Trilogy Active at Duston Sports Centre

Negative experience: Went in to sign up to the gym. Stood for ten mins at reception for nobody to come, head into the cafe and asked a staff member (young lady) is anybody on reception she tutted rolled her eyes and said the cafe is reception I said I wish to sign up and she said you’ll have to give me two minutes and walked away. Attitude was disgusting and clearly don’t want new members

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff really helpful especially Joel in the gym . And the coffee is great too in the coffee box. Normally go to danes camp but will be coming here more often thankyou

Negative experience: Deafening music coming from the aerobics class so not even able to speak to each other.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and staff. It is a pity that they are about to lose their greatest asset and hardest worker in Jason. He has been an absolute credit to Trilogy in the couple of years we have known him and would have represented Trilogy so well in Management. He will be very hard to replace but is doing the right thing by qualifying in his chosen profession and bettering himself.

Fantastic experience: My grandson really loves his session with Jason, he looks forward to going every week. Jason is absolutely brilliant with the kids and has so much patience. Joey is so impressed with Jason and he has learnt so much from him, his football skills have really improved since he first joined. Well done to Jason.

Fantastic experience: Hate the gym, and really hate the loud music. This one has turned the music down and had a change around so there's loads of room with bikes in another party of the centre. Consequently enjoyed my first session in a few months (years!) Glad I took the year membership now

Fantastic experience: Part of the trilogy group, excellent facilities, friendly staff. Sadly no pool but membership allows unlimited swimming at four other trilogy gym's. Other things are available as part of the membership, well worth the money.

Fantastic experience: Love the place. Has some amazing classes, great staff and all the equipment you need for a successful workout. In regards to the Trilogy chain, it offers so much diversity. Each gym offers something different. Duston has an amazing free weight area. Mounts has the health suite, Cripps has some dedicated rooms, one of which a virtual spin room. I’m yet to trial Danes camp and Lings. Love it and excellent value for money.

Negative experience: There is only one bar witch gym stuff use for hours. People who Pay for gym can not train normally.

Positive experience: good facilities. always clean and pretty quiet. Badminton courts always useful but no pool. Good hall for rental for functions.

Fantastic experience: Best mates wedding reception there on Saturday..staff amazing went beyond their duties to help, be friendly and make the reception truely amazing.. despite worries reception in a gym completely exceeded expectations and needs to sell themselves more as great room, ideal set up bar dance floor space to sit and as said cannot thank staff enough. Going out in rain to get sashes at 12am so I, the bridesmaids, didn't get wet.. thank you all.

Positive experience: Excellent amenities, lots of parking and friendly staff. Can get busy sometimes but off peak is very accessible.

Great gym which suits my needs and fun classes with amazingly good instructors. Very clean and such a friendly atmosphere. Cannot recommend highly enough and such good value. Negative experience: Everything looks very worn out

Fantastic experience: Exactly what I need, clean well maintained & upto date gym equipment. Nice brightly lit sports hall, and the staff are the finest, friendliest and most helpful in all Northamptonshire. Duston doesn't have a swimming pool (a good thing IMO) however pound for pound, in terms of customer experience its perhaps the best of all the current Trilogy gyms, and I've been to them all. Yes, they're truly getting it right here...
