel is generally quiet. I hope they can get back to the service point they used to be before.

Fantastic experience: The hotel has a beautiful location, the staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces, and the lobby and outdoor seating areas are very clean and tidy. I must visit it whenever I visit London, and I recommend visiting it and staying there. There are luxurious and beautiful restaurants around it to enjoy eating in.

Positive experience: The room was spacious and clean, but I had two notes: 1. The insides of the water kettle looked dirty for some reason. Fortunately the hotel quickly provided a replacement. 2. The shower head was leaking. It was still usable so we didn’t file any direct complaint to the reception. The overall service was great but one day our room was not cleaned. We received a note under the door stating that we had put a “do not disturb” sign on the door (we did not). The hotel however quickly helped us replace the towel and bathroom mat. Location is directly opposite of the Park Royal Station, so we had access to many locations despite not staying in the city center.

Fantastic experience: Emmanuelle was extremely hospitable, we had a need for a business conference whilst staying for leisure. She kindly organised a meeting room for ourselves within minutes, of which was very big and can easily fit 10-12 people. The rooms are also very clean and tidy, with lots of light. Staff generally very well mannered and well presented and the food is also good quality and well priced. Highly recommend for those travelling in for either leisure or business. P.s. there is a nice little gym downstairs should you need to get a sweat on

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful nights rest at the Park Plaza. The room was modern, clean and bed extremely comfortable. It was quiet and we could switch everything on and off from our bedside. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and there was a variety to pick from. Highly recommend!
