Fantastic experience: Really friendly, welcoming gym. I mostly do classes as there is such a variety to choose from and there is something I want to do every day. Good facilities.

Fantastic experience: It is indeed the friendliest gym I have used. Equipment is great. Good choice of classes if that's your thing and to top it off, brilliant staff!!!

Fantastic experience: What a transformation! The Ryland Centre is now a warm, stylish and welcoming venue. The atmosphere is genuine, allows you to achieve your own aims without anything being intimidating, the yoga instruction is expert and reassuring and the staff are a delight.

Fantastic experience: I joined here for the classes available, Zumba and Pilates which I highly recommend both. Leesh's classes are high energy and so much fun, really lift you up and get you moving. KCSIM's pilates class is gentle and tough at the same time, you can really go at your own level and take it easy if need to and push yourself much harder if capable. The Ryland staff on the desk are really friendly and helpful, I haven't used the gym yet but know that they will walk and talk me through all the equipment and how to use it when I'm ready to.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just joined and really like it. Staff are always helpful and very nice. It’s not as big as some other gyms and for me that’s a positive, I like that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Everyone is very friendly and the classes are really good. The gym has all the equipment you need. It’s good value for money too. You can do a free session to see if you like it.

Fantastic experience: Oh my god I love this place :) I was paying an absolute fortune at the other gym only to discover four of my favourite instructors are here so what’s not like? The staff are lovely and friendly and very encouraging (no judgment here) so for that alone I give it a big thumbs up and five stars all round. Sophie is giving me extra PT lessons and she’s absolutely wonderful and very patient. So I’m one very happy member. Thanks all

Positive experience: Well maintained and clean facility. Relatively cheap monthly fee (about the same as other budget gym e.g. Pure gym). Has all the basic gym equipments but no more. It has a really good running track at the back.

Positive experience: Good value but not too much gym equipment, enough for a full workout but not a varied one

Positive experience: Four stars simply for having a running track! Parking is free although limited. Running machines are ok. They do lots of classes for kids. Often closes too early though.

Fantastic experience: I don't actually use this place but can recommend as I know people that do and that they have many positive things to say about the facilities and staff. There is a well stocked gymnasium, lesson led classes and a free carpark. There is also a good recommended rollerskate disco on a Friday night, currently £4 for two hours of fun!

Positive experience: Basic but meets my needs. Good range of classes and gym is good. Also has a running track.
