Tregaron Leisure Centre is a community run leisure facility to provide the inhabitants of Tregaron and the surrounding area with facilities for recreation, sport, healthy activity and community focus. We welcome everyone of all ages and ability to come and enjoy our facilities. We have several sports clubs with coaching abilities, a well-equiped gym, a squash court and if you require conference and meeting rooms for less active pursuits, we have those too.
