Positive experience: Staff at both the hub and gym are friendly and helpful, the hub itself is great. Complaints mostly levelled at the sports facilities: the pool is extremely limited in it's bookings and struggle to catch a space outside of the 9-5, and the gym space for freeweights is tiny.

Positive experience: I use the pool regularly and after so many months going have gotten to know some of the staff a little and they're all great and accommodating. The pool itself is fine, it's not very deep (1.8M at it's deepest, which is in the middle of the pool, both ends are shallow) but you can get a good full swim in with its length.

Positive experience: I made a quick stop here to return a book. I used the machine available, though I did have to look for it further into the building. The Hub is well maintained and the staff gave me a friendly smile as I walked past.

Positive experience: Staff are wonderful but the queue for money advice is horrendous. More staff are needed for this considering the crisis we are in right now and everyone wanting to access this service.

Positive experience: Staff greeted on entry as expected but then was only allowed to use 3 lanes with 2 or 3 people in it at once. So definitely need to ring ahead to see how busy it is. 2/3s of the pool was unused. No spectating area pool side. Don't stand there waiting for your child as you'll get told pretty quickly and pretty angrily. Is definitely a swim lesson center. Not for recreation or training at all. Could be better utilized.

Positive experience: So we book the Swim for All and it's half taken over by the swimming lessons that should of finished before the public swim. It forced about 30 people to have half the pool and 4 for the other half as they "paid for lessons". Then, if it could get more ridiculous, they throw out a teenage boy for splashing while the instructor was telling the "paid extra" adults to splash while kicking to swim. Are they basically saying if you pay for private you own the pool? They should be separate times and maybe it wouldn't force all the others to a small area clearly not big enough to enjoy. Trying to give a booster swim lesson to my own children and what space was there? We had about 10 ft for 5 people. Message received. Pay extra: do what you want. Pay for a fun swim: cramp into small space, don't splash, impossible to swim.

Fantastic experience: I tried this pool as it was closer to home than where I normally swim. Very very impressed. Nice clean pool, a great social distance system if that worries you. And they played a great modern rock station the whole time I was there. Loved it.
