Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve been to. I travel over half an hour to get here and it’s so worth it. Equipment is top class, staff are great and the gym is always spotless, it’s got everything you need under one roof! Best part is that even during peak times you can still get on equipment because of the wide variety of kit and space! Supplement shop is also a great addition to the gym!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great range of equipment, great atmosphere and most importantly great people. Big range of supplements and gym gear too in house. If you’re after a pt ask for James McGhee (Jimmy Gym) he’s a savage but I promise that’s a good thing!

Fantastic experience: Signed up a month ago. Great mix of people from beginners to serious gym goer's. Big smiles at the front desk and you’re made to feel really welcome. Choice of equipment is superb. Important note is that unlike a lot of gym’s, we’re not finding one or two machines and a queue hovering around them to get on. There’s plenty. Best gym in Ayrshire.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Come here weekly for PT’s and it is far superior to any other gym I’ve ever been in. Not a single person looks at your or makes you feel uncomfortable, there is always someone willing to help you out, and soo many machines to use! Wish PG was in ayr as that’s where I stay but the 15-20 min drive is 100% worth it! Trying to convince myself I don’t need 2 gym memberships because I am soo close haha! ❤️⭐️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of gyms in Ayrshire and by far this is the best out the lot. The machines are top kit, plate loaded weight training equipment. The atmosphere is great, really makes you get in the zone when doing your workout. The staff are very approachable, friendly and eager to help you out. They have a supplement shop on site which has an array of different products. I’m glad to be a member and have not had a bad workout since joining.

Fantastic experience: Been using this Gym for a couple months now and have not regretted moving Gyms. Being an older woman I was anxious and felt I wouldn't fit in at first, however my PT Jimmy Gym (James)offered a few taster sessions there to try the equipment and I loved it and felt I could improve my strength and fitness with the machines. So I signed up. James developed a new plan making use of the equipment and I'm loving it and would recommend to everyone. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, it's no where near as scary as I thought!

Fantastic experience: Joined PG after years of using small basic gyms. Initially felt quite intimidating going in but very quickly learned that it is one of the most friendliest environments. All staff (and gym users) are approachable when needing a hand. I’ve been working with SkyeG fit, she is great to work with and helping me train through a spine injury. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough. I travel over 20 minutes to get to the gym and everyone thinks I’m mad but once you go in you’ll understand why!

Fantastic experience: Performance Gym is a fantastic gym with equipment to suit all levels of training having been into bodybuilding for a number of years it is by far the best gym I’ve trained at. There are lots of supplement options and plenty staff to assist with any training needs including personal training. If you are looking to get into shape then I’d highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: As a person who is overweight and restarting their journey I was scared to go to performance due to thinking it would be people who look nothing like me and are more advanced. Thanks to jimmy gym coaching for getting me out my comfort zone and realising it's only me that was in my head. I love the range of equipment (tyre flips being my favourite exercise I love that this is available). Everyone is friendly, areas are clean and I love that they have an on site area to buy protein etc.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 best gym about. Been going here the past 4 months 3/4 times a week.This is the most I’ve ever stuck with a gym. Usually sign up then patch it after a month or 2. Really enjoying my training atm. The equipment is the best about the staff are really friendly & helpful. When you drive past the gym and the car parked is mobbed you think it’s far too busy but when you go in the place is massive always plenty of alternatives if the machine you want is being used.

The gym is top of the range and Craig has a spent alot of time utilising his knowledge and experience in cherry picking the best equipment and supplements for the shop.
