Fantastic experience: Called in today to enquire about lane swimming and wanted to compliment the two members of staff who dealt with my husband and I. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. They explained the details fully and even took the time to show us the pool and where to change etc as we were not familiar with it. Thanks to both of them

Negative experience: Would give zero stars if possible. Checked the timetable and packed two kids up for a swim, only to get there and be told pool is closed. Waste of petrol and time and two very sad children.

Fantastic experience: I go to Aqua Med. And I find it so helpful for my recovery. The instructor is brilliant. And allows you to do only what you are able to do. I would advise anyone with a medical problem and also mobility issues to try it out.
