Negative experience: Some of the staff are weird and rude and creepy but the gym and classes are good

Fantastic experience: Went to.the send sensation Christmas activities event. Very big and spacious and free parking

Positive experience: OK...I hate the gym, but as this one goes, it's pretty good. Equipment is all new, even peak time isn't too busy, and there's not a posey influencer in sight.

Negative experience: Don’t let your child come here. It is so restricted and all the workers excluding some at reception make you feel uncomfortable. My son came there and he said I quote ‘ they wouldn’t stop looking at me whilst I did my workouts.’ The constant pressure and high restriction just display the true fact the there motto is a complete and utter lie. However on the other hand he recently tried out VIRGIN GYM which had great reception and class equipment.

Fantastic experience: As a gym member here I always find the staff here are friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Nice and (normally) quiet gym where you can get your head down and have a decent work out with modern and well-stocked levels of equipment.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were all welcoming and polite to me during my first visit. Outstanding instructions from the gym trainer on how to wipe down equipment. Toilets were outstanding, clean and spotless. I’m now a regular drop in at the gym since renewing my leisure plus card.

Fantastic experience: Went to use the gym here as the one at Riverside the carpark is always full at the time I want to use it. It is smaller (that's a plus point), but they have all the equipment I need. Car parking not an issue and staff (like the other gym) are brilliant. Friendly and supportive

Positive experience: Nice track adverse to opening up the Indoor for warm ups although lottery funded so should be little more public friendly, I've played the lottery 4 times so I've paid for it really if you think about it.

Positive experience: Really lovely, helpful staff. When the coffee machine failed to put milk in the cup they kindly gave me some of their own so I was able to drink my coffee - thanks guys!

Negative experience: Took my Grandson for introductory free session. Unfortunately he was given no guidance by the coaches, as a potential new member. All the other kids knew what they were doing, and he was lost. He was very upset and ran out. Missed opportunity there. He won’t go back now, after being upset in front of everyone.

Fantastic experience: It is a great place to hold events and all the staff are lovely. There is a food van that does delicious food for fairly cheap prices and all of the facilities are clean. There are a few vending machines that sell a variety of foods and drinks.

Positive experience: Chelmsford Athletics Centre is one of my favourite athletics tracks. The outdoor track is great for running on and i have no complaints about it. The people there seem perfectly nice, and i would give it five stars if it had better indoor facilities (like a full 200m indoor track).

Positive experience: Very good gym facility and very nice staff but I wish the floor would be different in the hall. The grip is just too sticky. I guess it's great for sports like running but not so for badminton or table tennis.
