Positive experience: Decent spot, it’s slightly dated but they’re doing it up over time it seems. They need to modernise the changing rooms for a 5* but all in all it’s worth the money. It’s usually fairly quiet, and the other people are generally lovely - nice way to relax after work!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant friendly staff, lovely place to workout and unwind after a busy day at work. Sauna and Steam room is great.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over a year now. I love how the staff are so warm and welcoming. It's a gorgeous place and I feel lucky to be a member here. The afternoon tea is also fantastic x

Negative experience: The staff are great, unfortunately the gym is outdated and some machines have been “fixed” with sellotape………. They have added loads of swimming lessons so the wet area is as loud as a public baths and basically it’s a shambles - I would recommend if you are serious about training that you avoid this place, shame because the staff are really good

Negative experience: Our booking was changed without consultation. The showers & changing room facilities are entirely outdated. The treatment room, & spa team are very nice. The afternoon tea was inadequate, the service was seriously below standard. The experience was ruined and we paid a fortune for them to ruin a very important day. To make it worse, I sent feedback to the hotel & spa and 5 days later there has not been a response.
