Fantastic experience: Steam room in the common area is great . Cold shower and dry sauna …. Gym is ok . But cheap 10 day pass . Need 1 coin to use locker … sauna closed 3 weekend . Gym close 4 weekend 9 weekday . Wifi is weak

Negative experience: If you are looking for a gym in Belfast, I wouldn’t even bother trying this one, the staff are rude and cheeky, they practically don’t give a toss about their job, I bet a bunch of gluesniffers could do better and also be nicer, you can be denied entrance for the most stupid reasons, the gym is underwhelming where there is barely any machines and on a crowded day the only thing you can do is stand there, the changing rooms are pretty much a sewer where the toilets are clogged with both urine and fecal matter and the showers are broken most of the time, the only decent part about this god-forsaken place is the spa area, the steam room is so small that it can only fit up to 6 people and the sauna isn’t even that hot and is also very small. Overall you might as well work out at home because this place is repulsive.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the Buddy up community relations disco tonight. My son had a great time, seen some of his friends from hus buddy up and met some new ones too. Positive experience: I go here for meetings rather than the sporting facilities hence the 4 stars but the facilities here are fantastic. The building is modern, clean and airy and staff are very helpful. Car park always busy but even parking outside is only a 2 minute walk to the door.

Fantastic experience: Visited for dodgeball comp, great facility, loads of parking. Large facility with large sports halls, gym etc. and a great cafe which was holding parties with indoor inflatable bouncy castle. Meetings rooms available too!

Positive experience: My grandson plays football here on a Saturday morning, the pitches are great it's a pity about the dog dirt on the path around the pitches. They really do need to do something about it. Dog owners need to CLEAN UP after their dogs.

Fantastic experience: Perfect centre for gym, booking parties and spa/sauna.

Fantastic experience: Went to a kid's birthday party here. Nice space for a small party. They provided a small bouncy castle, some scooters, giant Connect 4 and a long table and chairs. I think you could probably fit up to about 20 kids in there comfortably. Probably best for kids under 8. Lovely clean centre. Docked a star as parking was difficult. We did show up with the soccer crowd, which appeared very popular, but the carpark is very small so there were a lot of cars parked up and down both sides of the road for a significant distance. Update Jan 2023: another year, another birthday party, this time on a Saturday afternoon, as opposed to morning last year, so no kiddie football going on. Parking was MUCH better! No change to the venue inside... Stick with a good formula, I suppose! Also love the foyer space with some locally sourced art. Nice vibe. Haven't tried the rest of the facilities here as I don't live locally.

Positive experience: Badminton courts have very bed lighting. It has flaps on two sides, making it difficult during summer!

Fantastic experience: Using the Better Gym in the centre is easy to access and well laid out. It's a smaller Gym than others I have been to but we'll appointed and the space is utilised well. Staff are really friendly and helpful with all my first timer queries.

Negative experience: A one star rating because it doesn't allow for 0. I'm at the "Community Hub" (little bit of an oxymoron in that description) because I am accompanying my grandson who is training with his football team. I'm a 64 year old man and I have been refused the use of the toilet. Apparently I could have used it if I was playing football...at 64 years of age. I was refused in front of a couple of young kids...not in a quiet, diplomatic manner but in a rather authoritarian way. So much for community.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all lovely and very welcoming. I use the centre a few times a week for circuits classes with Carlos....who is excellent. I have yet to use the gym and sauna yet but have positive feedback from others. The centre has a lovely atmosphere. Always plenty of activities going on outside. Always very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: All new leisure centre, and looks great. Been here a few times and the staff , appearance and equipment, are excellent. Good for a word out or football. Gym is well equipped with new machines, sauna and steam room close by. Been here for a work out and physio , also used the steam room and sauna. Will return soon. Parking is available but can get busy, toilets on site and very clean.
