Fantastic experience: Team is lovely, great facilities and nice atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Looking forward to coming regularly. Reasonable price for facilities and access. Really great welcome from staff. Couldnt fault them. Music is decent as well. No capital FM

Positive experience: Nice facilities but definitely not worth the money that I'll be paying for the latter 6 months. You are allowed to wonder around the gym and use the facilities without having a proper induction. I do not recommend to people who have never used a gym before. When you do opt for an induction , it is just a sales pitch to sell you a P.T. instructor who hasn't really got a clue, upon my own view of people opting for this. There are no wipes to wipe down sweaty equipment and the pool doesn't have a life guard. An absolute joke of a place and only aimed at the Elite athlete in my opinion matters. Can't understand why the boxing and martial arts area doesn't have anything less than a 10kg medicine ball, when the adjoining sports direct that they use to purchase their equipment sells. 5kg balls. I will not be using after my yearly subscription has surpassed .

Positive experience: A good sized gym and for the price you pay for membership. Good value. Well stocked free weights area, smallish amount of weights machines and good amount of squat racks. Disappointing about not being informed about the removal of the spas, pool however is good. Would reccomend

Negative experience: They do not care about members, I was treated with utter disregard after I broke both of my ankles and made a simple request to freeze my membership

Fantastic experience: Love this place and all the staff. The staff are friendly and look after you. I feel comfortable to come alone which I never thought I would do. The Gym has great machines and the pool is great too. The coffee shop also makes the best coffees in Wirral and so welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Positive experience: They have the warmest indoor pool that I've ever seen in the UK. The staff are lovely. The area is a bit cold for ne after get off the pool and there is no sauna but it is ok.

Negative experience: Only one spa working. Warm but, not hot. Steam room warm but no steam and smelly. Was told it way fine by member of staff.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership and done the notice, even rang and spoke to staff memeber to confirm and had a confirmation email yet they still took money out of my bank after cancellation. Staff were not helpful and I am still waiting for the money back. Suggest if you cancel make sure to check your bank as this gym just takes money anyway. Or just join a better run gym

Negative experience: I wanted to rejoin after lockdown and I was told there was a £35 outstanding payment for January. They told me over the phone that this probably could be removed because the gym was closed between January-April and they already did that for some customers . A few days later I received an email from the head office saying that I need to pay it if I wanted to rejoin. I emailed them back and tried to dispute it as I don’t think it’s fair they’re trying to charge me for a period the gym was closed. Never heard anything back, the manager never replied to any of my emails.

Negative experience: The volume of the 'music' is horrific. Staff tell me that head office tell them that it has to be that loud and they cannot turn down. Conversation in the gym can only be conducted by shouting. Other members agreed with me that it was too loud and the so-called 'music' was awful. I visited Pure Gym and found the volume of music (which was much more like music) to be at a very acceptable level and the staff informed me that it was always at that volume. Consequence - next month I join Pure Gym
