Fantastic experience: If you’re stuck picking a gym in Warrington, I’d definitely recommend this one! Me and my partner booked a tour, and we were amazed! There are so many classes available, the gym area was clean and the equipment looked to be in really good condition. The pool and jacuzzi were also modern and clean. We were shown around by Ebony who was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. The gym hosts monthly social events which was just a cherry on top:) We can’t wait to start our fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Joined a few weeks ago. Jo was lovely and helpful when she showed me around. Had a few problems with the app which were quickly sorted out. It’s a really friendly atmosphere and I enjoy my time there. Very glad I decided to join.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff , I was given a tour and an inclusive 1 to 1 session where I was shown how to use the equipment and given advice on how best to achieve my goals. All the equipment was in great condition and clean. I'm far from an exercise freak and found that the machines having screens where u can watch tv or cycle scenic routes made the experience much easier and I dare say enjoyable . The pool was nice and again clean, water was warm and the jacuzzi was an enjoyable was to relax after my session. Glad I made this choice of gym

Fantastic experience: The introduction to the centre and the available facilities was first class. Jack, was informative, honest and attentive to our needs. I have prior experience working in the industry so I know a good employee when I see one. He appeared genuine, kind, and trustworthy so we never felt pressured to sign up - which ultimately resulted in us wanting to, without any pressure. The welcome coffee was a nice touch too. I am looking forward to using the facilities (which look great) because the welcome we received as potential new customers has made us feel extremely happy with our commitment. Hopefully this treatment continues as we become valued existing members.

Negative experience: The village gym leaves a lot to be desired. The staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, and the vibe was more "chore" than "cheerful." Signed up for a virtual spin class, but when I got there, it was like a ghost town – no signal on the screen. Back at the front desk, all I received was a lukewarm apology with no resolution. Waste of time. Suffice it to say, I'll be taking my spinning adventures elsewhere next time! And don't even get me started on the sauna saga. It's like playing roulette with the temperature in there – never quite hitting the mark. And the timing of their cleaning routine? Let's just say it's less than ideal, often occurring right when we're mid-sweat session. To add insult to injury, they use pool water for cleaning, which strikes me as both unsanitary and unprofessional. It's definitely making me reconsider my gym membership altogether!

Fantastic experience: The staff are very helpful and the gym and sports instructors are incredibly knowledgeable! Very clean facilities and the pool is warm and has recently been upgraded.

Fantastic experience: The Village Gym is a great friendly place . The staff are professional and helpful and will always help out with any requests. There are a variety of classes offered and each one is adapted to the needs of the members by excellent, experienced instructors offering instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement. The classes are fun, demanding, , invigorating and mindful however Warrington Village Gym offers more than this with sociable members making it fun to do a hard workout with happy participants.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with the best instructors. Lots of new equipment has just arrived in the gym which is great. The classes are all challenging and so much fun with a great mix of lovely members. I really recommend The Village at Warrington and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have just attended a members cheese and wine evening which was so much fun and so well attended by members. The Village Warrington really appreciate the members and hold regular lovely social events.

Fantastic experience: Used the Village for years and is always my go to gym. Always good people on there with a good atmosphere with a friendly atmosphere. Everything you need for the workout and the pool spa area refurb is perfect for relaxing.

Fantastic experience: Having moved to Stockton Heath 18 months ago joining The Village Warrington was the best move ever . The selection of classes is superb , the instructors and reception staff are incredibly friendly and the social life it’s created is fantastic . Whilst I don’t use the changing facilities , the club equipment is excellent and the monthly peak subscription very good value for money . Cannot recommend it highly enough and as a result ; three friends also joined within the last year so don’t just take my word for it .. try it !
