Fantastic experience: Nice place. Very good facilities for keeping fit. The eGYM is particularly good and helps you do exercises in a measured and progressively increasing fashion. It has a swimming school too.

Positive experience: Great staff, always friendly & helpful. Excellent facilties for a small-town leisure centre; let down only slightly by persistent niggles in maintenance & design - but under a new manager so watch this space!

Negative experience: If you're going to offer a walk round to show the facility and expect people to book in online for it. Then check your calendars and be there to offer the service. You told me what time where available not the other way round. Waste of my time

Fantastic experience: I took my two children swimming and it was a great pool. The changing rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lovely cafe and seating available near a small soft play for under 5s. I do not live locally and was amazed at the value for money. I will definitely be going back when I am in Norfolk again.

Positive experience: The leisure centre is good. The cafe is very pleasant but when you ask for a strawberry, it tastes like orange juice. But on the whole is enjoyable.

Negative experience: Very often travel to the leisure centre only to find some services cancelled without any form of notification. Unfortunately this happens regularly.

Fantastic experience: I'm visiting for a few months and so pleased they offer a month to month membership while I'm here. The egym is so helpful to keep training moving quickly and the sauna is impressive. I look forward to partaking in more of the spa services in the future.

Positive experience: Came here with some friends to use the gym facilities. The young lady on reception was helpful and set me up with a £10 day pass, which isn't a bad price considering the facilities available. There's a good range of equipment in the gym, a water fountain, bars for pull-ups, etc. Everything you could need is present! Not sure if I'll go back (I don't live local) but if I am about then I'll likely go again! :)

Positive experience: Don't be shocked, I was there drinking a coffee while my more energetic wife went to the gym. The cafe is clean with a notice on the table if it has been cleaned. Go to the kiosk, order and the polite staff will bring your order to the table. I enjoyed my two coffees. The quality was good, fairly strong without being bitter.

Fantastic experience: Always come to Imagine Spa in Wymondham. And I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Girls Keri and Amy are lovely. I had the pregnancy massage booked in for another one.

Positive experience: Go swimming here every week with my son. Swin teachers are great, the only thing that lets it down is the cleanliness of the changing rooms.

Fantastic experience: I rate this centre highly. Vg changing facilities, very clean all round Inc the pool itself. Don't know about the gym, sauna etc. Also a cracking little coffee shop

Negative experience: A sad state of existence for an independent woman. Ran down for a swim to be told I’m not allowed but I can swim if I want at two elected small lane slots very early or very late in the day. Can’t use the gym unless I’m prepared to sign up as a member. Completely deigned for families which is nice, but harrowing for a single person trying to exercise for well-being. Absolute zero for inclusivity.

Fantastic experience: Joined a month ago and really enjoying the variety offered giving great value for money. My favourite class so far is boot camp with Shahan. He always greets you with a smile and very motivational. Looking forward to doing more classes to improve my fitness and wellbeing :)

Negative experience: New equipment needed!! 20 minute wait for every piece of equipment.

Fantastic experience: Just registered for the new egym with Shahan who previously gave me a training programme to build up strength after an injury. I'm now ready to further my fitness in the egym and his depth of knowledge gives me confidence to go forward and achieve my goals. If I could afford it, I'd have him as my personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: My experience is purely for the spa area, as I have only used this so far. The changing rooms and spa area were clean - although a little small in comparison to other Imagine Spa’s I’ve been to before. We visited in seemingly a busy time and but still managed to use the sauna / steam rooms, waterfall shower and main area. Some of the other members visiting weren’t very helpful to others (I.E. lying down across the whole of a bench when there was very little space to sit for other people), but this isn’t the spa’s fault. I’ll try again during a quieter period next time.

Fantastic experience: This comment is only for my experience in the Gym and in the Spa (which is private). I most highlight the staff, from the reception to the coaches, all are extremely friendly and helpful. I must praise the changing rooms and showers because those areas are always clean which is incredible for the amount of users. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean place. I like the Cafe there, they do nice smoothies. Went there for a Saturday Boot Camp few times. The host Shahan Toheed is an excellent instructor. Explains all exercises while showing how to perform them. Also gives easier option for every exercise incase you couldn't do some of them, so you can still be fully involved and enjoy the workout together with others. I've also had number of Ju Jitsu sessions with Shahan where he would clearly show and explain all moves and reasons behind those moves.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities & friendly staff. Reductions for us increasingly elderly & decrepid seniors - & only a trip & couple of falls from our front door. Lovely cafe if you want to undo the effort of exercise - but hey, life's to short not enjoy a very good coffee & a sticky bun.........

Fantastic experience: Had a programme review with delightful Carrie yesterday, which made me feel really good once I had finished the session and very motivated, what did I like? Carrie is very experienced in her field she focus on your ability and work on it, educate you but doesn’t lecture you, and wrote me a programme with little drawings , so Carrie look forward to better looking arms , once again Thank you, Please come back to classes

Positive experience: This leisure centre is good. Its so much cleaner than other centres I've used in Norfolk. The monthly subscription is definitely the way to go as individual prices are high. I like the idea of the slow/med/fast lanes in the pool when everyone is same sort of pace and rhythm as everyone else in that section but can be a little frustrating, start/stopping when not. When it gets full 12pple per lane it is a bit of a night mare personally and gets too choppy for me. I think it would be good if they had a quieter swim once a week for people with MH issues, such as anxiety as too many people and the music can be too much for me and others I have discussed this within a MH group. I like this gym as it is smaller than most and isn't too busy when I go 3x a week, however the club music can be very loud and repeating (not in a good way) but I just wear headphones. It does seem a little silly to have so many cross trainers that aren't really used but only have one bike and one recumbent one. I think having 2/3 standard bikes instead of so many cross trainers would be better. There are time I can not go on the bike because its in constant use. The only serious issue I have in the gym that is very frustrating and very rude is that too many people sit on the equipment and use their phones. I'm not talking about the odd for seconds or a few secs between sets but there is at least 1 sernario every single time I go where I haven't been able to use equipment because someone is on their phone, texting etc. I know people seem so addicted and transfixed on phones these days but it is really inconsiderate and the staff don't do anything about this. The other week, a woman was texting on her phone for 20mins meaning I was not able to use the one she was sitting on. This isn't a one off occurance so that's why I am mentioning it. I've even seen up to 8/12 pple on the phones one day. I'd say it's at least 2/3 pple everytime I go. So that ruins the experience somewhat. People really need to learn to spend at least 40 mins away from their phones. Most people sanitise the equipment after use too which is good to see. Sweaty butt marks on equipment is never pleasant . The reception, pool and gym staff have all always been super friendly and helpful to me and others which, for me, makes it easy to feel comfortable going there and brings my anxiety down knowing I can ask for help if I am struggling which is a huge relief.

Fantastic experience: Signed up to the leisure centre as I am now back training, the gym isn't overly big but has enough equipment for what I need for now. I can use the pool when no classes are on of course, get to use the steam room and sauna too which is a bonus. Pricing is very good for the facilities especially if you do monthly DD so much cheaper than paying every time you go. Staff are very friendly good atmosphere happy I joined. Good for the whole family of all ages. I would recommend this leisure centre to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Have been attending weekly swim lessons with my 1 year old son for 2 months now and have no complaints. Having only used the swimming facilities, I can't comment on the gym side of the centre, but the changing rooms we have used have always been clean, with approximately 8 large family cubicles. The staff are all friendly, approachable and very helpful. I absolutely recommend this leisure centre, especially for swim school.

Positive experience: Good facilities such as pool, gym and spa. However, the leisure centre is very bad at responding to emails, phone calls (when rung, they very often don't pick up, and the phone keeps ringing forever), and the website is confusing.

Positive experience: Not a bad gym. Varied equipment, you do have to plan your workout as not every area has everything you need due to post lockdown protocols. You have to book 1 of 3 areas and each is weighted to a different workout IMO.

Positive experience: Very odd to have to take your own paddock for the lockers..! Never had to do that before. hire one for £5 if you like. I took a chance and left my clothes in the cubical.! Nice pool and clean throughout so a lovely swimming experience. Why padlocks on the lockers...??!!!!

Fantastic experience: Really great leisure centre and gym. Gym is quiet and very light with big windows, and all the equipment you could need, and an excellent free weights area. The swimming pool is clean and have had some excellent swims here. Changing rooms are excellent. Membership is very reasonable considering you have access to the pool too, while you can also pay as you go.

Positive experience: We take our grandchildren swimming can be quite busy

Fantastic experience: Great place. Large cafe with veiwing/door to the pool area so ideal for keeping an eye on the children if you dont want to swim. Only thing I would say is that the little play area is not located close. Would make sense to have this inside the cafe ‍♀️
