Fantastic experience: Always super clean facilities, good parking, fully accessible for wheelchair users too. Staff are polite and helpful.

Negative experience: Not a lot there really needs some squash courts and a pool ext.

Fantastic experience: Great venue for my daughters 4th birthday party. Great space, not cramped and Great equipment, the kids loved it! Having the separate room for food was also extremely convenient. The team who arranged the booking were great, really responsive and helpful and the process was very easy. Big thank you to Adam who was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful with everything! Really great customer service. We will be back for future parties for sure. Thank you Adam!

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter had a 4th birthday party today. Adam was amazing with his hospitality, organisation, customer relations was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and made us all feel very welcome. I thought he was a manager with his outstanding work and attention to detail. For me to find he was not! I was shocked as with my previous experience he is top management material. Thank you Adam for a fantastic birthday party .

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been looking at local gyms to decide one which we’d like to get a membership for, having already been to the one in Ely we went here and was greeted immediately, super super friendly and helpful staff. We had a look around and the gym seemed quite big compared to the atrium and also had a balcony area.

Fantastic experience: This new leisure center is a wonderful place. Nice large free car park with ample disabled bays outside the door. There is a slight incline from some of the bays but nothing to cause a problem for wheelchair users. The entrance is wide and level with good all round access. The halls are located downstairs with all the weights and gym equipment upstairs. The bar offers a good selection of drinks and also serves hot and cold food . The food is prepared freshly when ordered and is reasonably priced. All nice and clean and new offering everything you would expect from an establishment of this type including free WiFi.

Fantastic experience: Such a great place for training and relaxing, skylights in the gym feel amazing, lot of weights including free weights and many useful machines. Lot of space around stations. Outside workouts with beer kegs, rope climbing and much more. Fresh air throughout not smely underground gym. Recommended to anyone.

Positive experience: Lovely light, clean and well equipped leisure centre. Great opening times. The cafe/bar is lovely although when I last visited the menu was limited/ food served at odd times but there was a good choice of crisps and cakes. Sadly the venue lacks much of an atmosphere what is a shame for such a lovely place. We normally sit outside as it feels too quiet/empty at times. It can also be difficult getting round the seating in the cafe with a buggy. Would recommend the soft play for under 5s. I haven't tried the classes as lots dont seem to last long before no longer running/ moving venue. Lots of free parking.

Positive experience: This is a big center inside. It has lots of activities and very clean. Birthday's can be held there for all ages, I have been to a few and recommend booking. Photos are of soft play area. 1 private room you can rent out for toddler birthday party.

Negative experience: Fieldside cafe and bar-very poor service! The children were waiting for fries over 40 minutes. Orders were not processed according to the order of placing orders!

Negative experience: something that could be so brilliant and a gold mine for the community is being completely run into the ground by the clueless general manger who has absolutely no experience in running a lesiure centre. Real shame for littleport as will be closed down within 6 months unless someone with gym and lesiure history is taken on. I have also witnessed bullying within the work place by this lady to one of her employees so will not be returning. (Some staff are very helpful and knowledgeable!) Extremely unprofessional and not called for. As they say a bad manager can take good staff and destroy it causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation...

Fantastic experience: Easy to find, building works make parking a little tricky. Update; now all building works completed; it's a beautiful building.... easy parking for both cars and motorbikes:-) The facilities are clean, easy to use and the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and lovely!!! The cafe is OK for drinks and snacks but don't expect a cooked meal

I will be boycotting the site until a capable leisure centre professional is at the helm. Please suggest the same to friends and family for the greater good of the local area.
