Positive experience: Was a difficult visit as a single parent to get in the pool with 2 kids then find out no floaties or pool noodles available. Had to go to reception wet, and pay £10!!! For a noodle! Felt like a rip off. They could have warned me on the way in.

Fantastic experience: For such a run down little seaside town this is the best thing about the whole town!!! Lovely swimming baths and the kids loved the massive slide!!! Staff were also very kind and accommodating. Little hidden gem

Negative experience: Took my grandchildren and my Mam swimming on Friday, not impressed as the flume wasn't working. Once in the pool the water was cold and we were all shivering after half an hour, so we had to get out. Very disappointing, all the years I've swam here I have never known the water be so cold

Negative experience: We visited Withernsea pool this morning to be told the slide wasn't working AGAIN! Last time we visited it wasn't working either. My son was extremely upset by this as he was looking forward to using the slide. We were told they didn't know what the issue was and couldn't get a "quick fix". Bearing in mind this is the Easter holidays and it can't be fixed is a disgrace. We will not be visiting again and will recommend our friends and family don't either. Shame on you East Riding Council

Positive experience: I use the Tone Zone (gym) although not as often as I should. Good range of equipment although 1 piece has been out if order for a long time. Never too busy but some people do stay on one piece of equipment for ages and forget to wipe down. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Positive experience: Kids enjoy the inflatables swimming however this was cancelled the last 2 weeks of our holiday,hope it's back on next year

Fantastic experience: We took the grandchildren for the swimming, I was spectator but the children loved it the Lovely big pool and a large slide into the water. There is a lovely clean cafe upstairs, but there is a lift if not able to get up stairs. The price's of the food and cup's of tea, I could not get over what a very reasonable price it all was and a good selection. Very pleasant staff throughout the building. Lovely time had by everyone.

Positive experience: Our first visit the lady behind the counter was rude. The second time we enjoyed the slide and swimming

Negative experience: We walked in to witness the lady on the desk speak very Rudely to a family shouting that they were full. When the family enquired when slots would be available the woman blanked them . After seeing this we walked out and went to another swimming pool 20 mins away.

Positive experience: The kids enjoyed themselves 1-4 fun swim during the summer holidays and the slide was available when we went. £1 for lockers. The cafe has plenty of seating areas for none swimmers. And there is a lift.

Negative experience: originally liked, but then they kept cancelling my appointment, causing me to re-book time and time again. When I had to cancel due to personal reasons, didn't get very good reception, I therefore have not been back and will not be going back in the near future.....

Positive experience: Amazing facility staff are always on hand to help out, only thing I could say is would be a little better if the signage stated what you can and can't do appart from a light description because if you do something that one of the staff members don't like they will tell you about it and if you tell them the signage doesn't state certain things they will take a disliking to you, Recomend 98%

Fantastic experience: Play Squash, verry reasonable, good courts. Also take my Grandson to swiming lessons, great leisure facility right by the beach. Very clean with Gym & restraunt.

Negative experience: Lovely building my main concern is when I was there today there are only 3 disabled car spaces and to my disappointment there was a builders skip in 1 of them east riding council probably won't reply to this but I would love hear there explanation why disabled spots are being used when there is plenty of space outside the centre?

Fantastic experience: The best public council pool in the UK! The huge winding slide was amazing, exceptionally clean large pools and changing are with even a gorgeous baby pool and the lifeguards extremely attentive with a great work ethic and friendly attitude. Made me want to move to the area

Fantastic experience: Booked training pool over the phone for my son, husband and myself. Was asked to arrive only 5 minutes before the session. Was very well organised only 2 other people in the pool and was made to feel very safe. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience: The manager and the cafe staff went above and beyond for myself and my children after breaking down at the traffic lights near aldi. The manager sorry I forgot his name pushed my car into a lay by and then invited myself and my children 1 and 2 to go to the leisure centre. He then got my children sandwiches and drinks and myself a cup of tea. He also then pushed my car with the help of another member of staff into their car park so that it was in a safer place. Thankyou so much you are a credit to the leisure centre and you really helped to keep me calm which can be hard as I suffer with anxiety. Again thankyou so so much

Positive experience: Really nice pool and great slide and value for money but unfortunately my daughter cut her toe on what she thought was a grate at the bottom of the slide one of the lifeguards said it was a cracked tile and had already been reported wonder how many more people need to cut themselves before anything is done about this as I would have thought this is an urgent safety matter
