Fantastic experience: Easy access and nice staff. Being only using the squash courts but seems well equipped for many activities.

Fantastic experience: Great gym & friendly staff. It’s a very inclusive environment, with people of different ages & abilities. I’ve never felt out of place here like I have at other gyms. Only thing is I wish it was open longer at weekends, as it can be very busy. The classes also get booked up really quickly, even as a member (and you supposedly get a week advanced) so they can be difficult to book.

Fantastic experience: The gym is excellent busy at times staff very professional and a wide variety of state of the art equipment Everyone is treated with respect .Good value for money.

Negative experience: (Gym) this is a good place but with the new rule that under 16s have to come in between 3-5 is ridiculous considering you pay lots of money per month to come. Very annoying .

Positive experience: Top class venue for badminton but regrettably let down by the changing rooms and particularly the lack of individual shower cubicles in the mens room. Communal showers are unhygienic and offer no privacy.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with the recently modernised gym equipment and helpful staff.

Positive experience: The squash courts could do with a bit of love. The main courts have huge bits of plaster missing which can affect play. Staff are always incredibly lovely.

Negative experience: Closed very early on a Saturday compared to other centres.

Negative experience: Get your pass at around £28 a month tied in for a year? Or the get out of contract at 24 hrs notice for around £37 a month, way too expensive, yep you get free swims, pay for sauna etc on top? For that price I would want everything thrown in? Ridiculous price and ridiculous having to sign a contract for a year, I pay much less and don't have to sign a contract?

Fantastic experience: Fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Only use the gym but the whole site is spotless. Plenty of choice in machines.

Negative experience: Good facilities but impossible to book. Why does no-one ever answer the phone? I must have called 15 times today and 5 yesterday. I'm going to have to jump in the car and drive there just to book a squash court!
