Fantastic experience: Nice gym for women. Can be busy at times. Friendly staff.

Positive experience: Really good gym, deffo worth the membership with all the different machines. However I have noticed that there is only 1 stairmaster and im often left either waiting for ages or not being able to use it at all due to its popularity. Also people hogging it for ages is a little inconsiderate as there is only 1. Would give 5 stars if they perhaps added another one but still a great gym

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I’m not local to the area but always make time to come here 3-4 times a week. It’s fully ladies only, so much space, the ladies that work there are so lovely too. Recently upgraded the machines and the weights area! £25 a month, it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend if you’re from the area. Parking is sometimes hit and miss though. If you come at peak times you probably won’t find a space. Other than that I love it !

Negative experience: Not enough equipment for for the amount of people. I paid induction fee but was unsatisfied with the service

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this gym more than 5 years. Best place to relax ur mind and body. Staff is really friendly specially Uzma. Amazing place.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym for ladies. Has all the equipments and classes you need with a sauna and steamer. Ladies at the reception area are lovely and sweet and always willing to help. I recommend this gym if you want to get fit in your own pace, with a class or with a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. They extended it even more. Now, the downstairs portion is all weights, and you have quite a bit of space for your own weight exercises, among other stuff. Steam and Sauna are included in the normal gym price. Currently, it's £25/month which is cheaper than the most other gyms, considering this is females only. All staff are females too. Only downside, unfortunately, some people ignore the signs for the Sauna and just go in there fully clothed (gym wear). Once a lady was in there, she was wearing a jacket and shoes. It's really disgusting and off putting, so the staff members should check the Sauna and steam room occasionally to ensure those people are banned from ever using it again. Except this, I highly recommend the gym!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined the gym after moving cities. I came across it as it’s for women only and relatively easy to reach. Overall, it’s been a very lovely experience. There is a plethora of services that you can use for £25/month (recently increased but for the amount of services, I personally believe it’s a fair price). Theres two main floors; cardio floor on level 1 and ground floor for the ladies who enjoy strength training. There are also addition services such as classes, sauna, steam room and showers. Note - there are lockers for use but you need to bring your own lock. I really enjoy the fact that I can feel comfortable there as there are cameras at the door to ensure the space is women only. There is also a section dedicated to prayers if you find that your session falls during a prayer time. I also really appreciate the fact that no music is played in the gym. Parking can be slightly tricky at busy times but almost every time I attended, I was able to park in the main parking. All in all, lovely experience and I definitely would recommend to anyone thinking of joining :)

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, so much equipment never have to wait, one floor of cardio , one floor of weights. staff are friendly always happy to help, constantly being cleaned. Tried many gyms always come back here☺️

Fantastic experience: I first went to this gym 10 years ago! Oh how it’s changed for the better since then. The staff are so friendly, the gym is well kept and has more equipment than any gym I’ve seen ma sha Allah. The membership is £25 and has only to increase from £20 2 weeks ago and with everything that’s going up I can honestly say I think it’s very well priced for what the gym offers and has had a full make over on the weights floor. Sauna, steam room, a floor of cardio and floor of weights is incredible for that price if you ask me. Parking can be an issue but that’s not the gyms fault and some ladies unfortunately not maintaining personal hygiene which is also not the gyms fault, the staff do advice the ladies to change their clothing everyday but this should be common sense. I really do like this gym and the atmosphere, just wished some ladies would wash more regularly . But as for the gym it’s a good one

Positive experience: came for a month to check out facilities - didn't use sauna/steam/showers, but the gym itself is great - for £20 a month. Plenty of machines and majority friendly users. No one judges if you are beginner or not, everyone is in their own world! love that. Staff are always friendly. Did one class with Shen and really enjoyed it - she's very motivating. Would give 5 but parking can be a nightmare when busy and you need to park on a road down.

Fantastic experience: I joined Bodytone at the beginning of 2024, shortly after moving into the area. I was very anxious about having to find a new gym already, so when I found a female only space, I was SO happy! It’s a safe space for women and I really appreciate being able to train here without feeling uncomfortable in any way. The recent changeover of machines has been excellent! Good range of equipment too. Highly recommend this gym!

Negative experience: horrible gym. the staff are so unfriendly and rude and have no sense of customer service. do not recommend going at all, you can definitely find a better gym. the lady working there tried quoting her contract to me with incorrect information so I read it together with her - hopefully she knows what’s included within the contract next time.

Positive experience: I admire the fact that this gym is a safe space for women that want to stay fit and do think it’s a nice, welcoming place but the only thing is, it can be very busy and overwhelming at times due to being one of the only womens gyms in the city. The staff are lovely and super helpful, I would like to personally thank Habiba for being so kind and helpful towards me in getting a refund! ❤️

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional staff, especially 'habiba!' You pay to use the gym only to be told get off the machine your time is up during busy periods. Instead of allowing more users than machines perhaps it would be an idea to cap it off during busy periods. I pay to use the gym not stand around. I also find it very bizarre in this day and age they only accept cash payments. Overall the gym is filthy and has a strong smell of damp. You're better of paying that bit extra and taking your custom elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Best Womens only gym around, been to others before but nothing compares. This gym is biggg and has everything you can think of for strength training and cardio and even has stuff for recovery like the sauna and steam room. The staff are nice and friendly, highly recommend this gym to all the sisters out there.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, facilities and staff. Much cleaner and well maintained than many other gyms I've attended in the past. Odd issues such as machines needing maintenance are normal issues for an independent gym and are addressed quickly on most cases. Multicultural environment with 100% privacy and peace of mind that it is a woman only environment. Great range of classes and PT sessions also available...women at reception are amazing :)

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff.. also class instructors doing management role.. like she owns the gym, there is no notice or instructions about how to book a class.. there is no check and balance if you book a spot. It is supposed to be first come, first serve. But the other hand class instructor reserves a place for favourite friends for her own benefits and management need to keep eye on the staff and class instructor they giving bad image to the gym.. if someone thinking of coming to this gym you will be disappointed! Seems like the gym is only for pakistani ladies.. if you want to speak to the management regarding any issues they will ban you if you ask questions and stand up for your right. £20 wasted never going again but learnt a life lesson..

Positive experience: They don't take card payments which is so inconvenient! A business that has been established for 12yrs or so, should be now provid their clients with this option. Showers need an industrial deep clean, as it's not so clean. Sauna is over crowded in the evenings as time has been reduced. This is a great concern for health and safety issues.

The staff are a bit sassy for no reason but with that smell coming from some customers i kinda don't blame them lol.however major issue that i don't like that it closes so early on Sunday and Saturday! Please revise the working hours .

Negative experience: Hard to park. I called up a day before coming and was told it’s £5 cash for a day pass. I come and was told there’s an additional £4.50 which I didn’t bring with me and they had card machine. Travelled over 10 miles to check out the female only gym but I’d rather not after this experience.

Fantastic experience: Recommend this ladies only gym because you don’t find many ladies only gyms this big. There is lots of space! You recieve an induction on all equipment for health and safety when signing up . There is sauna and steam aswell as the cardio and weights. It is perfect!! There are multiple machines so you won’t be waiting! The staff are beyond amazing, they will always go above and beyond for you! They are very helpful and supportive!!! Positive encouragement which keeps you going! Any concerns or even if you just want to talk they are so lovely on the way in and out! Always have a beautiful smile on their faces!!!! Fantastic experience: Maa shaa Allah great gym, very friendly atmosphere and lovely staff. No music is blasted which is great since everyone can listen to their own thing. No camera's which is much appreciated as a Muslim woman and Amazing instructors. Through my personal Trainor Hajira and my classes with Hajira and Zahra I have managed to lose a stone in a week. Really happy with that. May Allah bless all the staff. Would definitely recommend this gym

Negative experience: They don't really care about the costumers even if u are regular from months and pay debit (no way for you to scape lol). If u don't have enough money with you for pay for extra family or friend on the moment they expect you go back home (or bank) and come back with cash (prepare £5 for fee (even for a only one session) and extra money for your choice. No transfers or card accepted only cash! They are really unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Really like the variety and the fact it is strictly female only. Lockers, showers are available which are really handy. And the sauna and steam room are great.

Positive experience: One of the few proper womens only gyms in my area, good price and machinery. My only issue is I wish they would bring in more benches and newer dumbbells etc

Positive experience: I really enjoy the steam and sauna rooms here, although sometimes the women will come in after their training which is disgusting. I know they have regular checks to ensure this does not happen but I have witnessed many a women refusing to listen and still continue. Hygiene needs addressing. Over all a lovely and friendly place to train and steam off.

Fantastic experience: It was good and using the weight was different being guided along the way and working out the arms and shoulders to and the training was given step by step of how the weights laying down and lifting up with the weights to be careful hope there are more lessons to come

Negative experience: The gym is apparently built on Islamic values, yet when I forgot to bring cash just once, and asked if I could bring it tomorrow, the sisters straight up declined. Upon asking if I can bank transfer, again straight up no. I’m literally at that gym every single day, I renew 12 months a year, just shows how much we’re valued. Not taking card payments and hiding from what? Will be joining another gym for a while :/
