Positive experience: Is what it says. A warehouse that allows martial art classes to be held here. The club I use that rent the space are brilliant! The space itself isn't!

His method of teaching this ancient form of Wing Chun is effective and will give you the confidence to handle potential conflicts. I cannot recommend his classes highly enough!
