Fantastic experience: Loving the new gym room!! New tech treadmills! It seems more accurate in the distance and speed now and the new weights area! Omg I got so excited to use the new equipment and the staff helped me use some of them and watched me do it to see if I'm using it correctly. Happy girlie again! ‍♀️

Negative experience: I've been going to the gym for many years, but never have I seen the gym looking so tired and worn out. There are too many machines out of order and padding worn out and just taped up. It's about time management got their act together and got the gym back up to a better standard.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending aqua fit sessions to get better after a hip surgery. The sessions are brilliant. On Tuesday with Lisa, we played water polo in the small pool. On Friday with Sheryl, we enjoyed 80's music while kicking and punching in the big pool. If you want some gentle exercises, fun and all body workouts, just go there. You'll love it.

Positive experience: Nice leisure centre, has almost everything one needs. The only downside is the fact that you have to wait a long time for availability to get on anything. My daughter has been waiting to get a slot for swimming its been 6months. The community needs another centre.

Negative experience: Visited this morning. Gym equipment is still damaged from two months ago which was reported by myself and not repaired. I went to use the lockers in the swimming changing rooms this morning and saw what appears to be blood on one of the locker doors. I immediately went out and reported it to a member of staff. I then went to the gym for 45 minutes, when i came back down the blood was still on the locker. I went back and told another staff member, they told me it had only just been reported. I told them i had reported it 45 minutes before. I'll be cancelling my membership due to clearly decreasing standards.

Positive experience: Not bad

Positive experience: This place is perfect, it has an Olympic sized pool, which has trained either olympians or potentials at the least. It also has an heated smaller pool for kids, and lessons for both swimming and fitness groups in said smaller pool. I can't attest to the actual gym because I don't use it but one thing I do like is that they have recently installed a sauna there and also have private booths for changing rooms, instead of male and female, so myself and my family can stay together instead of separating. Staff seem very friendly too, if a little too chatty amongst themselves whilst a long queue is forming at the gate.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting place Changing rooms filthy, mud, hair rubbish all over the floor, not a one clean cubicle was found and stunk of wee. Felt itchy when I came out of there would never go back

Negative experience: The gym is small and poorly equipped but a quarter of the space is permanently set up for a spinning class. The equipment is really poor quality. Someone must have taken a bribe to buy that load of junk. There's never any staff on hand to help or give advice. I'm really disappointed with the place.

Positive experience: Decent leisure centre equipment in the gym could use a bit of TLC and some staff could be more useful but the veterans who work there are golden

Negative experience: Disappointing. We went on Saturday instead of our usual Sunday routine; on arrival we could see through the windows that swimming lessons were in place on both sides of the pool taking up 3 of the 7 lanes , access to the centre of the pool required crossing these lanes and with young children in the shallow end and older children in the deep end there was very little room to swim.

Fantastic experience: Have only ever been swimming here but find it to be good. Lifeguards are always attentive and the changing rooms clean. Staff friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been a dedicated member of this gym for the past year, visiting daily, and overall, my experience has been positive. The gym boasts a range of new and well-maintained machines, which have contributed to enjoyable workout sessions. The cleanliness of the facility is commendable, as the staff ensures that everything is kept in pristine condition. One aspect that stands out is the level of privacy among customers. While some may prefer a more social environment, I appreciate the fact that fellow gym-goers tend to focus on their workouts without unnecessary chit-chat. It creates a serene atmosphere conducive to concentration and personal goals. However, there is one drawback that I must mention—the water in the showers. The temperature is consistently set to very hot, which can be quite uncomfortable, especially after an intense workout. It would be beneficial if the gym management could address this issue and provide an option for adjustable water temperature. Overall, I am happy with my membership at this gym. The combination of new and clean equipment, along with the respectful and quiet atmosphere, has contributed to my positive experience. I hope that the matter of hot showers can be resolved, as it would further enhance the overall satisfaction of gym members.

Positive experience: This is my favourite fit city in Salford and we try to visit weekly. The staff are always friendly and so are the members, this goes for in the gym, pool or on reception. The pool here is my favourite, mainly down to the view outside - it looks out to the park so you can see the trees as you swim. The changing rooms are generally clean, and you'll need a £1 coin for the lockers. They have a little 'cafe' area as well as vending machines with a nice selection of drinks and snacks.

Positive experience: The showers stay on for 5 seconds. There is a hairdryer on the changing room for the pool which has been broken for weeks. Other than that it is a fabulous pool and the water is a lovely temperature. Ample free parking and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this fantastic leisure centre quite a few times and it has always met my expectations. Friendly staff members, clean changing rooms and the swimmig pool is big, which is filled with clean and fresh water. Love it. Keep up the great work, guys!

Fantastic experience: Summer holiday swimming with the kids. 1 gets in free as she is taking lessons in Salford. Family changing area so you don't get split up. 2 lanes marked for proper swimmers. Only the main pool open as there was lessons in the small one. Shallow end 1.5m full of mums and dads with small children. The middle 2m with the more grown up children who could swim, still with adults. The deep end 3.5m, all the big kids with no parents, so lots of dive bombing, but still respectful of others. Other facilities like sauna and gym I could see, but didn't try.

Negative experience: This place is horrendous, toilets smell, staff who are so rude, cocky and disrespectful they really don’t know how to deliver customer service or intact have a polite conversation. The older Blonde lady who sits behind the desk thinks she’s never wrong, speak to kids to disrespectfully and frankly left my little sister gutted because she made a mistake and put us in for the wrong session so got removed after 15 minutes. She really needs a lesson in customer service and stop acting like a mini dictator. I’m angry, annoyed and upset and this baths has always caused people issues. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!
