Fantastic experience: Something a little different. Outside and always rewarding. Great to begin with and Matt will build you up and challenge you to do better each time. The training is always mixed and will fulfill beginners and those used to training. I love the variety and different routines. They seem to suit me and challenge me at the same time. Love it.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending xpt for nearly 4 years now and can honestly say it’s the only exercise I’ve ever stuck at. The group sessions are so supportive and Matt keeps the classes fun whilst still being challenging. There are all sorts of abilities attend and if you like to be outdoors it’s definitely the place for you. Always a warm welcome.

Fantastic experience: If you like exercising outside in all weathers and are not afraid to work hard to see results this is the team for you. The sessions vary from day to day, week to week and Matt and all his members are friendly, enthusiastic and very supportive of all new starters - definitely worth a try out ❤ .The team is supportive and offers workouts for all levels of fitness so dont let anything put you off x
