Fantastic experience: Great pool, very helpful staff and very clean.

Fantastic experience: Good wee pool but absolutely freezing out the water and in it.

Negative experience: The pool is nice but in common with other High Life facilities the timetable is an absolute joke and seems to be predominantly catered towards kids. Swimming lessons scheduled to go on for half the day and various other activities mean that actual opportunities to use the pool and sauna etc are extremely limited. It’s impossible to recommend this place to anyone who has a 9-5 job because there’s basically only a 1 hour window in evenings to use the pool if you’re lucky (nothing at all on Wednesdays). Male changing rooms smell pretty nasty and I’ve yet to see them washed down with disinfectant. One saving grace is that the gym areas are good, which is just as well because that's where you're going to end up.

Negative experience: Lovely staff but poorly run which is such a shame as it’s a good facility. Don’t understand why they have lane swimming in the timetable when they never put lanes out. These are in fact open swims. Either change the timetable or stick to what you are supposedly offering. When busy these sessions are chaotic - an accident waiting to happen and next to impossible to do a proper swim session. One of these sessions was more like a fun session with adults and unsupervised kids standing/playing in the middle of the pool in the way of those trying to swim lengths. How are customers supposed to plan their exercise when the timetable isn’t adhered to? Lifeguards stand around doing nothing to manage the sessions despite the chaos when busy. Gym also advertised as being open until a certain time but they start to turn off equipment 20-15 mins before close. Surely a facility advertised to be open until a certain time should be available to the public to use until said time. E.g. in a swim session 7-8 (let’s say there are lanes!), the lanes aren’t taken away and lights turned off at 7:45. If staff are only contracted until the advertised closing time, should they not close it to the public earlier to allow them to close up after the public have left? Just seems a bit misleading. Frustrating and would put me off if there were more alternative options in the area to use instead. If these issues were sorted it would be a fantastic facility.

Fantastic experience: Lovely Leisure Centre in Invergordon, the pool, changing rooms are always really clean! Really friendly staff! A great place to exercise and relax.

Fantastic experience: A friendly and well equipped, local authority managed, leisure centre. Good variety if classes and quality gym facility. The swimming pool is a good cross between leisure and training, if a little short for true competitive training.

Fantastic experience: Who would have guessed that all these small Highland towns have great sports centres? The Invergordon team are so friendly, enthusiastic and very professional. The facility is very well maintained and has excellent equipment.

Negative experience: Booked a session that included the use of the flume. It was meant to be at 6pm, but we were only let in at 6pm so the time included changing! The flume was opened 15 mins before the end if the session and I got to go down it twice before it was shut! We were turfed out at 6.45pm not a great experience

Fantastic experience: Go here all the time covid policy is well kept to, staff are friendly and the equipment always does the job and never breaks down. Happy to be a member!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff very, very clean. Swim 3 times per week at this facility, looking forward to full opening of facilities, ie: steam and Sauna and full shower with shampoo and hair dryer, after Covid restrictions lifted, if they are ever lifted

Positive experience: Very small gym, I wanted space to be able to plank etc... Felt like people were stepping over me in the cardio side to the gym. However after speaking to staff, they allowed me to use an empty room where I could feel comfortable.
