Negative experience: Nice pitch. It’s a shame as the staff have zero customer service skills / confrontational. Pitch wasn’t ready for when you start, so you don’t start on time. Have to start ten minutes after so no one has warmed up. It’s literally locked. You do not feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Locked pitch. Even when there is no one there ten minutes before the start time. Bizarre. Paid for the pitch and tried to throw us off mid game. Literally came over, said nothing and tried to put the goal away. Never seen anything like it in my life! Zero people skills. Feels more like a prison than a leisure centre. Turned the lights off before the session end. Despite giving a lecture about how they can't let you on the pitch until exactly one minute after the time you book. Just generally confrontational and rude. Policies don’t make sense as empty. Never seen anything like it anywhere else it's a bonkers way to operate. Despite being a university the diversity mindset is not reflected at all in their staff. They need training on how to treat people in general. Let alone anyone who looks slightly different to them.

Fantastic experience: Good place for badminton. Good lighting for the game. Not sure why they do 50 mins for a slot rather than an hour.
