Fantastic experience: I had my first physiotherapy session with Ali this week. Ali was thorough in his assessment and I felt listened to with regards to my symptoms and goals. Ali took the time to explain each part of the assessment process and his findings. His treatment plan was clear and it has been reassuring knowing that I can contact him between sessions with any concerns or queries.

Fantastic experience: Lenneke heeft mij heel goed geholpen de juiste vitamine te vinden. Ze heeft voor mij alles goed uitgezocht. Ik heb een gastric bypass gehad 12 jaar geleden en ik heb daarvoor juiste vitamine nodig die goed op worden genomen. Nu slik ik al een tijdje Optimal Enzyme Formula en Raw Whole Food Multi. Ik ben er zeer tevreden over gezien de uitslag van mijn bloedonderzoek voor mijn Gastric bypass helemaal in orde was. Ik kan het aanraden om met Lenneke in gesprek te gaan over de inner vitamines, ze helpt je heel goed advies te geven in wat je nodig hebt.

Negative experience: Rude, disorganised, still waiting for a refund after 2 years. They also send defamatory emails and lies about me to a 3rd party which I have forwarded to my solicitor. I had to provide the same forms 3 times as they kept losing them. Awful place, don’t waste your time. My insurance company have dealt with the nonsense and lies that you spouted as you were unable to provide adequate evidence. Evidence that I was able to provide thankfully as I am not disorganised. I’m still waiting for my refund from you Covid lockdown however. Deal with your records

Positive experience: Great

Fantastic experience: We saw Felicia with our 8 year old daughter Isla, after knee surgery for a number of sessions including hydro. Felicia was amazing with Isla, quickly putting her at ease and working at Isla’s pace. Isla always left with a smile and has come a long way with her recovery. Thanks you Felicia!

Negative experience: I would not use this business as the owner clearly cares more about making money (by any means) as opposed to demonstrating a caring compassionate demeanour - the opposite to others in his profession. The owner needs to recognise that potential customers and his business reputation is built on more than just those walking through the physical door!

Negative experience: The team in reception seemed nice but getting 1 star as they issued a parking ticket through Gemini. Wasn't parked in there spaces at the time. Thank you for your response but you don't own the spaces in question and there was is no sinage in place opposite your business.

Fantastic experience: Our Water Babies session was fun. Car park for visitors too.

Negative experience: I have been here twice and both times just so disappointed. Will not be returning and have fed back to AXA. Very poor I will be going back to Nuffield Wessex.

Fantastic experience: All of my sessions were via video call due to COVID. Mansi was excellent, we used the PhysiApp for my exercises. This app is great as it shows you how to do the exercise and you can record completion including paid levels and make comments if needed, which Mansi replied to via the app. You can also set reminders on the app, which really helped me to remember to do them throughout the day. It also motivated me to do the exercises as it tracks completion by percentage. Highly recommend and loved the way they adapted during the lock down

Fantastic experience: I have been working with LBhealthcare for many years to rehab patients pre and post op. Mansi, the lead physiotherapist is a highly trained physio who we have been working closely with and regularly see at educational events. The site is very well equipped and very clean through out. The hydro pool is a great extra which is beneficial for patients during their physio journey. I would recommend their services and expertise.

Fantastic experience: My husband attends weekly for hydro and physio, following a serious head injury. He really enjoys his sessions and this is due to the excellent treatment and care he receives from Helen, the neurophysiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: Brought my son to his first baby swimming group today (turtle tots) and he loved it! The pool was lovely and warm and such a nice pool.

Positive experience: I have my 18 month olds swimming lessons here. The pool is very warm (no need for wrap etc) and has rails which is ideal for teaching them to hold on. It also has an underwater viewing area. The only downside is the changing room get a little crowded.
