Positive experience: By far the most reasonably priced gym with the facilities (a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) in the area, this is due to the size of the gym and pool I think they aren’t very big. Despite being small, whenever I go to use the gym or swim it is not busy at all and I can get straight on a machine or swim. Good range of classes throughout the week. All the staff are always available, very helpful and super friendly which is lovely. Only negative side is that the jacuzzi and steam room in the pool area are often out of order and it takes quite a while to get them open again.

Fantastic experience: Lovely small clean gym and swimming pool. Has sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. There is an exercise class room as well as a small well equipped gym. Staff very friendly. Very fairly priced. Probably not ideal for a serious weight lifter as limited space. Has all the equipment though. Also discount at the hotel bar. Highly recommend

Negative experience: I cut my hand in the pool were the paint is chipping and the pool is dirty. The jakozie has way to much clorine and made my eyes water. The cafe had no one to serve and has to recwest help. Card machine Messing up and service poor. Would not recommend. Not worth the money.

Fantastic experience: It's a busy little gym but with a nice pool, busy enough to keep prices reasonable and a discount at the bar and restaurant

Positive experience: Located in a nice Holiday Inn and has everything you might need to keep fit but facilities are small. Also the swimming pool does not have an image of a beach on the walls as in the photos online, just plain white walls. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are always full and hogged by people for ages. There are signs suggesting 10mins maximum but a number of guests were sat in them for up to an hour, laying spread out on the floors even, so other guests couldn't enter during their time visiting. No one from YouFit staff were checking the facilities to make sure guests were using them considerately. Bizarre. Never encountered this at another fitness facility.

Positive experience: Restaurant was on the expensive side but nice portions. The sauna and pool area are sized on the smaller side which really is a nice treat. Register your car for parking at the hotels reception in the entrance. Garden area is pleasant in the summer too

Fantastic experience: We have rejoined this gym. A great deal of improvements have been made and it is definitely much better. The equipment is infinitely improved. It's great to have the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Also the support of James who has been fantastically patient and encouraging. I am actually starting to feel motivated to exercise.

Fantastic experience: As shared with details of the Holiday Inn, Shepperton, this is a decent gym, with swimming, sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi. Although it is not fully equipped, there are enough for a good workout. The dressing room and other facilities are very good.

Fantastic experience: Great little club, doesn't get too busy, the gym is small you wouldn't want more than 10 people in their at one time but I've never seen more than 5 or 6 so far, the pool is closed at times every day for courses but not too busy out from that during the week! Avoid the pool over the weekend it's packed!

Fantastic experience: It’s had a full refurb and it’s on a par with the best gyms around. Changing rooms, pool, studio and gym space are exceptional. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive but if they know you’re cool with everything then they’ll just be there to help.

Negative experience: Staff are lovely and it's often quiet. Gym and classes look great but the pool is run down and in desperate need of maintenance. Paint pealing off walls, many ceiling tiles are black instead of white from mildew. Jacuzzi often broken and water smells when it does work. Changing rooms also run down and dirty. If the pool had a deep clean and fresh coat of paint would do wonders.
