The booking process is straightforward, and many families expressed gratitude for the hospitality of the staff during birthday parties and visits. The food options received mixed reviews, with some praising the quality while others felt prices were on the higher side. Although some users reported cleanliness issues and long wait times during busy periods, the overall experience left many families looking forward to returning.
- Great variety of ninja courses and inflatable fun.
- Friendly and attentive staff committed to customer service.
- Good atmosphere for parties and gatherings.
- Decent food options but a bit pricey for some.
- Need for improved cleanliness and maintenance in certain areas.
Overall, Total Ninja is a vibrant venue that provides countless hours of fun, exercise, and entertainment for families. It's a place where everyone can have a great time, making it worth a visit!
Total Ninja: Opinions
Positive experience: Had my son's birthday party here which was really good. But my reviews are mainly around the food at a venue. Sometimes you go to these sorts of kids fun places and the food is bearable at best. The food here was very good, lots of choice. I got a chicken burger which was tasty and we also got coffee and cake, the cake was delicious.
Positive experience: Lots of fun for kids and adults would of been 5 stars but food isn't the best and food and drinks on the expensive side Also cashless which we didn't realise
Positive experience: It was not a bad price for an hour. We spent 90% on the Ninja course and a quick 5 minute blast on the inflatables. The first ninja course is a pretty good challenge for majority of people but still achievable, the 2nd and 3rd course i would say is just set up slightly too difficult for majority of people that will do it. Also, you will certainly ache the next day
Fantastic experience: Just want to say a massive thank you to total Ninja and especially Nadia, who was an absolute star yesterday. My son hurt himself by showing off and badly winded himself. We were quite worried and so Nadia came and gave him immediate first aid. She sought 2 further opinions from colleagues and a manager (both these guys were also amazing) and went above and beyond to figure out what had happened, including checking CCTV. They couldn’t have done enough. My son was fine in the end but he had missed his session, and so not only did they extend his and his friends stay in the arena, but they also offered us a gift voucher. I cannot express how in awe I am of the service here, really top notch. Thank you Nadia and the rest of the team!
Negative experience: Booked for 4 girls. My daughter’s 11 bday ruined! Not everyone can afford £270 for a birthday party! Paid £80 for entry for 4 children for 2 hours. Put out a few little snacks & her cake out (as you can see), was going to buy hot food from the counter for myself and the girls. Not now! I won’t be spending a penny at their counter! They kicked off about the snacks. Said can’t have outside food due to allergies… but I can keep the cake on the table no problem (they have no idea, what’s in the cake either!). You should make party packages smaller than 10 children minimum then!! Was a really rude young lad who I tried to explain, I couldn’t book a party and why. I said I’ll put the drinks away but some crisps and sweets, you have to be joking (they don’t even sell sweets, so can’t buy any from here!) He was like well you still can’t have the food on the table or eat it in here! I’m so angry!! So my daughters friends are getting collected from here and won’t even get a piece of cake because I’m not allowed to cut it in their building!! I am so angry! Would have walked right back out if the girls weren’t so excited! They lost out on at least £35 in food and hot drink orders from me too! Won’t be returning!
Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere and nice helpful staffs. Syed a member of the staff during the weekend was very helpful and kind. Kids enjoyed the day and definitely coming back.
Positive experience: Lots of fun, a good range of things to do for all ages and abilities. 1 hour was enough but 2 is much better value for money. Toilet facilities however were terrible
Fantastic experience: Went for my daughter’s 6th birthday…. Thought it was superb, looked after by Axel who was superb from the second we walked in the door to when we left… food was good, service great…
Fantastic experience: Fabulous place, one member of staff in particular stood out, orange neck scarf and spider tattoos. Very engaging helpful and from what I saw great with the kids
Fantastic experience: Bee was super helpful, funny and welcoming. She deserves a pay rise!
Positive experience: Was a fun experience, would recommend to go later to avoid going when children are running about
Fantastic experience: We booked a birthday party for our 5 year old and his friends and it could not have been better. Firstly we were late to our own party due to traffic but they let the guests know and they gave us extra time at the end so we didnt miss out on anything (something that other places wouldnt have done). Piper was looking after our group and she was awesome, she gathered the kids, got them all prepped with socks and head bands, took them through the safety stuff and got them all bouncing around. She looked after them all, checked in with us on the timings of food, cake etc and generally made it as easy as it could have been. The kids loved it. As for the adults, we spend 90% of our lives exhausted so appreciated the decent cafe/restaurant, pizzas were great and the coffee was good. Overall awesome experience. Very grateful for Piper making it run so smoothly.
Fantastic experience: Great place for kids and adults alike.
Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed me and partner taking my 2 nephews here… was a lot of fun
Positive experience: Great for the kids but what let it down was the cleanliness, arms on comfy chairs were just black with greasy dirty residue, the inflatable area looked like it could do with a good scrub. The booking in area was complete chaos too.
Positive experience: Great place for kids and adults, staff don't really do much. No direction on first visit.
Positive experience: was really fun i still think it’s a little overpriced however had an amazing time
Fantastic experience: Great fun and exercise for all the family, whether it's on the ninja assault course or large inflatable assault course. Good drinks and food options. You'll need to buy socks, but you can keep them and reuse them for next time.
Positive experience: This place is a lot bigger than it looks, the inflatable side is huge and has so much to do! We couldn't do the Ninja course, though, as we went in Crocs ☹️ I thought we needed longer than an hour, so will pay for longer. Also it's card only no cash
Fantastic experience: Really good venue for kids over 4. One half of huge warehouse is bouncy similar to inflanation, other half ninja course that seems pretty chill for kids and adults too have a go on. Also a baby area and large accounts of seating and decent food offerings. Large car park. Brambles in the car park for foraging.
Negative experience: This place is very very dirty. I know you can’t expect the cleanest in places like this but this place was awful. Went for my son’s 9th birthday with some friends. Wife and I carbonara with a coffee and tea. Both massively overpriced even more than usual. Leftover food from the day before, stick tables no matter which one we sat at. Check in went smooth but when we tried to walk round we were then told to return to reception for a ‘spectator’ wrist band….never heard such rubbish before. Won’t rush back, maybe as it was a Sunday but the kids that were running the place today were not able to competently.
Positive experience: Really fun place for kids and adults to play around, and have plenty of fun together on the inflatables. You do get the entertainment for a while without getting bored. The place Its quiet affordable and easy to book online as well! It just needs a but of extra maintenance as certain areas where quite dusty and had air coming through the inflatable area
Fantastic experience: Came nice and early with my girlfriend, we had a great time, the inflatable half was fun and seemed great for a range of ages, the ninja half of the facility was very fun too, split up in terms of difficulty but always manned by a member of staff. We luckily had Dean who was amazing, very approachable and attentive, he would come over to give us and others a hand when we needed it and made the overall experience that much better. Recommend 2 hours to get the full experience.
Fantastic experience: As a 23year old man I did not expect to have this much fun. I also did not expect to be this defeated. Bring a water bottle!
Fantastic experience: Took my 10 year old boy and his 2 friends that had a brilliant time. They loved the inflatable park the most
Fantastic experience: Totally sneaky ninja, weight limit 20stone, I am 23, I did not squash a child, I did not break apparatus.......... honest! Retro Deano rules!
Negative experience: Sent an email saying 2 hours for the price of one throughout June 2024. Tried to book. But wasn’t accepting the discount code. Rang and spoke to Sam McCall who said it’s only week days. The email didn’t mention that at all! Wouldn’t honour it. They should be prosecuted for false advertising. Very unhelpful. Now have 2 upset children. Terrible customer service! Terrible misleading emails.
Fantastic experience: Amazing experience my daughter and I love it! The staff are so kind , we never had to wait and we have always had the best time. The food and drinks are great , fantastic service and the ninja course is so fun. My daughter especially enjoys the bounce zone, we would definitely 100% recommend all visit!
Positive experience: Great service, it is a cashless place, everyone had so much fun, toilets weren’t great which is expected for the environment, would definitely go again (on the warrior part you need proper shoes like trainers)
Fantastic experience: Give Michael a rise. He’s a true one and played games with us and talked to is the whole time. Really nice guy. PLSS GIVE HIM A RAISE
Fantastic experience: My son had his party here last month. The staff were great, could see the staff interacting with the children on the equipment too which was nice. Plenty of party food and catered for allergies too
Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place. My grandson got invited to a party here (age 8yrs) and even being special needs he had a ball. The staff were very attentive, the timings on each of the parks were just right. The party environments and party food were fab. Overall a great place to visit even if it's not a party invite. Located in Trafford park with plenty of free parking spaces. Would definitely visit here again
Fantastic experience: Took my kids who are older and my young god daughter and her brother (kids ranging from 4-15) and they all loved it. Something for everyone here and keeps the kids active... I did one of the courses and have sore arms now haha
Fantastic experience: Booked Total Ninja online, simple nice and easy booking. Wanted to make an amendment in my booking, Sam & Anthony on the phone were more than happy to assist and make the changes. On arrival i was greeted with a warm welcome and simple process of signing in etc. Once in the actual arena, we were once again warmly welcomed by the 2 crew members at the inflatable section. They were always on the ball making sure everyone was safe, observing all areas. This is a place for all ages and a great way to stay active indoors! There are 2 separate sections one an inflatable section and one an obstacles section. Both sides were clean, safe & tidy with staff there to assist at all times. All in all, amazing day out, great place to take family and kids out, will be back!
Fantastic experience: Dean is an amazing part of the team, we loved his hands on approach and he changed the whole dynamic of our experience. He was informative, friendly, non-pressuring and made all members of our family with different abilities able to enjoy the course and get the most out of it. Dean helped us reach personal targets and complete aspects of the course we never would have been able to without his advice. An asset to total ninja and to himself, would definitely return with my family in hope to learn more from him.
Fantastic experience: Got an Easter experience package, including 1 hour and a pizza. Good value and there is a cafe to have a drink, and free wifi to do work while the kids play! Overall staff are really professional and friendly. The place was clean and organised. Will be back.
Positive experience: Great indoor activity for kids. We had our son’s birthday with a few of his friends. They had the best time. The viewing area / cafe is great for parents. The cafe is nice but the food is very limited and not healthy options. I expected our party host to be more attentive and pays more attention to fine details such as bringing the birthday cake with the candles showing the right way for photos.
Negative experience: The staff were ridiculously especially the front desk man, looked gormless like he didn’t want to be at work on Sunday, and was looking at us as if we’re asking for something in another language, he delayed us by 10 mins of our play time. The overall play was nice for kids, the man who showed us the safety video was happy and friendly ur the rest experienced wasn’t good and I won’t be coming back.
Fantastic experience: Air conditioned so that was great! Shame you can't pay in the cafe area with cash but kids loved it and lots for them to do. Certainly burns off energy! Seating area for parents/carers and toilets were clean.
Negative experience: My kids had a good time but we as the 'grown ups' aren't in a rush to return. They make you watch a safety video beforehand of all the things you're not allowed to do, dangerous manoeuvres, etc, but then that goes ignored. There's groups of grown men in their 20s and 30s showing off backflipping and somersaulting amongst tiny kids of 4 and 5 years old, this is in the inflatable kid part as well. You need to keep an even more vigilant eye on them than usual because safety measures aren't met and if you don't, you're looking at your child being crushed by a man baby acting out a childhood power rangers fantasy while staff just watch and shrug. Prices for drinks are eye-watering, think it was something like £3 for a small coke although that's to be expected for a kids play place, they often do take the pee in that area. On top of that it's gross in there. It's dirty, filthy, rubbish everywhere, barely any seating, every table covered in litter, spilled drinks and crumbs. This isn't even just a pop at the staff for not clearing up (even though they weren't) but guests being disrespectful as well, just dropping their rubbish and leaving it. It's disgusting chaos in there. Not even gonna get started on the toilets! It's okish but there's much nicer places to take your kids, inflatanation and playfactore beat this place by a mile.
Negative experience: Short staffed on the day we went even though we had pre booked our tickets still had to wait a long time to book in. The place was quite dirty, definitely needs to be cleaner.
Fantastic experience: Dean was an absolutely awesome Ninja guide!! He came up with challenges and mini games for us, which made it so much more fun, as well as showing us how to do some really cool ninja tricks! Thanks Dean - The OG Ninja Warrior
Fantastic experience: Booked here for a gym social. Had a brilliant time! Deano the ninja warrior specialist was fantastic and helped our group so much. He's was awesome at giving great tips and helped many of our members do things they hadn't before. Will definitely be coming back.
Fantastic experience: Great crac with the kids and the girl at the front desk was really friendly definitely worth going
Positive experience: Very busy and noisy but kids had fun. Affordable and clean with reasonably priced food and drinks. Don't forget trainers for the Ninja area. Socks only on the inflatables.
Positive experience: Great venue for the kids, with a variety of activities for them to try. Food and drink is fairly priced. Staff were more than welcome to help and give direction when asked. The under 5 area let them down as there wasn't much other than a slide and ball pit, plus nobody monitors this area, and there were a number of kids that clearly weren't under 5 in there.
Fantastic experience: I took a group of 12 here and it was so much fun for everyone involved and everyone was wiped out by the end and ready for an early night. There was a member of staff named Faiza who couldn't do enough for us the entire time, she was so polite and could tell she really cared about her work and the people she was helping. Definitely would re-visit.
Fantastic experience: Amazing place for children, and their staff is very friendly and helpful.
Positive experience: The play zone itself is great and really good value for money. Unfortunately they don't offer enough seating for the amount of bookings they take especially at weekends when half the seating is taken up by parties. The food and drink is also extortionate.
Fantastic experience: My daughter attended a friend's birthday party this Saturday and she and her friends had a fab time. Special shout-out to Leah. My daughter was nervous on a rope bridge and I rushed down to help her but before I made it to her Leah had given her a hug, lifted her back up and become her cheer leader. I watched as Leah helped her and guided her. She is an asset to Total Ninja Trafford!
Fantastic experience: I go every few weeks with my 5yrd old girl we both have a good time on the inflatable park. The staff are friendly and the park is well maintained.
Negative experience: Card only so kids on a school trip couldn't buy anything whilst there as only had cash. Disgusting. Another place will never visit again
Negative experience: This place is great for fun the kids but he problem with this place is its filthy! I dread to think what the equipment is like but the communal areas are awful, dirty and unkempt. Let's say I sanitised my hands after washing in the bathroom, the toilets were that bad! Although the kids enjoyed themselves I won't be in a rush to return
Fantastic experience: Pretty awesome place to bring older kids and for adults too. The courses are really challenging and you can really test your upper body strength here.
Fantastic experience: It's brilliant here take the kids here alot good value for money and food is not to expensive
Negative experience: My son went for a school trip here and he cane home crying cuz he only had cash on him and it's card only so had nothing while there. Who does that to kids? Absolutely won't be going back here.
Negative experience: My child went on a trip with school. When they got there they could not buy a drink or food because everything had to be paid for by card or phone only, even the vending machines, and child only had cash. To expect children to pay by card or by phone is awful. Depending on our child's experience we were going to go back, but now we know it's card only, we most definitely won't be.
Negative experience: Unless you have a LOT of upper body strength (i.e can hang bodyweigh from one hand while swinging), seriously don't bother at all. You won't be able to do anything. One person in our 10 person party could do even 10% of that side. If you do, note the very small print to bring trainers! The bouncy side is very fun. The lockers are very small so I'd recommend only taking a very small bag. The changing rooms smell strongly of sewage, which sometimes seeps into the course. Water is sold in a vending machine at £1.75+ a bottle.
Fantastic experience: We had a kids party on Sunday. The chap with the pony tail and beard who dresses as a Ninja was absolutely top drawer and really made it for the kids. He went above and beyond and everyone had a Fab time. The venue is great especially now that we have found our daughter has transitioned from the soft play centres when she was 6 or under. The kids come back shattered and have a deep sleep that night!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely fun..my teens and her friends really enjoyed it. Even thought we booked a morning slot it was packed out...lots of bday bashes happening upstairs in the cafe where parents can watch there children or have a break.have some lovely food and beverages and fab slushy..parents not need to pay if just watching over kids
Positive experience: The park is great, getting in is a real issue, I had to wait for unprepared people to sign the weaver. This should not be an issue as they should be asked to stand aside and let the people who have already done so to proceed. It caused us to easte 15mins of our time slot.
Fantastic experience: Went today with my 14 year boy and 18 year girl best £42.00 I sent to see them together having fun, such a fantastic organised place, highly recommend definitely go again
Fantastic experience: Travelled from London today to the area and decided to visit total ninja since we loved the idea of it and it being an active bit of fun! Alvin in the ‘obstacle course’ section was so attentive and he made us laugh a lot especially when i needed a plaster for dropping badly on an easy course ☠️☠️ Would return when it’s quieter but all the staff we met were really friendly and bubbly.
Positive experience: It's OK, lots of sweaty and slightly manic children but that's to be expected. Had a southern fried chicken burger with fries, £7.25 which was again OK. The staff were particularly pleasant which was a nice surprise.
Negative experience: No party feel, no proper host or any care to making it a special occasion. Will not be back and I don't think any of the other parents would either. Communication before the party was great but on the day the experience I had personally was awful. The party members were at the table and had to all go back down to get wristbands/wavers. Once all done we were told we were at the wrong table so had to pack everything up and move. The host didn't really ensure that everyone understood what was going on so half the kids were in different places at different time. Once it was time for the kids to eat the food was served before the kids had even finished playing so when their session ended the food was freezing but the pizza came out on a hot metal tray that I burnt my hand on, luckily it wasn't one of the kids that touched it! After their food the "host" came out with a cardboard box with some jelly sachets in... there was no special feeling in the slightest. We asked if there was a knife or lighter to use for the cake but nothing was available. All in all a terrible experience and all the other kids parents said so. Very misleading on the website for what you get.
Positive experience: The kids loved it . Lot bigger than expected. Seats for grown ups upstairs were really uncomfortable. Food had to be sent back ( just one person) as over cooked. Staff provided something different .
Fantastic experience: Visited for the first time this week to attend a birthday party. My daughter isn't one for climbing and dangling about, but she enjoyed the inflatable part of the course, not so kuchen the ninja side. But that's no reflection of the facilities on offer. The park was clean, wasn't too busy. The refreshments were reasonably priced. The party host was great fun. Unlike other venues like this, the parking was superb. There were plenty of spaces and it was easily found using Google Maps.
Fantastic experience: Great place to have fun with children, very spacious and safe! I went on holiday and we spent a good time there. My kids loved it and already want to go back! I highly recommend it!
Fantastic experience: Great place for kids and adults alike. Fairly priced and 2 hours of bouncing and ninja courses was enough to tire everybody out! Will definitely come back and was well worth the drive from East Manchester across to Trafford Park.
Positive experience: My son really enjoyed this park when he visited with scouts. Lots of obstacles they can have fun on, and the food is okay.
Positive experience: Experience was absolutely great, went with family (10 people)that ranged from 7 years old up to 44 years old.. and every single person enjoyed there time. Only reason why I’m deducting the 1 star is because there were so many people waiting in the queue and only 1 person on the till to serve everyone. The wait was annoying as this delayed 10 mins of our 1 hour time.. However the play area itself was sooooo much fun
Negative experience: Needs improvement. Unfortunately I don't believe I will be returning. There was very little seating for keeping an eye on our toddler. There was equipment that is broken and therefore needs replacing. This was concerning as it's an area for under 5's. The place needs cleaning badly, stairs, toilets and glass balcony. No food was on offer as they stated the kitchen was closed and what was advertised wasn't healthy at all.
Fantastic experience: Had a lot of fun with colleagues. Definitely recommended for party size group.
Negative experience: It was ok, wouldn’t say brilliant! It does state ages 4 and over, I personally wouldn’t say it’s good for 4 year olds they can’t reach a lot of stuff to even complete the obstacle course, my tall 7 year old just managed to reach the bars ect, the bouncy castle area was absolutely disgusting and dirty baring In mind we went to the second session of the day! Staff didn’t look happy either!
Fantastic experience: Its actually a really good inflatable place. And the obstacle/ninja area is fun. Better than trampoline parks. If you can do any of it it quickly made me realise i have no upper body strength at all
Fantastic experience: Just came home from my little man's birthday party. Have been here before, it's always a fun time with loads to do, even for adults but can't say enough good things about the staff there. Special thank you to our host Axl, who was an absolute superstar, boundless energy and enthusiasm with great communication. Always went the extra mile to help out and was so good with the kids, getting them involved and explaining each activity clearly and concisely. An real credit to the centre and much appreciated by this parent , whatever he's getting paid it should be double!
Negative experience: Absolutely a joke of a place I went with a party yesterday, had to pay £20 for half a hour bounce and left of party food, wasn’t told to bring trainers for the ninja academy so she has to sit out, she wanted to go and bounce while the others where at the academy she was told no she wasn’t allowed, so I then had to sit there with a 5 year old asking can she go with them. The place was dirty the toilets were broken reminded me of festival toilets. A big company like that you should be ashamed.
Positive experience: Shameful behaviour by your Manchester team, especially manager Connor. Party of 20 kids and you serve 3 SMALL pizzas, not even enough for 1 slice per kid. We offered to even pay for extra pizza (when we shouldn't have to), and the manager lied that the kitchen is closed. This was at 6pm, they don't close till 8pm. They continued to serve hot food to two parties which happened after ours. Shameful cheap behaviour, especially when they are charging almost £20 per child. Edit - manager called and apologised. Hence review stars amended.
Fantastic experience: Great experience! The staff were all amazing. Very engaging in wanting all the customers to get the best out of the experience. It’s great to have workers who actually care about what they do. Big shout out to Johnny, Dean and Kyle! Fab service all round will definitely visit again!
Fantastic experience: Went to a kids birthday party there. There was lots for kids to do and a caffe for the grown ups upstairs. It would be nice to have more visibility on the kids though because some inflatables look a bit high.
Positive experience: Right good laugh at this place, both kids and adults in our party loved it. The inflatable area is the best bit, the only issue I had was that the ninja warrior bit was far too hard for all the kids there, they couldn't reach the obstacles let alone do them. Still tho good couple of hours out. Cafe is bob on too. Will defo be returning
Negative experience: Average place for kids like any other. Food was way below standard. Ordered chicken nuggets which came with fries, all that I got was 4 nuggets!! (and with the fries the cost was £5. 50 - ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!) To make matters worse, everything was overcooked. I wouldn't recommend food even if it's free!!
Positive experience: Absolutely amazing day out. I ached in places I didn't know I owned for about 3 days afterwards but it was so much fun! Took my 6 year old boy, booked an hour slot for 10am and it was lovely and quiet. Lots of parties booking in as we were leaving so definitely recommend the earlier slots. Take snacks and drinks as they cost an absolute fortune from the cafe and machines.
Positive experience: Really great place to go for adults too if you're up for some fun! The staff are friendly and it's well organised and monitored. The equipment was a touch slimey in places but to be expected! Would recommend .
Positive experience: The place itself is massive and amazing ! . Half of a building is one giant bouncy castle, and the other is hands-on apparatuses .Best for kids over 5 , grown-ups can play too . Bad points parties are chaotic and badly managed . Cafe is understaffed and very busy , catering for the meny parties going on all at once on different tables . . Apart from that we'll be worth a visit with the kids ,when you got lots of energy to burn . It's hard work and fun .would recommend
Fantastic experience: Been for both birthdays and play-days with our kids. They love it! For the parents that aren’t launching themselves off inflatables or thinking that there friggin ninjas (and failing for the most part) there is a good coffee and snack bar area. Kid’s birthday parties are pretty well done, structured with party zones/areas. There is one chap there that is the party-leader. He’s absolutely crackers and very much engages with the kids. A credit to the place. The rest of the staff although young, are all polite and helpful.
Negative experience: Not that much of a selection for kids. The actual bouncy castle part is simple with few activities just has a large scale. The obstacles etc in the area you wear shoes again doesn't have that many activities. There are several which are to high etc and the climbing wall is very small in height terms. The food selection is limited and very expensive. Overall can't recommend at all. Better off taking your kids to the park with a picnic.
Fantastic experience: Kids has a lot of fun. We went for a birthday party. First 30 mins for playing in inflatables then a 10 min break followed by play in the other area. This was then followed by food and drinks. Very friendly staff that were accomodative. But could be very crowded during holiday period!
Negative experience: We had a birthday party for my son 19 kids 1)The check in process took 40 minutes waivers were done prior and just felt like no one really knew what they were doing. We have been before so we know this is generally slicker. The result meant less time on the activities 2)My son's party didn't have a "ninja" taking them around. The young man that took them around did his very best but we paid for the whole experience so the kids and us expected a ninja I did contact the office to raise this with them but to date no reply. The lack of response has prompted the review
Negative experience: I have been there before and it was nice plenty of food but went back to my son's birthday. The place was too crowded, long line for any drinks and food you wanted to order. Party host was hovering around and seemed like too much to do. Crowded and under staffed.
Positive experience: It’s a great place, they have two sides one with shoes on and one with ninja socks… I personally wouldn’t go there again. It was something different compared to other inflated places but my nephew enjoyed it a lot. Definitely target at younger kids more, there’s lots to do for kids!! Parents can also sit upstairs and watch kids Play , drinks food available. Lockers are free to use to put valuables away next to the toilet.
Negative experience: Two stars for the toddler area- We came specifically for the kids and toddler area which is free (we only had to buy one adult full price ticket) the place looked great but when we arrived to the actual toddler area (which is sectioned off) it was completely filthy, there were crisps all over the floor- the tables hadn’t been cleaned and people had left their rubbish and old socks on the floor. It’s obvious that all the attention is put on the main areas which is fair ebough, but it would have been nice if the toddler areas were also looked after as we would have liked to have come back. Not so sure we will now.
Negative experience: Came in the other week. Girls on reception were very helpful and had great customer service skills however the same cannot be said for staff on other areas. Staff on the inflatable bit were constantly on their phones and not paying attention to anything. A child could be injured and they wouldn't know. "Management" look too young and don't know how to deal with such a busy park. Honestly would be safer if the place was shut down
Fantastic experience: Really good, took 6 teenagers today (they’ll sleep tonight!) they enjoyed the inflatable bit best. Gets really busy (we got there for 10 but started to fill up 11 onwards) food was great with plenty in a portion, 30 min wait but that timed perfectly for us. Easy to get to too
Positive experience: Went for a 2 hour session on a Saturday at 10:00. Going early was good. Lot of kids appeared in the latter half. Really enjoyed the obstacles. There is a range of different skill/strength obstacles, though ideally you want some base upper body fitness to get the most out of it. For reference I could just about do all but the hardest stuff - I boulder regularly, and can only do ~4 pull ups in a row
Fantastic experience: Sons 9th birthday party here and the kids loved it. The equipment was well maintained, the food was great. Our party host wasn't very enthusiastic but some of the others were really good. Parking tricky so leave plenty of time for that.
Positive experience: Went with a couple of friends Friday afternoon. Wasn’t too busy so no waits whatsoever. Inflatable side was lots of fun, they even had a bouncy football/basketball court too. The total warrior course was very challenging but entertaining! I think it would be a helpful addition if they had instructions next to some of the different challenges though as we were unclear on how to use some and were quickly “told off” by staff for using the net wrong when there were no pictures or directions to accompany the obstacle.
Fantastic experience: My son 11th birthday party was held here. It's just fantastic! As we didn't play here before booked the party, we went there to have a site visit and the staff was so helpful to show me the venue and explain the rundown of the party to me. On party day, once we arrived, our host Axle was greeting us at the reception and showed us our table and helped me serve my guests. He was brilliant to do everything for the party and also played with the kids at the same time. He was the star of the party and made everyone leave with big smiles. It's really the best party we ever have. Thank you to every staff of Total Ninja
Negative experience: Was having a good time till we had an issue with the vending machine, what could have been a 2 minute solution turned into a 30 minute wait. A Drink got stuck in the vending machine, I had alerted a staff member which then took 20 minutes to come and then told by a very rude male member of staff that we have to show proof of purchase. This means you want me to go back to my locker, get my phone, walk around till I get reception on my phone so I can log in to my online banking and show you a £2 transaction? Again this is going into my time which I've paid for. So had to cut my session just over 30 minute short. Even after explaining to the staff member he was very unpleasant telling us 'how it is'. I'll be honest, me and my family felt very discriminated, it wasn't a nice thing for the kids to watch with your staff member embarrassing me making it out like I'm trying to steal a £2 bottle!
Fantastic experience: Went for my son’s 12th birthday today (a booked party package). From check in right up until leaving we were looked after really well. Thankfully it wasn’t too busy given the time of year but a great time was had by all! Thank you
