Promenade Outdoor Gym

Fantastic experience: It is a good place for a free place to find a working outside exercise gym. Included is a basket ball court all built for encouraging greater fitness for everyone due to the 2012 London Olympics. It's open to anyone from the child to senior citizen to use. When I have had a go with the equipment it was well maintained and safe to use. Plus it's very popular place for people of all ages to congregate and play. It's in a good location near to one end of the Gravesend promenade.

Fantastic experience: It's free and it's not heavy on a workout, fantastic scenery.

Positive experience: I go at silly o'clock 2 '3 am peaceful just the swans and ships passing not suedoing right but I keep going !No good if you got baby need to change here as you cont got into baby changing room at eny time Needs to be fixed !!!

Positive experience: I used this gym regularly a couple of years ago. It's great to get a taster of using gym equipment. Obviously not as good as working out at an indoor gym but you can't beat the fresh air and fantastic views. Meet a variety of people there, very popular with families. Over the last couple of years it has been updated with some new equipment to replace broken items. This gives it a fresh new feel. I'll definitely be returning.
