Indoor Tennis Arena and Ozone Complex

Fantastic experience: Very good hard tennis courts, great coaches (Michael and Marc) and a warm and welcoming receptionist (Elaine).

Positive experience: I can't comment on the centre, but the all-weather 3G pitches have gotten very worn. Lined for multi sports use, the boundary lines are all white, making it difficult to distinguish where the soccer lines end and other sports begin. Surface has little grip and is flat enough to play snooker on. It is well lit on the plus side.

Positive experience: I went for the gym. Was ok. Not massive but big enough if it's quiet which it was. Changing rooms seem huge for the few people attending. Maybe convert 1 bit of the men's changing rooms into a small sauna like the other gyms have? Open showers. Lots of space.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The party hall was roomy, bright and nice and clean.

Fantastic experience: Great morning at lazer quest staff our lovely I booked the climbing wall Haswell and did not realise it was only experienced climbers but staff let us have another game off lazer tag instead. So much fun. Great price and fun

Negative experience: Climbing wall is overpriced (twice weekly sets you back £58 a month for non-members [£7.25 per session], discount for members - though the gym is rudimentary). Always extremely cold during winter months. A number. Bouldering wall routes have been taken down and not replaced for extended periods of time. Good climbing routes otherwise, but climbing clearly not a priority area. Should take a leaf from Derry's facilities - updated, well maintained, coffee shop on-site, £3.75 off-peak (incl Sundays), £5 peak.

Fantastic experience: Went to the laser tag here with a group of friends for my birthday, age ranging from 27-35 and was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. Honestly one of the best experiences yet. Facilities were up to date too! The layout had different levels to go up and down along with, walls/ structures to hide behind. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and already want to go back. I think I won for the most fun birthday among my friends. If you want to be the cool friend, you have to go here. Team building event? Sorted. Need a fun hobby? Here is the place to be.

Positive experience: Great facility to have. Lights are surprising, in that serving from certain spots is difficult. I definitely should have added that the lady on reception was extremely helpful to me as a new member.

Negative experience: Said £6.40 per hour to book a tennis court online. Came there only to be told that it was actually £6.40 per person and everyone with me had to pay a fortune for ONE hour. Which was actually 50 minutes as we had to wait in a line for the front desk behind anyone with a general inquiry before we could play.

Negative experience: I booked a birthday party at the beginning of the lockdown. The booking was cancelled and ever since I believe I have been misled and deceived with numerous excuses as to why my refund was not forthcoming despite countless emails and phone calls. I would not trust this company again.

Positive experience: Went to the laser tag thing and it was great fun. It was a bit hard to find because the bus dropped us off south west of the park. we got lost and had to walk across the mud to get to the gym. There weren't any lockers or secure places for belongings at the time of posting so we had to use one of the coat hooks. My mums phone ended up going missing and she had to buy a new one. Even though there were some unfortunate events it was still great fun, my mum was only a wee bit annoyed about losing her phone and we would still recommend going, just don't bring any important things with you. Also, I recommend booking a taxi straight to the door to avoid being late or exhausted from the amount of walking.

Fantastic experience: I go there every Saturday and everything is just as gd as always. There's a wee roof of some sort in the outdoor gym in case of bad weather and every machine works perfectly. Climbing walls are just the best thing there and are truly awesome. Tennis courts are good aswell. Parking space MAY be a problem on marathon days as it's the only parking space in Ormeau Park.

Chelsea, who was on reception, was friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Paul supervised the girls on the wall and he was encouraging, great fun and professional. Positive experience: Nice little leisure centre. I only used the gym, and did a circuit class, which was hard work. Instructor was very good giving good clear instructions, also demonstrating. Didn't see much of the rest of the building, but seems well equipped. Liked the little inclosed courtyard area ,for outdoor training. Changing rooms could do with an update.

Positive experience: Try climbing wall there. It´s the bighest one in Belfast but still company any other in EU, it is quite cozy small place but you could practice to climb any level. All ropes are already there and not borrow equipments.
