Positive experience: Lovely carvery very nice helpful staff.

Positive experience: For the third time in the last year or so I had a lovely spa day and afternoon tea thanks to The Retreat at Crowhurst Park. Staff at the spa, leisure facilities and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The treatment rooms are lovely and the 55 min shoulder/back massage and facial were blissful. The pool and jacuzzi are good, if busy at times, and most of the food and drinks were lovely. The real let down that's stopped me from giving five stars is that over the year or so I've visited, the toilets located next to the swimming pool/changing rooms have been in major need of renovation. The changing rooms are also dated though the locker system using a pass code is great. All in all it's a great value for money (especially when on offer) experience that I'd happily recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Wow treated the wife to a facial massage jacuzzi and sauna today for her birthday everyone so nice polite plus afternoon tea thankyou so much.

Negative experience: Looks a nice a pool, however unable to use it as was freezing. Not a suitable temperature for adults, let alone babies. Had to get out early as not enjoyable at all. Shame, when you pay to use it as part of your holiday.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this club and very impressed. The gym has weights and all the basic weight machines and cardio machines I need to work out. Lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, yoga and aquafit classes. Good breakfast and lunches and reasonable joining fee too. Great place.

Fantastic experience: Lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed a few leisurely swims here while staying at the park. Pool temperature just right. Took advantage of the hot tub and steam room also. Changing rooms very good. Gym also available to use for visiting guests.

Positive experience: Swimming pool always breaking down, changing rooms need cleaning more often (depends what staff are on duty as to how clean it us). But when everything is working and it's clean a nice place for membership. Shame things break down quite often.

Positive experience: Was loving it until the jacuzzi broke down then the boiler broke down, (water temperature down in pool) plus leaking roof to gym. Still giving 4 stars, at the moment, in the hopes that all will be fixed speedily.

Fantastic experience: Lovely place good location quiet and relaxing the lodges are spacious and comfortable with some having a hot tub which was nice to unwind in bar was well stocked gym equipment was very good as was the pool steam room and sauna staff were very helpful especially the maintenance guys fixing the decking and checking the hot tub daily would definitely go back again.

Positive experience: They have been great with plenty of advice on how to get back into exercise after breaking my leg skiing!
