Negative experience: Men's toilets smell of fermented urine, along with urine stains on the cubicle walls, would need to wipe my feet on the way out.

Positive experience: The gym and equipment are grand staff are friendly whoever never really tehri the real problem is the bathrooms and showers are to a very poor hygiene standard showers stink of urine the drains need a good cleaning as does the toilets it's not nice to use after a nice gym session to walk into a stinking changing room and a rotting shower stinking of urine

Negative experience: Showers were broken today and the changing rooms where dirty, would not recommend

Negative experience: Payed for day pass assumed it lasted 24 hours… it didn’t, arrived at the gym to find out it expires at midnight on the day of booking. Absolute shambles scam NOT TO MENTION THE DAY PASS COST 9 POUNDS TO THEN REJECT ME AT THE DOOR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING IT, I’ll be sticking to my own gym after this, better equipment and somebody to speak to if there’s a problem!

Positive experience: Had hoped a 24 hour gym would make it easier to attend at quieter times but the number of people Vs amount of equipment makes it crowded at most times - saying "you can see how many people are in before you go" doesn't solve the problem. It's a shame can't plan a workout in advance because you have to see when you get there if there's a queue for the one leg extension/hamstring curl/etc. Pretty cold showers too
Fantastic experience: Upgraded my gym package as I use multiple gyms. Cant complain with the gym equipment. All easy to use and staff are very helpful if needed.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic location and it’s great that it’s open 24 hours a day. Staff regularly go round and clean equipment which was great to see and every time I’ve gone there’s always been space and spare equipment to use. Would definitely recommend checking the app before going to see if it’s not really full (fantastic feature). And membership pricing is really competitive compared to others in the area.
