Fantastic experience: Staff very welcoming and the cafe is first class...gym very good..pool very good..and the sauna brilliant..

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility is also well looked after, and you can see that the staff are always busy cleaning which is appreciated but not the case in some of the other council leisure facilities. Would be 5 star except the age of the facility, the shallowness of the pool and small things like the lack of flags for doing backstroke. Definitely can't fault the staff or the cleanliness.

Positive experience: The gym is a little small but has all you need, the pool and sauna are included.

Positive experience: (Review on the swimming pool area) Not the best swimming pool and not the worst neither. It has a nice flume slide and water splinkers for the kids along with a small but decent pool for toddlers. It can be quite cold in the changing area and some lockers have broken keys along with some of the showers not working great. Overall it's decent but it could really do with some updates and better maintenance. The price is still pretty good compared to other pools and staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic experience: For me it is the pool staff. They are marvellous. My walking is not great and they change the steps down into the pool. The difference this makes for me is tremendous.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean, and fitted out well. I have a spinal injury and was cautious of using the gym equipment. The staff gave me expert advice and encouragement.

Negative experience: Very disappointing the Sauna and Steam room haven't worked for over 2 years . Despite complaining in writing many times management will not communicate!!! Hence my disappointment.

Positive experience: Love the pool for a baby girl to get used to the water. Changing room are always freezing though, not great for a baby. But I love the family changing rooms.

Positive experience: The temperature board ALWAYS reads 30° although the actual pool temperature never feels the same temperature 2 times in a row..... the water always feels below 30° When the water is warmish it reads 30° and when the water is cold it still reads 30°

Fantastic experience: Amazing place with lots to do. Would say it's a bit smaller than leisure centres in newry or Lisburn but it's still a great place. There's a lot of space to play tennis in the summer. :D

Fantastic experience: Busy hive of activity, fantastic fruit and veg stalls manned by some real characters. Wonderful fast food pitch selling authentic Turkish dishes (try the chicken kebabs, especially good).

Positive experience: The opening times on Google do not relfect the pool opening times so beware. See the website or be met by hostile staff who are clearly sick of early arrivals being mislead by Google.

Negative experience: Girl on reception disappointing. After arriving too early for a swim with my two children I asked if the cafe was open so we could wait and I was told 'maybe' !!! So we went to check if it was and yes food was being cooked and put into the food warmer. I asked the girl behind the counter if is open and i was told. There is a party and she will do that first and then serve the public after she has finished with that. The cafe was empty. It was 12:45.

Positive experience: Great facility. Reception has been very helpful, a pleasure to deal with! Gym is well laid out, can be a bit busy at times which is both a good and bad thing! Halls are large for groups to do activities; archery, football, netball etc. Swimming pool is rather straight forward with smaller pools for children and a jacuzzi area. Only downfall I would say is the steam and sauna rooms as they are too small, most of the time it's VERY cramped! Other than that, great overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed our recent trip here with my wife and 2 year old. Water temperature is really good for wee ones and lots to do in the pool itself. Sauna and Steam Room, separate heated pool for lessons. Slide and lots of water toys for children to play with
