Fantastic experience: Very good facilities. Changing area was very clean. Kids are free to swim in summer holidays! Full membership is £30 compared to my local council run centre in England which is £60 and not as nice.

Positive experience: First time attending a class here, Bootcamp. With Cowdenbeath closed having to try other centres. The receptionist clearly loves mornings and her job, it wasn't a great first impression but I hope her day got better.The class itself was ok, it was pretty advanced for a beginner like me trying to get fit. Floor work on a hard floor was challenging even though there was a mat down,I just can't do it. I also had to downsize on the dumbells, and the barbells and kettlebells were way too on the heavy side for me but gave it my best shot. Would I go back? hmmmm, undecided, they say give things a second chance I might.

Negative experience: Terrible, soul destroying place. Reception staff have zero customer service skills, they give GP receptionists a run for their money on making sure the experience of dealing with them will ruin your day.

Positive experience: Last minute notice of closures and lift seems to always be broken. Staff are lovely and helpful, place is clean and alot of facilities

Positive experience: Gym equipment is good but the music is far too loud. Can hear it over noise cancelling headphones. No need for that.

Positive experience: Went there to enquire about opening times for swimming. They referred me to the web site where there are full details. They were helpful, and supplied me with a concession application form. There are 3 pools. A large and a small one for adults plus another for children. The smaller adult pool is the "warm pool", but it seems to be for exercise sessions only. If you want to do lengths, as I do, then it has to be the large pool. The children's pool is presently closed.

Fantastic experience: Really pleased with this centre. Took the boys age 8 and 12 to the Friday fun session tonight and was met with clean and well maintained facilities, helpful staff, fun things for the kids to do and ample car parking. It’s almost hard to believe this is a fife sports and leisure trust facility it’s that’s good. The kids enjoyed the pool and the inflatable, the showers and changing area were really good and they can’t wait to go back. Only down side is nothing to do with the centre but the signposts to get to the centre in the local area are all hard to read because the bushes are overgrown or they’re dirty so maybe look at your directions before you leave.

Fantastic experience: Very nice people there, I go to an Active Strength and Balance Class, Ruth runs the class and always has a smile and a laugh. Only complaint I have is the lack of staff at the front desk. Many of us who go to these classes are disabled and standing for long periods of time can be very painful. Apart from that, all is good.

Positive experience: Great facilities for the Town of Glenrothes. We use tbe astro pitch for our games with Dunfermline Athletic academy and the staff are always helpful and tbe cafe us useful too

Positive experience: This is really good facility for Fife and well situated for the surrounding areas. The positives are it is very clean inside and looks well run with some excellent facilities. It has still a modern feel and most of the equipment, I saw , seems quite up to date. I did think outside was looking a bit run down although nothing that some maintenence and a bit of TLC would not fix . This is a bit of a shame as first impressions are important. Overall nice centre and worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: This centre has had alot of thought put into it ..lots of room at the reception area..also toilets to your right they're spotless..reception to your left ..where the staff are very helpful ..just passed that there's a cafe ..where you can get drinks and food hot/cold ..Grandson goes to his swimming lessons here..the training pool has a movable floor....you can watch the kids swimming as you have a coffee and something to eat ..there are another pools..,lot of indoor and out door activities..it's well worth a visit ..I'm sure if you into sports going to the gym ..you'll find something here to do ..it's next to the Adam Smith College..pop along in sure you'll be impressed ..

Negative experience: Good sized pool but lacks entertainment for families, no slide, whirlpool, waves etc. the training pool is great with moveable floor to adjust depth. Seating area is limited and always mobbed when swimming lessons are on, I can rarely see my own child which is very frustrating. The cafe seating area dirty and appears understaffed. Also there is a HUGE lack of parent and child spaces considering they offer child swimming lessons, bit daft.

Positive experience: The Micheal Woods Sports and Swimming Centre provides a large gym, table tennis, basketball, football, badminton and tennis most popular of all, the swimming pool, it has around 10 diving boards, a deep and shallow section and is perfect for new and reoccurring swimmers, or even kids and adults alike to relax and unwind is the calming feel of the water, the pool provides on some days, a large inflatable "parkour"/"assault course" which is safe and enjoyable for kids, the pricing varies from free for kids on weekdays and is a great well maintained area, highly recommend you go and check out yourself!

Fantastic experience: Such a great leisure centre, its got a modern design, facilities for everything you'd need. The pool is great, the extra training pool with moveable floor is fantastic for lessons and classes. The football facilities are amazing from.an indoor pitch with seating and 5 a sides.

No court booking included in membership pricing which if your playing on courts multiple times a week, it adds up to be extremely expensive. Most other gyms include some discount on courts or even free booking if you pay for a gym membership.
