Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the incredible customer support at this gym. I had a misunderstanding about my membership, contacted the gym, and within a couple of hours, I received a response from Kim, the General Manager, who handled the situation, resolving it quickly and with genuine care for my concerns. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly rare and sets this gym apart. Coupled with a clean and well-equipped facility, it creates the perfect gym experience. Highly recommended for anyone who values not only great equipment but the true care they show for their customers!

Positive experience: Great gym,clean,plenty equipment, spacious parking.Cleaning lady rude.Dont know why showers being cleaned in peak time when others side showers is packed up.tryed to explain her that,but the answer woz I don't care.

Fantastic experience: Great gym to be part of. Staff are brilliant - friendly and helpful Gym itself has had a new make over plus new equipment coming in. Plenty of equipment to use and a great variety. Womens gym available as well as huge weights areas and cardio area.

Fantastic experience: I love to go it this gym.They have this women's fitness aria, which covers all body type workouts, and it's nice and quiet, not overcrowded . Also the staff are extremely friendly and helpful they have sauna , showers and sun beds as well . You can visit a separate area for classes and aria for spinning classes. The changing room is very big and close to showers and you have big mirrors and hairdryers as well . I'm still new in this gym but very happy so far

Fantastic experience: As soon as we entered we was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. Who explained clearly the signing up process. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Mainly because of the agreeable atmosphere.

Positive experience: My bad for the price. Weight training equipment is old and limited. Very small space. Compared to other gyms in the area it’s not too bad for the price. My advice would be to wait for the puregym to open.

Fantastic experience: Facilities are everything you could ask for, most staff are absolutely fantastic and it's the cheapest gym in town! Only £20 a month and this includes a gym, gym classes, a women's only section and a steam room and sauna. The site does provide extra services such as sports massage and tanning beds for an extra cost.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of equipment for everyone of all abilities. Women's only gym is great too. The staff are the most friendly, happy people I've come across in a long time.

Fantastic experience: When I go to the Simply Gym most of the people there are just normal everyday people with wobbly bits, lumps and bumps. Just like me. The gym is nice and clean. Going at non peak times means it's not too busy. It's inexpensive for a gym, paid for on a per month basis and not an annual membership like other places. There are rules about being polite and courteous. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym at all. Plenty of cardio equipment. The only negative is the weights area, not much going on really. Very basic

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The staff are polite and often say hello when you walk in. Haven't been to many classes, but I'd imagine all the instructors are welcoming and as nice as the simply pump it instructor was. The sauna, steam room, femme's changing room are always tidy and cleaned regularly. I try to go to the gym as often as possible, and no matter how long I'm there for, it's not unusual to bump into a cleaner. The gym asks you clean equipment before and after usage, and it all seems to be in good shape! When a machine is out of commission, it isn't for long. There's plenty of cardio machines anyway, so it's very difficult to lose out if one does need repairing

Fantastic experience: Decent gym. Wide range of equipment. Opening hours at the weekend limit going on an evening. Good price for what you get.

Negative experience: No WiFi and Internet signal is really bad Weight labels rubbed off on most machines you have to work out where to put the pin! I don't think I've been once where all machines are in working order and they don't get fixed quickly

Fantastic experience: Great gym with lovely friendly staff. Iv been a member of simply gym on and off for about 5 years. For 16.99 a month for great classes loads of equipment and stream room what is there not to love? I most like the boxing classes. I come out feeling like I achieved something.

Fantastic experience: Just became a member to this gym and the lady on reception was so lovely setting my membership up for me! She made me feel comfortable straight away - thank you! Its a big gym, with two levels and a ladies only area which I'm going to try again next time, it just looks abit more private! Which isnt a problem anyway in the big area as everyone is doing there own thing and theres space and equipment to move about to anything! The ladies changing rooms look so fancy and everywhere is so clean. They've really adjusted everything well and I'm excited to go back already! (Not overly excited though - exercise is not quite a hobby yet LOL). Thank you so much again x

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, has everything I need and can always get on the equipment I need even if there is a little wait I just go and do another exercise and go back to it. Staff are all friendly and so are the majority of the other members. There is always someone for advice and the personal trainers always get the best out of you.

Fantastic experience: This is my 'go to' gym when i visit friends in Crewe. This gym has everything you could want and more, from cardio in abundance and big boy weights to a large rig. There is even a ladies only room The classes which are varied and plentyful are all included in the membership (must trys are Louis's Olympic lifting and his spin where the music is just fab, or Colum's bootcamp, thought you were fit ..... !!!!) The staff here are great, friendly and helpful a real credit to the Simply Group. Also included in the membership is sauna and steam room which are fab. Important to me is that a gym is clean and this ticks all the boxes, from the gym floor with hand gel stations (a first for me ) to the changing rooms/showers and 'spa area' I can't rate this place highly enough. Come for an hour ......stay for 3.....

Positive experience: Good gym... not the worst I have been in by a long way... but not the best either.. descent gym.. would go again.

Negative experience: You get what you pay for I guess! The gym is a bit tired in places and needs updating really. Large cv area downstairs which is good. Upstairs weights area is quite a mess, dumbbells and weights left all over the place, some people use benches and don’t wipe them down. Gross. People need to learn to tidy up after they’ve used the equipmment and put things back in the right place!

Negative experience: The gym is ok but loads of people park in the disabled bays, which the gym do nothing about.
