Fantastic experience: Great coaching venue for a range of martial arts. Michelle (6th Dan head coach) is an inspiring and focused coach who will support and challenge you to be your best.

Negative experience: I took my kid from this kickboxing club as there is no training structure to it, also there is no discipline and the children are running around like they are at a playground. You’d be better off paying £6 to bring your kids to whirly kids once a week. I know kids need to have some fun when they are learning but it is silly and the lack of focus on behalf of the trainer makes the class out of control. And there are a lot of kids up there who have graded to higher belts that cannot throw basic punches or kicks. There seems to be grading every few months and I don’t believe that the children are up to the standards of the belts that they receive. If they were at another club they would not make the level. I don’t know if this club is just money focused but there are many more martial arts clubs for children in the area that are disciplined focused and will get your kids up to a good level of self defence quicker than here. At one stage they were teaching 4 to8-year-olds how to do a spinning back kick when they didn’t even know how to throw a front job properly. Also the children are aspiring in the boxing ring without proper supervision or safety equipment. I have seen numerous times that the young children spiring have been supervised by other children while the trainer is off doing paperwork. As I have said there is no discipline or focused structure to training here
